Nice sized room and several restaurants to choose from.

The room was nice and the view was amazing. The pillows were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel. The bed didn't seem to be comfortable either but that may have been associated to the pillows. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Excellent property. Smooth and quick check in. Got upgraded to a ocean front room @ no extra charge. Very clean and crisp. All staff members are friendly and courteous. Bar and restaurant are well appointed with good food and wine selections. This is my second visit here and not the last. I recommend the Westin for a romantic getaway.

The staff are very punctual when attending to your needs.

The Westin Jekyll Island is one of the most beautiful and accommodating resorts that you'll ever stay at. The island is very isolated which is nice if you're looking for a less crowed area. We arrived and was checked in immediately. Customer service was really great except at checkout. The Westin is located right on the beach. Ensure that you bring comfortable clothing. The Reserves restaurant isn't bad at all. Quite expensive but hey, you get what you pay for there. If you want more attractions, go to St.Simon Island, which is only a 15-20 minute drive from Jekyll. We climb the lighthouse at SSI and it was awesome once we got to the top. It's free if you're military. Upon entering Jekyll, you'll have to pay a $6 toll just to get onto Jekyll Island so be sure to have cash or a credit card. Upon checking out was my issue. Ensure you read the bottom of your receipt. They will do an authorization charge for nearly double the amount they charge you for staying there, so again, make you read your checkout receipt. The gentleman checking us out didn't even mentioned it. Besides the lack of communication, this place is awesome for lovers and couples that just want to get away for the weekend. Awesome beach to walk on even barefooted. Get a oceanfront view room and you won't be disappointed! If you get the bellman Paul, you're in for a treat. Vallet service is $15 a day if you want to be lazy for your stay there. The parking lot is right there so I choose to walk instead of paying. The gift shops are great. Everything you need for your stay is on that island. Enjoy!!!!!

Staff friendly. Carnell was very helpful one evening when my Room had been forgotten to be freshened up by housekeeping during the day. He brought us shampoo and coffee for the next day. He was very nice and polite. And the housekeeping staff was very polite.

Love the ability to sit on a balcony and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

Sits right on the beach, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the staff is accommodating and friendly.

Staff was not helpful and lazy, was so surprised how issues where handled, I've worked for 3 hotels and this was absolutely a horrible experience

The service is phenomenal, everyone is super friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bathroom is larger than you'd expect. It is located right on the beach with several access spots and is really easy to get to, it's right in front of you when you arrive on the island.

The service here was amazing, wonderful staff, the amenities are great, the location is great! Will definitely be back!!!

Sadly, third stay did not meet expectations. Staff is just not as good as our first visit. On their phone, looking away, no smiling. Valets restaurant(particularly Jackie) and car service was exceptional. Desk staff and manager failed to help with helping me use points for stay and charged full rate.

Beautiful beachfront hotel, with stunning view of the ocean and island. Excellent shopping area, food, bikes, and beach toys (boards, canopies, etc.)Nice convention center for meetings/special events.

The place is first-class, with nice rooms and even nicer staff there to assist you, if the need should arise. The resort is right in the middle of the beach village, and there are attractions close by, that you can drive to, bike, or go by shuttle. If you are looking for a great place to stay while seeing Jekyll Island, then The Westin will not disappoint!

This place was great and relaxing. Staff great and bed are the best ever. I would tell anyone to stay at The Westin when visiting Jekyll Island.

Did not enjoy my stay at this hotel because the food options were not up to date. If they have to close a restaurant due to COVID, they should have good up to date food options for the patrons. Also, a child got sick in the hallway near our room. I did not see any workers pull out a carpet cleaner machine to deep clean the carpet in the hallway. The awful smell was there for sometime.

We went to this resort location for my nephews wedding and it was a delightful experience by all. Great service; hotel was exceptional and wedding beautiful!

Loved our visit here for a few drinks. When we return this will be where we stay. Friendly folks, elegant setting and well. Westin just always gets it right

The staff is so friendly! Paul at the restaurant awesome! Rooms and property are very clean. Beautiful modern decor, but the best thing we enjoyed was the oh so comfortable bed.

Our first room, the sliding glass door didnt lock, but they moved our room with ni issues.
Then at about midnight in our second room the sensor fell off the sliding door and the ac shut off. We had to rig it with a rubber band to get it to work.
They have great food and service. Beautiful setting, very clean. Cant wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. View is stunning, staff is friendly and accommodating and rooms are clean.

Place is very elegant. Food could have been better. For our function, we had a buffet style dinner. The rice was bland. The pasta was ok. The NY strip was dry and tough.

