Stayed here for Coachella Weekend. The staff was very nice. Mark in valet provided exceptional service!!

Nice and quiet and never too packed to where you're bothered by other people.

It will be nice once they are back fully operational. Pools and water around the resort poorly maintained. Customer service was inconsistent and multiple employees giving us conflicting information about amenities. Until then, the Ritz might be a better option. I enjoyed their level of service.

Just stayed here for a conference. The staff was outstanding and accommodated our large crew very well! All the staff was beyond friendly! Beautiful place to stay!

Excellent service. Golf course is in great shape and pace of play was good.

Great deal included green fees, cart, club rental, 6 golf balls. Temperature was in upper 90's when I teed off around 6:00 pm.

I would have given it 5 stars but any place that charges a resort fee and parking for non owners will never get a 5 star rating from me.

I thought that there was very little to do besides the pool. I get that we went there during COVID but still very little options.

Loved our stay. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. Customer service was their number one priority. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A great place to stay with children or a get away for adults only.

I am waiting to order late lunch for 10 mimutus. Nobody show up to take order.

Stayed two nights for a conference. Drove up for registration, no help offered for bags and valet parking was not offered even though it was available. Checked in early but no King beds available as was reserved. Housekeeping dropped and broke my hairbrush and when brought to the attention of staff at check out went uncaring and no offer of replacement or compensation for a replacement of my broken property.
Very disappointed.
At bar I ordered 1 drink from bartender and he was great, moved to enjoy fire and was assured there were waiters to help me if I needed another drink. I was ignored until I called him by name and he explained he would help me hesitantly but my check was at the bar. His service was great to the others around me but not as much for myself. Not sure if he thought he wouldn't get a tip from me since tab was behind bar. (I did tip them both)

We played golf, course was in excellent condition. The staff could not have been more friendly and welcoming.

Great facilities and awesome place to stay. The villas are the most spacious and comes with dishwashe4, fridge, microwave, stove, and oven. If you wanna cook and stay in it's pretty much got everything . Knocked off star for problem with arcade room problem (can't refill game card) and no"free" business center.

Fireside lounge was a great place to relax and just hangout. The resort has quite a few things to keep one busy, if you want to. The staff are attentive.

Located very close to Palm Springs, very spacious resort. Rooms are big, essentially a one bedroom appartment with everything in there, including stove, washer and dryer. Room service is fast and very helpful. The two pools with water slides provide perfect entertainment for kids.

Nice courses. I think the Pete Dye course is the best but definitely more challenging!

Great resort. Several options for pools (adult, family, quiet etc.) Lots of amenities. Several different dining options. Two separate workout facilities and more. We didn't play golf but everything else was top-notch.

Great place to stay...however the presidential suite is not worth the upgrade.

I d like to preempt this review with pointing out the fact that I did not stay in the resort and this review is only in regards to the golf course and facilities.The golf course itself was absolutely amazing. The layout and the conditions of the dye course were spectacular, my friend and I commented many times that it was a steal to be able to play the course for the cost that we did. We as well as many other individuals picked up a certificate on underpar, 2 rounds $79. It s coming to the tail end of their season but the conditions were still impeccable. Kudos to the golf course maintenance team. There are two reasons that kept my review from being five stars. The first is the amenities at the course. I was very surprised to see that they did not have any sort of a snack bar or restaurant area directly connected to the pro shop where you could grab some pre-or during round refreshments. Definitely would have been more than happy to shell out 100 bucks between the two of us on a couple of drinks and snacks during the round but it was a little too inconvenient to get them. The second thing that knocks it down to four stars was how annoyed all of the guys in the pro shop seem to be with the customers using the under par certificates. When I called to make a tee time you could tell the guy on the phone was annoyed probably because they were swamped with requests and then during check-in It was also very obvious that the individuals in the pro shop were annoyed as well. All in all we did have a great time and I certainly recommend playing the golf course. But luckily for the rest of the staff which would have gotten a two star review I m giving a four star review simply because of how great the course and it s conditions were. Should have taken a few more pics the ones I posted are all I have.

