Visiting from New Orleans and was craving Caribbean food. The service was awesome. Some of the best oxtails on the west coast. Will come back again.

Beautiful hotel overall. Room in dolphin tower looks brand new. Plenty of space of space in King room. Valet was decent. A little scattered when we arrived, busy due to an event. Room service for breakfast was expensive as normal, but actually felt worth it. We got omelets and pancakes. Only stayed for a work event so cannot say anything about pool. Beach right across the street. Pretty sure most rooms can get a view.

Upscale, clean, friendly and fun staff. Restaurant serves great food,especially the partisan fries. Pool is beautiful and large. Great view of the Pacific. Short walk to a shopping area. The hotel is in the process of expanding but that was not an issue. Actually, I can't wait to see it fully completed, I bet it will be incredible. I will definitely return.

This place is awesome..Customer service is top notch and view from ocean front rooms are great. We did the Sunday brunch which can't be beat...Highly recommended!

When we arrived the pool area was under construction no one mentioned this when we made our reservation. Got to our room the refrigerator was not working. I ordered the same drink for 4 days each time I was charged a different price from 10.00 to 20.00. I was told by three pool staff members the fire pit rental was 125.00 I was billed 277.30. I asked why front desk would get back to me. Have not heard back. Reservations also failed to tell me there is a 50.00 tax per night. I stayed 4 nights ouch. Asked to speak to manager still have not gotten a call. Pool bartender short chained me 5.00. But I will say the staff was very friendly. I can not recommend this hotel.

My friend and I had drinks at the rooftop bar in the new tower. The view was amazing and the drinks were yummy!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference I attended. While the facilities for the conference were great, the hotel stay was not. The reservations we originally made for our stay were not honored. I am also a breastfeeding mom and asked to store my breastmilk in their freezer to keep it safe to feed my baby and to stay fresh for my flight home. I was asured by the bellman that everything would be kept in the freezer and there would not be any issues. When I picked the milk up before checking out, 23 of the 27 bags of milk were not frozen and the container I stored it in smelled foul. The freezer pack that i was going to use for the flight home to keep that milk cool was not frozen either and i could not take it through airport security. I do not feel safe feeding any of this milk to my baby. If you are a breastfeeding mother, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I lost a substantial amount of breastmilk.

We love staying here. They have a walkway to the beach that's across the street, and they have beach chairs, beach toys, and towels you can take over. Their pool is awesome, with a little sand beach by it. Our daughter played in the sand there for hours. The restaurant is yummy (though expensive).

The sunset view is breathtaking. The service was great. The atmosphere was welcoming.

Excellent location, right across from the beach, a couple blocks from restaurants and amenities! Excellent pool and beach cabanas! My family had a fantastic vacation here!!!

I didn't really stay at the hotel, I just ran by it for the Surf City Marathon. The place looks nice. They probably charge for parking though. Its right across the street from the beach so can't be too bad.

The entire experience completely exceeded our expectations and we feel we got an incredible room with and ocean view for the price. The staff is extremely friendly and always eager to help in anyway. The entire hotel and the rooms are immaculate and it appears that the room was newly remodeled.
We are already planning to come back for another stay this summer.
I would recommend this property to anyone.

The service was great from Braxton and bartenders on 9th floor bar and grill but with ordered drinks and they came with moldy raspberries. We showed and they fixed but gross. Such an upscale place like that should be checking there fruit.

Beautiful venue for the wedding we attended. However, the noise from PCH was pretty loud and the microphone did not work evenly throughout the service. You really want to hear the vows when you're at a wedding. Another thing I noticed was that when you look out at the beach you very clearly see all of the little food stands and fuss and muss that's present on the street side of the beach. There's nothing the resort can actually do about that but I think it's something to be considered if you're planning to have your wedding or some other affair at the Waterfront Hilton. The food was very good. The wait staff were very pleasant, every one of them that we have contact with. I don't know if the DJ was provided by the Waterfront or from an independent company but he was not great. The choice of music he made was not very conducive to keeping the crowd dancing. Also the reception/banquet hall was kept way to warm. People kept leaving to step outside and cool off. It was very nice, but could have been a little better managed.

This hotel made the trip perfect. Everything you could want or need. Across street from beach but if you have ocean front room great views. Within walking distance of about anything. Workout room was great. If you need something they have it

Really pleasant atmosphere, lovely staff. Nice rooms, comfy beds, the pool was heated amd was really nice. The food was okay but not the best i've had. Overall, very good hotel.

