Was here for a dinner. Ordered a steak and salmon. The salmon was on the drier side but overall, both dishes were good. The waiter staff were attentive. I enjoyed drinks made by the bartending staff as well.

Beautiful restaurants and retail stores. Great meal at Ola Mexican Restaurant. Not thrilled with the parking. Even with a validation still had to pay $6...

Hotel is nice, right across from the beach. The rooms were pretty big. Nice and clean with a small balcony. The bathroom is a bit dated especially with the wasteful toilet. The big pool is not open yet. Drinks by the pool are pricey!pool food was ok. Restaurant breakfast was pretty gross. Ballroom food was good. Staff are pretty nice. Valet option only and they are the worst! They left something on my car (lights or something) that completely drained the battery for 2 days and then tried to blame me and my car for their mistake. My car is new and got it checked recently battery life in the 90s! Then they touched it and it died! They had to jump start it. Just be careful when leaving your car for long weekend, make sure to check on it.

Excellent service, but our beds were small and the rollaway bed we had to order because of the small bed situation was lumpy. The actual sleeping part of the trip was miserable. The hotel itself is beautiful, loved the pool & easy beach access. The hotel provided everything you need for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, even a wagon to bring it all.

Great room and great service! A true resort experience.

Room cleanliness not what it used to be. This is our 3rd year staying in the twin dolphin tower with an ocean front room. Our room needs a deep cleaning and refresh from the moment we entered. For the price point I expect a spotless room. I had to clean the base boards and sink cabinets myself. Cleaning a hotel room is not something you want to do on vacation.

Great location next to beach and awesome kids pool with slides. Would stay here again.

This is at a great location that is near the beach, shopping area, restaurants and the bars. You can do a lot of sightseeing, beach walks and get around pretty easily.

Good location. More space is coming soon. Pool, conference hall, gym, all there. Rates are reasonable for the area. Solid hotel.

Amazing fluffy pillows!!!!! The beds are so comfy!!! The pool was great!! Has a beach side, waterslides, and a bar!
The beach is across the street and you can build bonfires and roast whatever your heart desires. We will be checking in again soon!!

A staple in HB...iconic hotel with amazing upgrades and fun for the whole family!

Upon arriving the staff was very polite and serious and greeted me by name when i was around the hotel. The rooms were decent we had a room that was on floor 12. it was modern. had a hardwood floor, flat screen, 2 beds, refrigerator, and a balcony. The beds were kinda small for a family of four, but it worked.
The first issue was the wifi. the cost of the room was pretty steep and it didn't include wifi, so i had to pay 13.00$ for one full day of wifi for 1 DEVICE, not the weekend. other than the wifi, it was a pleasurable stay. the restaurant "shades" was a nice restaurant, had indoor-outdoor seating, which also included a few fountains and a large fire pit you could sit and eat at, it also had heaters to keep you warm. The resturant was next to the pool, which works out well for the kids, the waiter was very knowledgeable about everything, even remembered what we had the previous day.
The pool was very warm and enjoyable, which was great for a dip when the temperature is in the 50's and 60's.
The only issues were the hidden cost, you have mandatory valet service, there is no other parking lot, and the wifi cost. other than the cost, a nice family oriented hotel, with a professional look to it,

Great food. You can order anything here and it will be delicious. I went there as a work event and was able to sample many of the dishes. Staff was excellent.

Extremely disappointed. Save yourself the experience and stay somewhere else. I have stayed in nicer hotels in Vietnam! Room was filthy, bathroom was horrible and the room service was terrible.

My son had his wedding and reception there. Everyone was nice and also have a great ocean view. Also practicing safe distance and must wear a mask.

An outstanding hotel offered services. The dining area was spacious. The lounge bar serves good mixed drinks as well. I am very happy that I was able to visit this place. I couldn't ask for more! Walking distance to Huntington Beach shops & pubs, across the road from the beach on the PCH. Food was delicious, valet parking and friendly service. 10/10 will be back.

The hotel just added a beautiful west wing. The roof top on the new wing is fantastic place to entertain. The staff is amazing and the view of the beach is breathtaking.

really nice place. prime location - it just looking out towards the beach. pier is just 1 mile north. very clean and well. there's a wedding reception area facing the beach/ocean - awesome photo ops during the "magic hour".

