Great hotel in Rancho Mirage. Golf course I'd amazing, stayed in the villas and were super comfortable. Furnishes are a little dated, and standard Villa only has a kitchenette. Pool is amazing with a fun slide and jacuzzi built into the rocks!
Went for a golf expo, was impressed with the conditions of the grounds and how lush the golf course is. The main pool area is great.
Exceptional service - but rooms need to be updated. Salvador (Italian restaurant) was the best server, very attentive. Gary (Westin Spa) very knowledgeable about the services they offered, recommended services to fit our needs/budget.
sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo nice i just love it, except for the gease it is grate they have things to keep you intertand like a water slide, they have 2 restaurants. did you know mr. Obama stayed her during his term in office crazy right! this place has a child care program. and at christmas they have a party.
Gorgeous resort. So many amenities for the entire family
Nice place for kids to play on the slide. Reasonable prices if you book with third party apps.
Confirmed reservation not complete. Not provided room. Very poor maid service too. Conference should not return here.
We have really enjoyed our stays here. Beautiful grounds and excellent staff. As someone staying connected for work, the wifi is "fine" but hard to rely on.
Great rooms, grounds and golf. Food has been so so. Not many choices and every meal has been cold.
Very nice resort. Has amenities and places to congregate also.
The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa is where I like to stay in Rancho Mirage. Large rooms, golfing just outside your door, relaxing lounge, market place with a nice wine selection and a quiet adult pool area.
Customer service at this Westin is great. This is a very large property and can take a bit of effort to find your room. Thankfully, after check in, the valet hopped in a golf cart so I could follow him to easily park in front of my villa.
If you are traveling for work or just looking to relax in Rancho Mirage stay at the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa.
This place has very nice suites and an amazing spa. I recommend a facial and manicure.
I really enjoyed this property and would love to give it 5 stars but the room cleanliness could definitely be improved. While we arguably had one of the worst rooms (downstairs, no view, by the roll cart return) it was still nice! The property itself was well planned and we enjoyed the walk way between amenities. The cornhole, mini putt putt and grills were nice family touches although we didn t use them. The main pool that was open was fun for my child. Room was spacious and had all we needed. But there were spills on the bathroom floor (yikes) and tub was not scrubbed white and clean and when we made the couch into a bed for my kid there was garbage underneath.
Great, the staff is amazing. Property perfectly manicured.
The course in great condition and the summer deals were great if u can deal with the summer heat.
Nice resort and amenities. Staff was friendly and property is beautiful
It's a quite large resort, location is good for when you are running away from the cold LA winter. And there's plenty of amenities nearby. Parking was a bit of a hassle because it was limited, other than that service is great.
At first i was upset because they turned down my application right after i called for a follow up left a voicemail and never heard from them even though i have way more than plenty of experience then i realized im over qualified!! And they dont want to pay more so thank you guys now i feel awesome and i should apply for positions more my level
The resort was awesome, as I would expect a westin to be. It was super kid friendly, almost too much so. At several times, it felt more like a Disney area resort. There was a waterside at the pool, yard games, bike rentals, dive in movies, a game room (most games were out of service during our visit). My son's favorite things - animals on property with a scavenger hunt to locate them all and the dog available for adoption in the lobby. Because it was so kid friendly, there were some drawbacks. At dinner at the restaurant on property, 730pm Saturday night, large groups were letting children play tag around their table, throw thing across their table, yelling. Yes, I understand kids will be kids. But we purposefully went to dinner at a later hour to enjoy a quiet, peaceful meal. If we return to this property, we'll probably opt to eat off site.
Beautiful place. Beautiful course! Even is a great place just to come and walk!
I love this place. My family and I go here every year for Thanksgiving, and it has never failed us. The resort is gorgeous and festive, and so nice. The city of Palm Springs is just as gorgeous and festive. We will continue to go here, and in Palm Springs
Huge beautiful property. Definitely my favorite place in/near Palm Springs. Close to the freeway. Courteous staff. Really have no complaints with this hotel. I would definitely reccomend and definitely will be back
I started in a deluxe villa. The room was clean, spacious and extremely accommodating for my wife and I. The staff at the resort were courteous and always willing to help. I have to say that even the on site restaurants were pretty good. I plan on returning again when I come back to Palm Springs.
Great time! Slide going into the pool is awesome for the kids
Had this reservation for 2 months. Check in is 3:00. Should not be a surprise but here we are at 3:35 waiting for a room. They can't even give us a guess as to when it will be ready. Very dissapponted with Weston. Never again. Will stick with Marriott!
I dined at the Restaurant while the hot air balloons were being shown on the field which made the whole experience wonderful. The classic music made the experience even more comfortable.
Very nice resort with great amenities. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Our kids loved the pool with the waterslide and the game area. We will definitely be back!
Facilities and golf course are great. Most employees are clueless and offer little help.
Great service and relaxation value for a day pass. Chicken nachos and a coconut cooler enhanced my experience!
We had dinner at the Fireside Lounge after checking into the Villas. We had a cocktail and shared a Calabrese Pizza. Very good and the staff was very friendly.
This is a great resort to relax and be treated very well.
I was an overnight guest at The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa. I'd recommend staying here. The grounds are beautiful. It's a very large hotel; 40 acres. So there are gold cart shuttles that will take you around the hotel. We are at the Fireside Lounge. The food was good. I will say that the room was dated. It was fine, nothing bad, but the rooms could use some updating. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to the downtown Palm Springs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
Loved the venue! The TV systems need a bit of an update, but otherwise great to relax and do a work vacation.