I stayed here for the air show. What a great time. The check-in was fast. They were so nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and had breakfast at Henry's. All was worth every dollar we spent

An amazing Hilton hotel in the heart of Huntington Beach. The pool has a waterside and a beach bonfire area. As Hilton gold s the hotel provided a wonderful breakfast buffet with good food.

This is my second and last time i stay here, management is not forcing masks so many people walking free in the hotel with no mask nobody watching!!!!
Valet is not functioning well , we dropped our ticket and had to wait 30 minutes for our car while other came After us dropped their ticket and got their car before us.
Valet KID gave attitude when we asked when is our car .
Will never come back here due to those issues!!!

Great stay but gave it 4 out of 5 because they are renovating and there was no fitness center on site

My family and I have now stayed at this resort 10 weekends in a row.
We really love everything about it. The facilities are beautiful, the pools are heated and the location is great.

Special shout out to the amazing staff! Damian, Luis and Sherrie at the front desk are always welcoming, genuine and helpful; Josh at the valet always offers a smile and positive attitude and David and the pool team works diligently.

This is a special place! Thank you for your hospitality!

The roof top bar is a must see. Be there at 9:25 to see the Disney fireworks.

Another smooth day at this location. We've booked it for executive committee meetings and so far everyone has been happy with the food and service. Staff is glad to answer requests for just about anything.

I love Hilton. Clean with beautiful views . Food and people are awesome. Just wish they would do an upgrade to their rooms. Antiquated squeaky bed, outdated outlets, no usb chargers on lamps. Needs remodeling. I give 5 stars because of the staff and facilities. Location is a perfect walking distance to the beach or shopping. Very quite and peaceful place to relax.

I can not begin to tell you how great this place was. It was an amazing day. The valet gentleman we're very polite and helpful they took our bags up to the room with a pleasant smile. The pool and jacuzzi area was amazing as well. Our view from the balcony on the 10th floor was as if you were right in front of the beach 10 feet away. The place was spic and span clean everyone was nice and well-dressed well mannered. Everyone there made our overnight stay welcomeing, and comfortable. We defintly will be coming back and recomending other to visit this resort.

I love this hotel! And the food and service is spectacular. Cant wait to try out the new fine dining restaurant called Henry's opening later this year.

The best Hilton hotels I've ever stayed in North America. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained.
We had breakfast at Broadwalk restaurant, the food is great and the price is just right.

Valet parking is very efficiency.

My work had their holiday party in one of their banquet rooms. Drinks were outrageously over priced. The food was ok not amazing the spread consisted of chicken, butternut squash raviolis, salad, veggies, rolls ect. The wait staff was awesome.

For the money it did not meet my expectations. Great location, but no free internet or self parking. Ocean view room is a side view from the balcony. Not as clean when walking around the grounds in mid morning, glasses still on tables from previous night and ashtrays overflowing. Very noisy. I could hear people talking in the next room. When checking out was just handed the bill and not asked how my stay was at all!!! I would not stay there again. For similar price points there are other options.

For having such a great location, service !+)was very slow. While not particularly busy, had to wait for seats past reservation time due to slow staff. Food was fair but with bugs in the fruit, not appetizing. Waiter claimed it was because it was organic..she didn't remove it from my bill! Not anxious to return.

Beautiful place, but they were working (drilling & hammeriing) possibly outside for several hrs several floors below our room on a Friday afternoon, when I was trying to get a quick afternoon nap! Front desk said they didn't know why? and also that it was business hrs - although she did apologize.

The hotel itself was very nice. The pool was fun. There's a water slide which kids will love. There is also a sand section in the pool deck area, even though the beach is across the street. This hotel isn't inexpensive. They are doing a lot of construction, so some areas weren't open. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't talk about the food. The reception staff and pool bartender were friendly. I wasn't too impressed with the overall friendliness of the hotel. I've stayed at places where the housekeeping is super nice. At this Hilton, the staff (from top to bottom) seemed to be in their own world unless they had a reason to interact directly with us. They weren't rude, just not friendly. Struck me as odd in the hospitality service, especially since we paid a lot. For the location, maybe I'd go back. For the service, I'd check out another hotel in the area.

Excellent - The best Hotel. Complementary upgrades & delicious breakfast (suggest the chorizo con webos plate) with HHonnors, Starbucks onsite, large rooms with comfortable beds and balconies, flexible valet service, pleasant pool, hot tub and palms. Overall, great service. We've stayed before and we will be back again. Note: I'm a frequent traveler - have stayed at several Hilton & other brand Hotels throughout Europe, Canada, Australia, and the U.S. - not an expert, but I very much enjoy the town of Huntington through staying here.

We went to the bungalow it wasn't popping, but it was Wednesday, and it ended up being pretty cool.