Very family and pet friendly. Across the street from food and shopping. Walking distance to Main Street. Beach fire pits across the street. They have a smores package for $15/person - wood, hot chocolate, chairs, blankets. Very convenient.

The valet was very professional and the other staff was extremely helpful. Made my overall experience very good. The view was also incredible and extremely close to the beach.

Best service I ve had in all Hilton Hotels I have Ever stayed. I arrive midnight due to a flight delay and from valet to front desk everyone was very nice and friendly. The room is flawless with a breathtaking view. I woke up to watch the sunrise and notice the cleaning lady was cleaning the glass on the balcony at the other tower across from my room. Then I looked at the balcony glass and noticed it was fingerprintless. My room was awesome and it was right on the beach. Thank you to all of your staff. I will definitely visit again!

We were there for the surf city marathon and it was a great hotel for the event

We held a team meeting at this resort hotel and it was a perfect experience! We built sandcastles as a team-building activity, and it was so pleasant to see the ocean and waves from our windows. It really energized our team!

Rooms and venues are nice and big. Got a nice beach view from my room. There was construction going on but I barely noticed it.

The room was fair. Air conditioning didn't ever come on, despite adjusting settings. Hotel was undergoing renovations, so many amenities not available. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Great place to stay in Huntington Beach...Right on PCH

The resort was truly beautiful along with the ocean side view from the room (totally worth it). The workers are all very nice and well manned; especially the valet opened the door for me every time and always asked how my day was going or went. The only downside was that parking was somewhat expensive but it is California. All in all I would definitely recommend people to stay here. It was literally right across the road from the beautiful ocean and the pier. The shuttle they offer takes you right into the night life of great bars and shops (we walked because of the scenery) it was really close.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed! Right from the first time we pulled in the valet attendant was so welcoming, the front desk checked us in an upgraded us to a suite with ease! The views from the balcony are stunning, the pools are amazing and everybody went out of their way to make this the best vacation I've had in a very long time! The Twin Dolphin tower is the new building with beautifully appointed beach themed furnishings. The hotel is a 2-3 block walk to many great restaurants, shops and the Huntington Beach Pier.

Lounge chairs at the pool were disgusting, got complementary drinks when we checked in early and staff was friendly.

Amazing location, beautiful property. Two pools - one quiet, one noisy. Get a west facing room if you can. If there was a self- parking option it would be 5* for me

They had to have the fire department come 2 days in a row to test the system. This would be fine of they didn't get on the intercom(in the rooms)at 8am to let everyone in the hotel know they were doing a test. When we first got there, the elevators didn't work and no employee could come up with a solution other than "well walk your bags up 7 flights of stairs". The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the food and spa. Both were great.

Hotel was Great! However, The poolside service was the worst I have ever seen! It would take more than 45 minutes to get a drink! They need to change the ordering process. We had a family who was placing their drink order and I asked the hostess to include me in the order and I will pay separately She said she couldn't do that and would send someone else to take my order... How does that make any sense? I ended up getting my own drink... 30 minutes later the other family was still waiting for their order.

Wow! Absolutely gorgeous facility everyone is so kind. Room is great. What could you have to complain about???

Fine accommodations across the street from the beach, yet just outside the hubbub of HB.

This was my second stay here. I love this hotel. On both visits, I had a Ocean View room...and the view was spectacular. This trip (with a AAA and/or AARP discount), I managed to get an online price of $199 per night for our room. I STILL can't figure out how I managed that. When we arrived in our room, we were welcomed with chocolate-dipped strawberries and a bottle of champagne, which was a pleasant surprise (and not sure if this is common). I LOVE my bed at home and find it difficult to sleep in "foreign" beds. However, I NEVER have a problem getting a good, restful night of sleep in the comfy queen beds here. Staff is uber friendly and accommodating from the moment you pull up to valet, to the moment you check out. Given the cost of the room, we decided to pass on the $12.95 WiFi fee. Nonetheless, I plan to return here every chance I get.