The rooms are very neat and the bathrooms are very spacey and clean. However, the rooms are relatively small.

Awesome breakfast on the outside deck,with beautiful views. Great service,be sure to ask for Jack!

Stayed during a short girls only trip. All but one of us agreed that we enjoyed staying at the Westin. I've stayed in nicer, more exclusive, hotels than this one and there aren't as many amenities as at some resort hotels, but overall it was an excellent place to stay. Happy with our choice.

Worse night sleep ever! Went to enjoy the Christmas tree lighting festival. I called for shuttle pick up afterwards and waited 45 mins. I was told they must have missed me. Arrive to the hotel being evacuated and fire trucks everywhere. My dog was still inside!! When we finally get the all clear, my poor dog was so stressed from the alarms that we had to take him out of the hotel! Its really hard to sleep when you don't know if there was any cause for alarm about the fire and you dog is still crying and shaking. At check out I was greeted with a $95 pet fee and a $20 resort fee. This was definitely no resort! My room didn't even have a microwave! I paid you a $95 pet fee to. Put my poor dog in stress so bad we had to take him out of the hotel for a couple hours at 10 PM. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Nice hotel, comfortable beds, attentive staff, ocean front, adequate parking.

Don't let the price fool you... this place isn't that nice once you get past the Starbucks and fancy bar area. Staff were always friendly and willing to help, but never had answers to my questions and even messed up my reservation where we had to pay the resort fee and taxes twice!!! Rooms were clean, but beds and pillows need to be replaced. The pillows were flat and bed was not up to Westin Standard. We requested that we not have our room cleaned on Day 2 and ended up coming back from breakfast in the middle of a cleaning with no where to go. Beach access was nice, but not a great enough amenity given the lack of competency of the staff and terrible beds. I would not pay the going price for this hotel again. If you are someone who is looking for value when booking a nice hotel this isn't for you.

As a wedding vendor, it s important that leading up to each event, everything is finalized and consistent. The Westin s team is always ahead of schedule, keeps a cool head, and serves their clients with the utmost professionalism and excellent service. But, with the Westin, you don t just get an amazing team. You get an absolutely gorgeous venue, delicious food, and a breath-taking view. Centrally and strategically located at the center of Jekyll Island, it s the perfect venue for a wedding and for your guests to stay at, too! Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful place to stay next to the beach and we were treated great!

It looks like a very nice hotel. I just walked by and looked at it shortly, but nevertheless nice.

Excellent location right on the beach. Great service, clean rooms, good restaurants, what is not to like. Our third time staying here and we will be back. Thanks Paul and team for an excellent stay.

It all started the moment that we pulled up to the front door of this beautiful property. The bell staff were friendly and attentive. The check in process went seamlessly with more gracious staff in the lobby. Our travel to our weekend home moved quickly. Opening the door to our room was filled with anticipation which was not disappointed when we were meet with a stunning view of the beach and the Atlantic. Our trip continued to impress with the smiles and fun that we had with George and Bryon behind the bar located at the entrance to the main restaurant. Our full day, Saturday, was capped with a 5 star dinner experience in the main restaurant and a follow up night cap with some great people. This is not my first visit to the Weston on Jekyll Island nor will it be our last.

They do not have decaf coffee and I was told they had been out "for weeks". If you are with the state, they will not honor tax exempt status unless you bring a state check. They don't care you are there for a conference and have ID and paperwork. Annoying.

It was a great place to stay and the staff was great.

Very clean and well-structured hotel with great seaside atmosphere. Truly gives the island experience with many great shops and places to eat directly next to and behind the hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for a family wedding. Absolutely beautiful property and amazing staff.

The hotel manager (Shawn) was so amazing. He went out of his way to make sure i had a perfect stay. Everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel was beautiful with fun restaurants within the hotel and around the hotel. Definately coming back.

I have not personally stayed at the Westin but I coordinated an event on site at their restaurant, the Reserve. Staff was exceptional. From the valet, front desk to hostess and server. Tended to all needs and were very attentive throughout. Ate off the buffet, food was plentiful and hot. Omelet bar with pancakes, French toast or waffles made to order. Very clean and welcoming. Beautiful views of ocean and beach right out the window. Will go back and stay at the hotel.

Have not stayed at the hotel but there is a Starbucks facing the village square.

Nice clean hotel. Parking is a little bit difficult to find it.

Was there for a event. The island was well upkeep with minimum traffic and people. Naturally everything on the island is a little bit more expensive than off the island.

Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent room and super excellent location. This Resort has it all and we will definitely return. You won't be disappointed.
