Disgustingly unprofessional. Widely known around Newcastle to be the worst real estate company to deal with.

We sold our first home 6 years ago with Mark and the level of professionalism and result led us back to him & his highly dedicated team again recently. We gained a good result in a changing market due to the expertise, professionalism, skills and hard work of Mark, Chasse, Nat and the team that worked behind the scenes. Communication was always proactive, open and honest. A great experience working with a great team. I highly recommend engaging Mark & his team to buy or sell your property.

Incredibly unprofessional. We have been highly disappointed in the way that PRD work. They play unfair and will do whatever it takes to get an extra buck. They misled us and we wasted hours of our time for no outcome. I would not sell or purchase property through this group.

Team Salter is a dream real estate selling team that you want to sell your home with. They listen and give you their best advice and also when circumstances change and I mean here covid19 conditions, they work within it. We had an experience with different agents from different agency and we were going nowhere, our house was rented out without open houses and we didn't have any updates what was going on. The sale of my home was incredibly quick and pain free as Mark's team took care of everything. The communication was nothing short of superlative. I speak with business owners daily and I can tell you I have NEVER met a business owner that answers phone calls and emails as promptly as Mark.
Mark has clearly spent hours and hours putting himself in the shoes of his clients and has systemised his office to reflect a perfect client experience.

The best service In Newcastle & Lake Macquarie. Have purchased many properties for clients through PRD and it has been seamless.

Horrendous management of a sale. Alex Brooks had his vendor accept an offer but then used my position to pawn for a higher bid (Dutch auction). Delayed me being able to progress the sale by not issuing a sale contract. Finally delivered a sale contract at 4pm Tuesday, strangely, they took another offer at 5pm Tuesday. I waited 10 days for the contract to be sent to my solicitor. We returned the signed contract with a deposit by 11am the following day but found out we were gazumped. Poor tactics by this real estate which prevented us entering a cooling off period and securing the property. Wouldn t recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling. No regard for families and the community. No morals, no integrity and no trust!
