Best institute for learning french .presence of native french speakers makes them an obvious choice .

I had to get a certificate translated to French. Went to this place on Saturday evening, despite the official hours were till 1, the guard made me meet a person who accepted my documents.

After two days I went to collect my document and there was an error in the certificate, which they corrected but unfortunately the stamp was in lock and keys were with an executive who was on leave that day. They tried best to help, the branch head came to me and apologised and asked me to feel comfortable for about half n hour since the executive has left from home and will be back in half n hour. In the meantime what I witnessed was a bond within the executives. They all were damn supporting.

I appreciate the behaviour and thus the five stars :)

I want to do the French course and if anyone tell me about the procedure like duration, charges and etc share me please.

Nice school premises adjacent to the MCM College and Garden Of Fragrances. The school also hosts a Art Gallery that is usually a great place to visit Art Exhibitions. One of the hot spots for Chandigarh's Art Scene and you can meet quite a few artists here. Today it was an Art exhibition of Sanjay Kumar's Stone Lithography works. He is a National award winner, well travelled, and well known for his experimentation with Inks, medium and paper.

best institute to explore french language and french culture.... dey dnt make us bok worms. dey give us a french living experience... adn the faculty infrastructure and the bibliotheque ... evrything is upto the mark...

Everything about the course was good except for the part where I wanted my certificate at the end and they literally made me go back and forth to the place for approx. 7 times. The receptionist was rude as hell. Didn't give me the right information. Spoke impolitely. Got my certificate after two years. Literally.

I fell in love with this place the day I visited it the first time. The faculty has the best of teachers it could've had. They are more than teachers or profs. They're educationists in real sense. Go with the will to learn and tell me if you still couldn't succeed. They engage you in so much more than just classroom studying. You learn about the french culture, the stereotypes, they have guest speakers coming in sometimes to offer fun lessons that are always another fun catch. This place just vibes so well! Can't be happier I studied from here.

This is the only place where you are taught how to live the language, not learn it.

Tres bien!! Studied here many many years back, their teaching is too good. They actually make great efforts so you get a good understanding of not only French language, but also French culture and history.. Thats why regular French films screening too.. The teachers are dedicated.. And, the charges are quite reasonable as compared to private institutions or even private tutors..you also get pretty girls for company in your class..

The best place in Chandigarh for enjoying cultural events, musical shows, and for a French experience in the city....

It is inexplicable! Today morning (September 1,2016) I finished my A2; well, If I pass today's paper. I am fortunate to be taught and mentored by one of the best language teachers (Madame Sadia) of AF Chandigarh. I have never came across a pedagogue like her. It is just because of her that I managed to do my A2 after having done A1 two and half years back.
I am looking forward to do B1, if any 7-9am batch commences.

Awesome for meeting new people and making friends even if you ain't enrolled

Best decision to learn french...very cool teachers...got very good and close friends...and awesme place to learn something new..

I took a 4 days a week course and after my school's weekends off regimen it was the most surprisingly pleasant experience. Don't forget the monthly magazine available at the office, attend co-curriclar activities and drink coffee everyday.

Want a french living experience !!
No better place than this. One can learn french, meet new people, interact with them and their culture. A must visit for all the french aficionados.

Everytime Worst experience . Whenever I visited , no authorised person on his/ her seat.
Helping staff persons are boss there. Time killing and harassment is their motto. Today I called but phone is not responding so I visited administration staff are in meeting so nobody attend the phone, one staff member said me, 10:30 am to 12: 49 pm till the time I was there meeting is going on as a helping staff member said me, and lunch time is 1 to 3 pm.
When I asked 2 hours lunch time, he said it's France not India.. I said then why substitute person is here during meeting? He laughed, I feel very insult.

They don't answer phone calls and don't even reply on WhatsApp. I have no idea about the institute but this not a way to treat potential clients.

A best place in Chandigarh to learn French. The French learning academy is in sectir 36 A chandigarh. No direct bus service. Near stop Is Sector 36 Market. Canteen at top floor. Free parking space on side ground. Adjoining hibiscus garden and near Sector 36 market.

People here are very helpful. Beautifully curated library and the premises are very well maintained.

The place is an amalgamation of awesome faculty, staff and vibes :)

a great place for learning French in its entirety good bunch of teachers but carry your Tiffin as the canteen has limited options also do not call as they hardly answer go visit the place in person i am sure you will love it

I had given paper there and have some queries but they don't pick up the phone or reply to emails.

I guess they run so fast in covering their syllabus of the French books . Suggest to opt for more enthusiastic faculty who can take little pain to clear the concepts for the beginners.

I studied at Alliance years back and at that time I must tell you the quality of experience you will get here is far much better than any other French language institute. This place is wheelchair accessible and cafeteria is at the top floor of this building. Parking is free

A great place to learn french. Teachers are very friendly they are actually the real educationist. I must say this is the best place in tricity for french learners. Such a friendly environment too there mediatheque in basement is amazing it help you to learn and practise more and great cafeteria at the top serving even the french dishes along with that a rooptof garden and even a garden in front. They might not answer your mails easily but you can always call them and if they dont pick even that then you can always visit the office for any kind of enquiry. They have all the courses designed as per your suitability weekdays, weekend, morning evening any.

Absolutely amazing professers make the experience worthwhile. There might be some non-serious elements in every batch, but the manner in which the staff handles them is commendable. My favourite place to be on a week day!

Ideal institute for learning French language in chandigarh tricity

Good old memories of this place.My memories as a student at Alliance Francais was great.

I have done my A1 basic course twice from AF Chandigarh. First time in 2003 when I was preparing to go to France as a student and second time in 2017. The way of teaching is Unique and that is the best way to learn a foreign language. There are some other private institutes in city but AF is best for serious learners. You also get to experience the actual French Culture as they celebrate French Festivals and as a student you get a chance to participate which is very good. I give it 10 out of 10 for the style of teaching, level of their Tutors, cleanliness, Location and their non profit approach. I benefited a lot from it while my stay in France as a student and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn French in traditional French way.

The place is good to learn french but for the students which have study interview have to face bad experience, also they charge alot for a small interview , after so many formilites there emabassey refuse your visa without a genuin reason.

It's a good place to be in, in terms of almost every thing viz,it's the best place to learn French speaking,it's a place where you can meet a variety of people be it students or working professionals,kids or housewives.It organises various cultural programs-music concerts,picnic,photography competition- only to name a few.It offers bilingual translation services.You would find here a small but relevant-to-beginners library which also sells French language books.You can also find a Camus France office here which would assist you with your French scholarship,DELF/DALF/TCF exams and thus you could easily plan your France education dream.When you are done with your French language,you can savour French cuisine in It's canteen.

Good teachers but a certain Anushka is a terrible teacher and manages to single handedly get the place a one star rating. If you're going for a course here please confirm that she's not your teacher unless you like mediocre classes where your questions don't get answered because your teacher dosent know the answers.
