Good place to stay and experience Indian Cuisine .... Quite pricey though ... Sort of worth it ...

Will definitely be back next time I am in town. Ubers take few extra minutes to get there because of confusing entrance. But super friendly staff, good services generally and awesome recognition for elite members.

Beautiful water body on entrance and back of the hotel makes it look very elegant.

Not easily accessible, locating the entrance to place is difficult.

The hotel is nice...the interior is good and a good place to organise any event.

I think it's overrated a bit. The place is nice and there is no denying it but at this price point there are better options, again food was amazing but the prices are really over the roof.

We came here with our friends and have booking for club House room but not given the appropriate room and we are not served with food and drinks during the happy hours in the lounge. Behaviour of staff is also very rude

Rooms are super comfortable, awesome services, and a very humble staff. If you are traveling for business, it's the best place to stay.

Went for dinner here after midnight. The restaurant is open 24x7. Food is good. Staff is brilliant.

Visited the place for a conference. They have a very spacious conference hall with a fantastic buffet at the end. I enjoyed the desserts the most.

Last night I attended a marriage function, everything was fine till the dinner time. The dinner place was dark as hell, there was hardly some lights on the top and no can really see what is where. Most of the guest has no clue that where to keep the dirty plates. For a 5 star category- Nop not up to the standards.

Friendly staff. Very accommodative and flexible. My room was small with too much furniture, so a little disappointing. Air conditioning needs improvement.

Had been for a lunch buffet at Seasonal Tastes. It was a very good experience. Good food, service and ambience. A definite place we would visit again.

We went there for Google's DEVFEST 19 and it was super crazy event. Plus the location and the ambience was the cherry on the cake.
This hotel can handle 7+ tracks simultaneously.

Westin is really a five star hotel. The way they treat you makes you feel special. Had breakfast and Lunch there and it was awesome. Ambience is good and if you want to experience a good hospitality, visit at least once.

Good place for attending events. Food after the event was great as well which is something new as with all the 5 star places that I have been, food is usually bland. Will update my review if I get a chance to visit the place again.

Lounge is the best in Gurgaon and you can even eat some roll and maki in happy hours. There are many kind staffs on executive lounge of 7th floor. Chef Rahul, Mohit, Satyajit, Saurabh and Riya are them. Always friendly, caring, kind to all of customers. They always try their best service and I believe they are doing it now. I really appreciate that. Thank you.

Centrally located although the entrance is a bit difficult to find. But once you do it's quite pleasant. Nice foyer with a coffee shop....abd the 24-hour coffee shop has a great buffet on Sundays, worth a try. Great variety and packs more into that buffet than several others in its class.

Good location. Entrance is bit difficult. If you attending any seminars and want break, you have to walk little more.

Not value for your hard earned money. Gets lot of traffic noise inside rooms. Your prefered food May not be available. They will serve only what they have in menu.

And most importantly, noone will be there to help you while breakfast. Search and serve on your own.

I have not stayed in the property. Had dinner a couple of times in the restaurant at the ground floor. The food was good and the property and ambience were good too! Couple of my clients stayed there and they had high regards for the hotel! The service was excellent too. Overall i had a good experince and i would highly recommend this.

Good hotel and nice decor, but as of now due to heavy construction around the highways, does not have easy access, hope temporarily.

The Westin Gurgaon is definitely an excellent property located at the heart of Gurgaon at Iffco Chowk connecting it to all major CBDs in Gurgaon. Property is well designed though in my opinion the lighting (around reception and lobby) is a little dim than desired. That can ofcourse be a personal opinion. Can't comment on the room and its details as wasn't an overnight guest. The buffet served during the event attended was decent.

Overall nice property. Visited this for an event and all the facilities are great. The entrance and signage is not correctly put up so difficult to locate.

We had lunch here a few times while visiting family and friends. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. We enjoyed the food and ambiance

A great hotel. I spent nearly two months here for work, and they are incredibly accommodating and kind.

Ambience was great. Very good interiors. Location is also good. Staff was courteous. Had ordered Veg food. However it did not taste as the standards of a 5 star hotel. Else wverything

The Westin , Gurgaon is a beautiful hotel . This hotel is of five star category . The garden of this hotel is very beautiful . The GYM is very nice . There is a nice swimming pool . The lounge of the hotel is nicely arranged , decorated and well furnished . One side of the lounge is restaurant . Variety of foods , Delhi Chat corner , dessert counter , hot drinks counter etc are in side the restaurant . Foods and all the items are very nutritious and very tasty . Apparently from outside the hotel is looking round shape . The hotel is very nice . This hotel is very much visible from main roads .

No courtesy, No one will come to attend and take orders, you have to raise hand and shout like a roadside dhaba. Ask them to completely waive the service fee

Nice hotel, but getting older. Nice rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast is ok but not great. Other restaurants on site are better.

On September 21, 2020 we enjoyed dinner in ' Seasonal Tastes' restaurant. Lasanea and Pizza prepared by the Chef Dushyant were awesome. Ambiance was great. Would like to visit more often