Totally disappointed. Made reservation 3 weeks in advance. Confirmed room with king bed. Got a room with two queens. This was a special birthday weekend that turned terrible. Housekeeping was bad. Hotel management did little to make this a memorial experience. I think this will be my last trip to the Westin.
Memorial day weekend, the hotel at full capacity. We are here 3 days already and were unable to get a seat around any of the pools. Managment are dismissive saying they are at "full capacity". Apparently full capacity in a Westin hotel means that you practically cannot use the pool and need to wait at least 25min to get a table at any of the hotel restaurants. STAY AWAY get an Airbnb!

One of the best hotels we stayed in palms springs. More than one pool, spacious rooms and quiet environment.
OLD BUT CLEAN - signs on the property to navigate between buildings are not great. Pictures are room 1120.
We loved staying at The Westin Mission Hills Resort & Spa, the property was spacious and beautiful! Erin at the front desk made us feel at home while away from home. She even surprised us the following day after asking if the still had the "sangria night". Unfortunately, they were not offering that during this summer but she went out of her way to send us 2 complimentary margaritas. We spent most of our time at Las Hadas adult pool. Abraham at the bar made us a couple of delicious drinks, one of his special drinks (which was not on the menu) was the Spicy Mango Margarita with Tajin on the rim & perfect splash of lime! Definitely a must try! Overall, our stay was memorable and we cannot wait to book our stay again.
It was an ok expirance. The room was very old and for what they charge I expected a lot more
Wonderful place to relax at, great restuarant and nice bars. Lots of pools, for adults only too
It was a nice place and provided much comfort and class
Beautiful venue, but what else is there to say about a Westin property. Went to a Jazz concert there! Awesome!! Valet was super nice. Had to tip him twice!
Relaxing place with quiet setting and plenty of pool choices.
Lessons with David are amazing. Could improve the woman's bathroom.
Golfed at resort on a Friday morning. Fin course that is being kept up nicely. Only complaint was that it took the cart girl really long to get to us.
Rooms are smaller than expected. But the staff is nice as are the amenities.
Unimpressed by this resort. The grounds weren t clean and rooms were worn out and dated. The layout of the resort was confusing and inconvenient.
Old, concierge was pushy on there 90 min resort propaganda display. The grills don't work properly, The crowd is it family oriented. Mostly guest and felt like we were on spring break. There's no kid friendly pool. Shuttles are slow and not enough at times.
We love staying at the Westin. The staff is very friendly and the accommodations are excellent. They never disappoint.
Spacious rooms nice property. Beds could use an upgrade. Too soft
If you are a golfer, you might really enjoy this. Otherwise the rooms are a bit dated, though the staff is friendly enough. There are multiple pools, and food prices are decent. Rancho Mirage also has good food and shopping. Dog friendly!
Not a lot of people, pool was opened for the kids to have fun, volleyball net in pool..
I've been here about 4 times in a little over a year. I love the attentive staff at the pools. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. The restaurants all have great food.
Went there for a convention, good facility. Parking lot filled up quickly.
Great place to stay and the golf course is is a great challenge but relaxing
I'm staying at the hotel for a bridge tournament that is held here every December. I've come to it three or four years now. The hotel rooms are in a number of small buildings a arrayed along the golf course. Many of the rooms have golf course views, which are delightful. This year, I have a room with no View, but I'm still enjoying it very much. The room is large, with two queen beds, a large table with chairs which can serve as a desk, a sideboard / bar which has a coffee maker how to trade with ice bucket and glasses, a dresser with a large screen flat TV. The bathroom has a double sink and a separate room with toilet and tub / shower. Everything is up to date and tasteful. Throughout by several days stay , the staff has been very helpful. The convention facility where the bridge games are held is comfortable and conscientiously maintained by the staff.
Nice, clean, fun resort. We love Westin s...and this one doesn t disappoint. The pool area and slide are great for kids. Employees are very nice. Underground parking is sparse. Grounds are lush and clean. Loved the place!
Wow. Super beautiful location. Loved taking wedding photos here.
I love this hotel, so relaxing and the service is top of the line.
Bad service, overpriced, and they nickle and dime you. Our room was not ready at 4 and even after they gave us a room it still was not finished.
Avoid this place!
Clean and nice location. Some of the staff could be be more friendly. The golf course had a nice layout, but greens were very slow. The do have nice practice facility and swimming pools, but restaurant was very limited.
After a long while we had a chance to take two days vacation and decided to spend it at this hotel. Paid close to $600 for two nights plus $15 a night for parking.
When we were making the reservation we asked for upper floor room overlooking the golf course but we got the opposite. The room was on the first floor, and the concierge told us that they had more prominent gust attending and they got the first choice. I was insulted right there to be considered a lesser guest and not have my request honored. I guess they promise you anything before you get there!
In spite of paying for a parking space we did not get any decent spot close to our room, they were all occupied and for our entire stay we never got to park anywhere near our room.
It took 10-12 minutes for the hot water to reach the pipes in our room, at first we thought there is no hot water to take a hot shower when the outside weather was 52 degrees at night.
Early in the morning, around 6:00 am we were awakened by a whoosh of water running through the walls. It took us a minute to realize it was the upstairs neighbor flushing the toilet, then she decided to take a shower and the water noise was so loud we could not possibly go back to sleep. Then she started walking back and forth in her high hills. That was our Saturday morning. Later in the day we came back to the room around 4:00 pm and there was no made service, bed was not done, room was not cleaned, trash was not emptied, towels were not changed ...
The second night was not any better since our neighbor's ceremony continued.
I could not wait to leave the place and not go back never ever again.
Great family get away. I taught my granddaughter how to ride a bike here.
