Nice place to be. Would definitely come back with my family.

This hotel is beautiful but old, and sometimes it shows. The shower could be replaced and the sinks probably have seen better days. The lawn is groomed and the artificial lakes and rivers are very soothing. The restaurant is mediocre at best, and offers both takeouts and dining. Rooms are spacious, but the bed was very old and uncomfortable. Staff was courteous, even thought the last time the carpet in our room was vacuumed was probably when it was installed. Overall a solid 4.

Beautiful resort. Great, great staff. Good drinks. We rented a cabana at the pool for a day with a coupon....so worth it!

We are stayin in suite #401.
In the morning I woke up to the scream of my kids. A giant cockroach was crawling on the towel.

We've alerted the front desk. A gentlemen came in 15 minutes and contained the issue. Can't say the conversation with the management went as well.
I spoke with Julia (Manager) she offered to downgrade us into a standard room immediately and move us into another Resort Suite after 3 PM. I told her that moving twice with the kids was unacceptable.

She called 45 minutes later to tell me that there was a Presidential Suite to which we can pay $150 a night to move into within the hour.

This blew my mind away.

To summarize, the options presented to me was to either move twice in a day or pay $150 every night for a clean room that we've deserved from day one.

It is now 11:30 AM. The morning is completely lost. Our kids are grossed out and my wife is unhappy. We did not have breakfast this morning. No one was in the mood to sit at the dining table and order breakfast... We just had Pringles and that was that.

We are not doing anything at the moment but on a stanby for a room to be available. We do not want to go out anywhere because we don't want the hotel to give out the available room in our absence. We are hostaged in here. This is unacceptable. This is very cruel.

All in all $150 a night ($300 total) isn't a lot of money. But its the matter of principle. As a customer, we have the right to a nice clean room. We should not move into three different rooms to get to a cleanroom NOR do I need to pay anything extra to get myself into a clean room. Offer by Julia is insulting.

We are repeat visitors here. we had wonderful steak/lobster dinner here last night. This morning, the past 6 hours have been miserable.

My wife and I had to take Friday and Monday off to make this short getaway a possibility. Time is precious. Who will reimburse us for our lost time?

GREAT property! Wonderful location, very pretty, very nice rooms! The fitness facility is TOP NOTCH! One of the best I have ever had the pleasure of using! There is nothing within walking distance form the hotel, but the property has good dining and a small convince shop. I will stay here again.

The Westin Mission Hills was a bit unsettling at first, but after making myself at home it was quite the experience. The Food and service was great. I had an enjoyable evening.

Love it. And so does our dog. It's a great place to bring the wife and the dog. Great food, great atmosphere, and a great Golf Course right out the door.

This is a terrific resort with a friendly, helpful staff. Most areas are well maintained but there are some signs of age. The resort was built long before people had devices to charge. Some rooms have been updated to make outlets easily available. Others will require a search for an open outlet.

Good customer-service everybody was smiling faces had a good time beautiful place Just don't like that you have to pay for microwave And to make phone calls On their landline. Other than that they have good housekeeping Very respectful and helpful.

Love this hotel. Been coming here for years. Rooms are nice. Grounds are well kept. Great place to bring the family. Lots of activities for the kids on weekends at the kids club. Pinzmini has great food. The course is really nice to play. The Gary Player course across the street is challenging. Never had a bad stay here

We stayed at the villas and all the amenities and service was excellent.

I just attended a golf tournament here. The landscaping is beautiful, the service was very good. The bedding were very comfortable, the hotel facilities however are old and need some improvement. Iy was my first time I'm the area and I can't speak about the room pricing (I didn't book nor did research the area to compare), but food and drinks were a bit expensive. Suggest you visit Palm Dessert and take a trip to the mountains nearby. The view is gorgeous from up there.

It's relaxing and I enjoy being with my grandchildren. There are a lot of activities and places to go to, and lots of restaurants or you can eat there where they also have several restaurants on the premises. In other words you never need to leave the resort to buy anything just relax and enjoy!!!!

