This place is nice and priced accordingly. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are set up nice.

They take pride in details. Rooms are clean, impeccably appointed and have a very welcoming and pleasant smell. Too bad we didn't stay in this hotel long enough.
The hotel is typically an airport hotel and really American ..... bathroom with shower in a low soaking tub .... a super good king size bed ... no minibar .... breakfast with eggs and bacon ... but no refined croissant and sandwiches. The restaurant has a nice menu .... but they lack basic rules .... red wine in a lemonade glass .... espresso in a cardboard cup ... you get your starter and two minutes later your main course ... really that is so unbelievably bad. I can not recommend this hotel.
It's OK, fine for a conference. Charges for brand name. The rooms are nothing special, found a hotel with similar rooms for $100 less per night that also serves breakfast.
Slow shuttle service. Rooms are very basic. People for the most part seem friendly and no major issues.
Great hotel, location is boring. There's nothing fun around but it's clean, nice, friendly staff and plenty of parking. Full stocked bar, which is always fabulous.
I attended Fen Con. The host hotel did an admirable job with the facilities.
The rooms were great and the hotel was very nice. I was disappointed with the service in the restaurant as the waiter was very rude and inattentive though. He did not ask what I wanted on my burger, bring water, or even offer drinks. Other than that, great experience
2nd Consecutive Event attended for American Airlines. Very beautiful place, room, staff and location. The food is great as well as the staff , service and rooms. Highly recommended.
Stale property . Need urgent need urgent renovations
A standard above everyone else in the DFW area. Try a corner suite with a view of the air port.
Wonderful service. Super responsive ops team. Tidy room. If you order-in make sure you're hungry or have someone to split with because the portions are huge. Very satisfying honeymoon experience!
Due to flight delay, got there around 12:30AM. The check in process was terrible- there was only one last at the front desk and she was helping someone since he was double charged(?). We waited for over 25 minutes to be helped and she did not even bother apologizing. To add to that, there was an emergency at 1:30 AM and we were all evacuated. NOT one person told us what was going on nor did we receive any information on whether the emergency situation is over. We just saw the manager walking around providing no information to anyone. This went on until 4 AM and THEN we we're woken up again twice to the fire alarm again after that.
TO TOP THAT, construction began at 9AM at the lobby with loud hammering and drilling and they gave us the worst room in the hotel in the 2nd floor right above the lobby.
Customers are paying top dollar to stay at the Westin and we expect way better customer service than what we received!! I'm still shocked since I have never had such a bad experience in any other hotel before!!
Would be 5 stars because the room is awesome for the price, but with flights cancelled they prioritize flight crew even if you have been waiting to be picked up for over an hour.
Excellent service!!!! The rooms are great. Clean and well taken care of. I will check for availability with this hotel first the next time I'm in Dallas!
I think they discriminated against us because the two times we went to lunch, the waiters served in glass cups and us in plastic cups. The second day they did not give us silverware. The rooms were clean.

The place was immaculate! Would recommend to anyone! Location is right off the highway, rooms are overly stocked and services were above average!
Good event space with lots of versatility. The staff was friendly and helpful, even reconfiguring the space as needed during the event to meet presenter needs.
The hotel is very good to us. They did sell rooms we booked to another group, though, but it was for a group that had be displaced by a hurricane.
Bathroom floor needed to be swept, towel in bathroom was dirty, ice bucket was dirty....they did give you bottle water...pick up from airport took 1.5 hours...when it's only suppose to be 20 mins...but they did give me a Starbucks Coffee...
Could use a bit of an update, inconsistent staff assistance, convenient location
Excellent treatment to the public in general, very clean rooms and large spaces. Perfect for business trip
Complete disappointment, from check in process staff to shuttle to airport, rooms smelled SO MOLDY, no AC in hallways, elevator - definitely NOT what's expected at a Westin. I'd give it NO STARS if that was an option-
Great customer service experienced as soon as I walked in the door.
The planes landing fly right over this hotel. Except for the noise of the planes this is a good hotel
I thought the Westin was much better than the Sheraton on the corner, but no, to have breakfast even with Platinum, one has to go for a voucher. The beds are rich, just like the Sheraton but they are supposed to have upgraded me and I'm not sorry. The check-in line was extremely long.
Shuttle took over an hour to pick us up from the airport!
Great service and reasonably priced! The only thing that needs improvement is the elevator situation. It takes too long, and for 4 elevators, it shouldn't be that long of a wait.
Clean and pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was very slow and unimpressive.