Great place friendly well knolageable staff great rooms

This review is specifically for the pool area. We spent the day at Westin in a cabana and I'm really disappointed by the lack of service. To me the Westin name has always represented a certain level of luxury and this was not the case on Saturday. Only twice did someone come by to check on us and our lunch dishes were never removed even though 5 different pool staff people walked by. The dishes were nicely stacked right where they could easily be seen. Sadly the food selection was lacking in quantity and quality. We were also supposed to have the use of 2 chairs next to our cabanas, which we did use in the beginning. However after swimming for awhile, we came back to an employee removing the towels and she never returned so a group of people came up and took our chairs. As a cabana guest I shouldn't have to chase people out of chairs I've paid for the use of. As a Starwood preferred guest, I prefer to use the resorts & hotels associated with it but I will not return this "resort". There are plenty of other fabulous places nearby to choose from with amazing service.

Amazing place to relax even if it's only for a day.

Food was good, service was slow that night but we were not in a hurry.

Great experience. Slow time of the year due to the hot weather. Courses we played were in great shape.

Wonderful location for overnight stays with family and friends. Terrific golf courses, too.

Great place good and very clean just want to charge for everything

Rooms are a bit dated but service and the property are very nice. Resort is about a 15-20 minute drive to the fun parts of Palm Springs. Price was on par with what we generally expected.

Extremely bad experience! The room is too old, and it is way too expensive for the value. I can clearly hear the footsteps from the second floor, and the pluming noise from other units. I felt like I was staying in a low quality motel. No power outlet near the bed.

I absolutely love staying here every year! If you are looking to escape it all and relax for a few days this Is the spot!

Room has no trash bags in trash cans and food on floor!

Very much enjoyed my Spa day at The Westin.
The Spa is so zen and tranquil. The staff is courteous, polite and professional. I highly recommend paying them a visit if you're ever at the The Westin.

Played Pete Dye Golf Course. Fairways and greens were in great condition. Pace of play is terrible. You definitely need to hit it straight or else you going to break someone's windows. I'd play here again, but I'd rather try another course.

Could use some updating. Poolside bar and restaurant at adult pool was opened only one day out of our 8 day stay although front desk staff advised us daily it would be opening.

Very nice area with plenty to do all across the area. We stay here a few times a year and love it.

Pool service was not the greatest. Some of the attendants were doing their jobs while others stood around on cell phones, talking, etc and it was very unfair to me. Although Sierra was very helpful and made my kids and myself very happy and at home. She was really making a difference at the pool. Food was okay slow service. Room was nice. Pool area should really get overseen better.

Spacious rooms but the property is very spread out.

Very nice. Even though I'm on my Harley and dressed for riding, the staff has treated me well. Clean spacious rooms with a balcony or patio. Good views all around.

No one even clean our room. We called the front desk, nobody answered.

I attended a convention this last weekend. I love locally in the community so I didn't stay in a guest room. The grounds are immaculate and the convention space is impressive. There are a variety of meeting rooms that will provide just the right ambiance and hospitality necessary for events of all types and sizes. This is a resort hotel and find the amenities to be exceptional.

It was a family trip to celebrate my son 18 birthday. We enjoyed very much. The pool amazing, the staff very nice. I recommend this place. We will definitely come back.

Quiet pool was very relaxing and close to our building 9. Great place for families or adult getaway. Rooms nicely appointed. Service excellent. Centrally located to great food. Sherman's is our go to.

Was here for a conference, didnt stay here. The conference facilities are very nice. The lunchon food was good also. The buildings were kept at a temperature that was uncomfortably cold. It was 90 degrees outside & had to get a sweater for inside. Would have given 5 stars, but there were no chairs or places to sit in the common areas. There were guys is suits sitting on the floor. Add some conversation seating & up the temp. then 5 stars.