I'm not a golfer, but when a business meeting went way too long and I didn't want to drive back to San Bernardino (Truth: my wife was with me and she wanted to shop in Palm Springs), we checked into the Westin Mission Hills. This place blew us away, both in the restaurant and (especially) the comfortable bed and pillows. HIGHLY recommended.

Nice biiiig place. 5 pools. Good size rooms. A little pricey.

The first time that I stayed in here, and I love it, the room was big and super clean, the food was delicious (kids loved their pizza and nachos), we went in two of their swimming pools and they were clean, not at lot of people on them, kids had fun in there and also in the mini golf...Customer service was excellent, the environment was so peaceful... I definitely recommend this hotel..

Good value for the money, but it does need a renovation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were very nice. Parking was generally easy to find. Ordered a piece of pie one night and the bill was $17. Lots of things to do close by and in Palm Springs. Bring lots of extra water if you're not used to desert living.

The resort has a lot of nice amenities and facilities. The resort fee is a bit high but the rooms are reasonably priced if you book the right time. The golf courses are excellent. Highly recommended.

Free parking, nice location, here for a conference. Not sure why they water grass at 4 PM when it's 92 degrees however.

Had a wonderful stay, the staff were very friendly Robin Especially, her warm welcoming really made us feel at home.

Excellent facilities, restaurants ( somewhat pricey), pools, bars and golf course in the heart of Palm Sorings.

Nice room, nice pools, nice overall place. We are college students here on spring break so the staff was kind of rude and didn't seem to like the thought of us being there. But it is very nice and fun.

The floor creaks, the roof leaks, there is a terrible draft. The winters are harsh, the summers are brutal and there is even a wild man eating clams in the pool area! But they gave free soap and shampoo in our rooms 11/10 would reccomend!

Had a great time, the grounds are phenomenal, well kept crisp and clean. Don't be surprised by all the wild life, ducks, I think I saw a swan. Exhibits with two massive live rabbits, and indoor wildlife exhibit with live lizards turtles and frogs. The rooms were wonderful and spacious. The bathrooms and shower were also done very well, clean and well kept. I know to most it's not a big deal but to avid travelers the shower head felt like warm rain falling on you in the tropics. Some places have a really high or low water pressure and it makes a difference. Some things can be spaced out so be prepared to walk, but it is peaceful and enjoyable and the hope is that is what you came for and probably what you need. The staff is beyond kind and attentive to your needs, I don't know if that is just a desert culture or a part of good training and a taken care of staff. Either way I had a wonderful time.

I was there for the Hackers tournament and the resort was great and the staff was friendly.

Terrible !!!!!! I am over charged for no reason and never got any returning call about my complaint. It hasn't been resolved for a week. Even harder to reach to the person in charge. I wrote my situation to their web system according to one of the staffs direction, HOWEVER STILL NO PROGRESS!!!!! I even wrote an email to the WESTIN HEADQUARTER, BUT STILL I got no answer. Huge disappointment about WESTIN hotel chain also about their whole SPG hotel group.

Beautiful grounds to walk along and the best martini I've had in a while in the lounge - they could upgrade the towels in the rooms...But that's minor

Best mini-vaca I've ever been on! We took our 5 year old daughter and we played in the pool most of the trip! The food was amazing and the customer service was incredible. Upon check in I received a flower and a mini margarita! I also was given a welcome gift. They went above and beyond what I expected! I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Absolutely wonderful place! The temperature is a lovely 72 degrees F. And so quiet and relaxing this time of year. The villas are so spacious and already enjoyed a cup of tea in the full-sized kitchen.

I told the front desk about some issues with the room and I only had one that needed immediate attention which was the shower head. They resolved all of them by the time we got back from breakfast. Yes they need to trim trees, clean the patio of rooms but I'm going to assume that Covid-19 put a hamper to upkeep. All good, it was a great stay.