Fancy place... Thanks american airlines for wasting a day of my life but getting me a nice hotel.
Close to airport; Denny's across the street. Windy and hot outside. Great staff. Room was nice.
I was impressed with the amphitheater style meeting room that was available to us last week. Every seat had a table with multiple electrical outlets and internet connection ports. And there was just enough room outside in the hallway for a complete breakfast and coffee setup.
Excellent place for a conference, courteous staff, good food and clean spacious meeting rooms.
The room was small, but clean. The staff was polite. The only dislike that I have is the lack of a continental breakfast.
The service is very good, but the hotel needs a renovation.
If not I would give it four stars.
Room had some problems when I checked in that were appropriately taken care of. Hotel in approach for DFW and can be noisy. Room I was in was clean but quite dated.
It wasn t bad the rooms just average. It s neat watching the planes from the rooftop since it s so close to airport. You can pay 5.00 a person ( All day pass) to take you to different stops in Grapevine including Grapevine Mills Mall.
Great location, very good customer service and front desk help. Good management, good restaurant and bar. Delicious breakfast buffet. Can't find much anything wrong with this hotel.
This hotel deserves and has very much earned 4 stars. From the moment I walked in to the minute I left I was taken care of. Everything is clean, the lay out is modern and carefully thought out. I recommend this to anyone traveling.
Room is nice and apparently was renewed. There are usb charging ports on the side of the bed, which is very nice if you maybe forgot yours or have multiple devices to charge, but there's no fridge in the room.
Staff is very friendly.
Close to the airport, walking distance to some places to eat.
Okay, so in all honesty it has taken me far too long to put this on here. So, my husband and I went with my family to Dallas to spend some time together after my grandma passed away in September 2017. After a very exhausting week this hotel was the perfect place to stay. It was extremely clean, the bathrooms were impeccable, the bed was very comfortable, they were able to accommodate my allergies to down pillows, and Lakeisha was excellent; she was able to not only help my family stay on the same floor, but she also upgraded our room at no additional charge. Overall their staff was great and the amenities were very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in the DFW area.
Rude employees. Lack of communication. And a fire alarm. Went off with a total lack of communication about what was going on
The meeting areas were nice. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The catered food for lunch and breakfast was great! The snacks were the only part I did not like.
The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was horrible. It never showed up after waiting for more than an hour. I received a ride to the hotel by another hotel's shuttle driver.
Easy check in process without pressuring me to join yet another "points" program. I was here for a business training conference and they pick the hotel but I was impressed with the service and standards of the hotel. I may not seek out a Westin when traveling, but if it's an option I'll certainly consider it closely.
Went to a conference there. The place is huge. Dont know anything else about it
It's a really nice hotel. The beds are out of this world comfy!!
Had super fun night for Christmas party.
Vegetables were over cooked.. but friendly staff!!
Very nice hotel. The pool on the roof was awesome. Watching the planes coming into dfw, flying so close is something that should be seen! The bed was fantastic, super comfortable!
Of all my Westin stays, this was definitely a standout, but not for good reasons. The building is old and run down, the elevators are slow, the rooms are not very sound insulated and are general just ok, WiFi was terrible and my cell signal was not much better. All-in-all, I would equate this Westin more inline with lower end properties rather than a higher end Marriott property.
This place was beautiful and the staff was very helpful.
The staff was very helpful and nice. Construction made it difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. But overall the hotel was very nice and clean.
Very nice amenities, the restaurant has great food options.
Walked in, met my mom, took her to get coffee. Everything I experienced was excellent in the 45 second I was there!
Best thing about staying at the hotel with the convention is that I can go on to bed when I get tired and husband can hang out with his friends longer!
Coming back from airport and waiting for shuttle has always been super slow at least 45 -60 mins wait. Note to myself, never use them again
Great place to stay especially when flying in and out of dfw
Kind of loud...the planes from DFW fly directly over if the wind is right.
Well run operation...I don't like the pets.
Everything about this experience was awful. Nice hotel, but the good ends there. Airport pickup took over an hour, driver was rude and aggressive. Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Tried calling the front desk from the room and the phone rang and rang for 25+ min. Ordered takeout from the bar described as turkey burger with edamame and red pepper . It was literally a frozen patty on a cheap bun with bad fries. Shuttle to the airport was 7 min late. I thought this was a luxury brand? This experience was anything but. I ve had better service at a comfort inn.
Great location, great food, and willing to take myself and others if sure to a local restaurant for great food. Would recommend!