Worst vacation ever! Beware of Thief's...Make sure you lock up all the valuables in a safe all the time. Security has no cameras or any idea or solutions...

Our nightmare started with Thanksgiving vacation with the family with 5 rooms in building 8. First day of arrival we check in and relaxed and gather together in one room and spent 2-3 hours (Between 4 - pm). Return back to our room and all the cash in my wallet gone! Wife's Cash and Bank Card in her wallet gone! My watch gone! My daughters watch gone! They even took our Toiletry Bag...
First, the complex has no security gate or security to check you in order to enter the Hotel (Not like residence next complex). So, anybody off the street can walk in and no cameras on site.

Entry doors to the Hotel room are old and did not close automatically, you have to pull/push to make sure it closes, and the balcony is cover with Hedges/Bush so perfect for anyone to walk right up to the glass door.
Bottom line, the Hotel Security could not find out who came into our room while we were right next door for 2-3 hours if Theft was inside jobs or outside intruder.

If you have plan to visit this Hotel, Make sure to lock you doors, store all your valuables in a safe all the time and be vigilant.

Stayed here on a trip with some colleagues. The grounds are beautiful, spacious rooms and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the rooms are starting to show a little wear and there were no microwaves in the rooms which would've been nice. Overall would stay here again.

Me and my wife loved it. We are staying at 214, chairman suit. Great service from top management to subordinates. 10 out of 10. Lol

What a great get away. Close enough to drive from LA. This resort has it all. If you need restaurants, stay on the hotel resort side. Lots to do there along with poolside activities. A kid friendly place but with enough quiet for a romantic getaway

If you want to relax and play golf, then you need to stay at The Westin Mission Hills. This place have plenty of pools at different locations. I also noticed they have kids section. You definitely love the architect and landscape of the resort.

Nice sized rooms, multiple pools, and a few onsite restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful facility but as the locals know, the wind in certain areas can be an issue. This is one of these areas. Plus major construction going on across the street with iver 1000 homes. The closer to the mountains here in the Coachella Valley the better the environment. Really nothing against the Westin. But if available there are better options.

Updated furniture sand appliances, new and renovated rooms were a big surprise for us. As always top notch Westin services. We had a great time. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you to staff members at westin mission hills villa. Great job guys!!!

this is a great place to go to and get away enjoy the pools and other things there is to do

Staff are all amazingly friendly, amenities are nice, rooms could be cleaner and use an update but generally clean enough to be comfortable and restful. The main pool could be bigger and the adults only pool could be a little cleaner but generally adequate for an hour or two poolside. Overall, a good resort. I would recommend and would come again

No better location in the Coachella Valley if you enjoy golf, casino nightlife, exquisite shopping, and fine dining in the warmth that is Winter in Southern California...and be honest, is there even such a thing as a Westin/Starwood property NOT making you feel like a rock star?!

It was one of the single best resort I have ever attended. From the amazing food, to the nicest staff ever, never have I felt so important in my life.

Very top of the line, luxurious hotel. One of the greatest, prettiest pro golf course in the valley.

The rooms are nice and clean. The pool is nice but can get hot, after a while you won't notice it. The food is good but expensive.

The starter let me out first as a single followed by another single who joined me on the third hole. We played in 2 and a half hours. Plenty of time for a replay. Course was in excellent condition. Highly recommend the Pete Dye course

We have been coming here for seven years in a row, and each experience has been fantastic! The mission hills resort has exceeded expectations when it comes to service and hospitality. Although there have been issues with rooms every once in a while, they make sure to accommodate and fix concerns quickly

Attended a company event and everything went flawlessly and very smoothly.

Do I need to say anything look at this picture. The course was perfectly manicured. I can t imagine how they could improve. The green were true. The fairways were fair. And the sand traps were sugar sand and easily chipped out. Best round I have had.
