was here for a holiday party, but huge hotel with lots of interior common rooms.

Great experience managing an event there, friendly staff

Noisy rooms, lots of construction and traffic, emergency system testing starting before 9 in the morning continuing for long time for 2 days, breakfast expensive and not worth the money. Coffee maker in room not working, carpet transition piece in room not properly installed and nails poked heel of feet if not careful. Weather was nice, beach view was nice but beach very crowded. Would not return

Good atmosphere with a vacation feel. Nice selection of food at the buffet.

Great experience staying here. The room was clean and we'll maintained. The view of the beach from the 8th floor was awesome. Staff were cheerful and helpful throughout the stay at all hours.

Love the location, very nice accommodations but if you're looking great service you may be disappointed

I am sure the hotel is fine. Sister stayed there on her visit and loved it. One thing that is not okay and bothers me deeply are the racist bus boys that go to and from the hotel and the waterfront bike rental place. I have noticed them getting really close to the RV's and using phrases like "these bums" seems like they are targeting the less fortunate wonder what thats all about. While your employees are wearing your uniform and on the clock they need to refrain from judging the public and pretend not to be racist. I am going to start recording because this is very sick and at this rate you will end up on TV :/

Beautiful Hotel. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the ocean.

Everything was nice but getting to the twin dolphin tower was annoying. From the groundwork you had to go up a floor and then walk to other elevators.

Nice looking hotel rooms with sliding doors. Lovely decor and is pet friendly! Incredibly close to the beach as its name suggests. Loved the stay!

Over-priced AVERAGE breakfast. Orange juice, and a bowl with Quinoa, one poached egg, and some rabbit food was $20... come on. Just walk down to the beach and get something else. So many other great tasty choices.

Beautiful property & welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious, and there are views everywhere!

Beautiful location. The PCH is right in front of the hotel. The ocean is across the street (PCH). There are many options for shopping, surfing and dining. The pool area is great for the kids. The cabanas are excellent for relaxing.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting for work and had a great time. The hotel was very beautiful and clean inside and the view from the room was awesome. All staff - receptionists, valets, waiters were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel itself has a few restaurants with great food, big pools, and is walking distance away from the beach and Pacific City shops and dining. Definitely one of the best Hilton hotels I stayed at and would come back and recommend.

I came to the waterfront Hilton for a weekend getaway, we are regulars at the Hyatt down the street but decided to give the Hilton a shot. Rooms where great, clean and spacious, they are pet friendly which was awesome! I brought both my pups and they had a blast. Everything is walking distance, they have private bonfire pits near the pool, the pool bar does close early so you have to get your cocktails from inside if you do get a pit which is no biggie, the staff is extremly friendly, they are still currently under construction and I can't wait to check out the spa and adult pool. Overall great place to get some R&R will definetly be staying here again.

Amazing resort hotel excellent customer service and plenty of fun amenities and restaurants. The pool is warm and hot tub is perfect. There is a pool side sand beach with sand castle making supplies. Perfect for after the beach experience with my littles.

We had a great time at The Waterfront beach resort in Huntington Beach. It was our first trip to this beach and we had no idea what to expect. The location is awesome and the staff is very friendly. We just wished that the hotel restaurant had more options on the menu, it s a bit limited. But, you can take a short walk and find a ton of places! The hotel store came in handy for us a few times. Upon checkout, I left my most favorite sweatshirt in the room in a brown bag. I know I left it there because I took a few pics with the kids and I had it in my hand before leaving the room. Probably set the bag down. So I realized this half hour into our drive home. Called the hotel and they were very nice about it and offered help, but somehow it was gone. I m assuming the cleaning staff took it. I know it was my fault to leave it, but it left a bad note with me. I m usually very good about not leaving anything, but somehow I did and it was taken. So just don t leave anything and you ll be good. Great hotel and would recommend to anyone.

It's pretty cool spot except a lot of things should be included for the price you pay. Just a lot of woods looking down on you like you shouldn't be here. Fricken crackers

Nice room, the pool is really big and open not a lot of wind but there was a blood stain on my sheets so cleanness in my experience isnt that good. But they took care of the problem well.

As close as you can be to being on the beach at Huntington. Great property, clean rooms, firm beds, great pillows. Great location just down from the pier. The bathroom set up is a little funky but the doubled headed shower is huge. The pool was warm, the lounge chairs luxurious and the pool manager was so service minded we didn't want to leave the pool. Food on site was good. Staff attitude was exceptional. Love it when a company that's in the service industry gets it, it's all about the service. These guys delivered! Heads up, valet parking is mandatory, they are up front about it. Just get everything out of your car you need because it won't be accessible.

90% of customers are not wearing facial mask and having group of more than 10 people by cabanas.. until there is a COVID outbreak..smh

Me and my companion had one incident at the the breakfast portion of the hotel with the waiters switching up but telling us different things. Just a lil inconsistent. Other than that it was perfect. Ots better food places outside of the hotel

This should not be a Beach Hotel without entertainment

Lovely, clean, held our conference, did provide organic food for some days off our event which was great. On the other days I ate food I brought. We didn't stay there as they were over priced(reason I gave 4 stars) but I do like location etc.

Staff is amazing. The waiters, waitresses and food staff are top notch. They constantly are moving and trying to accommodate guests. I highly recommend having the morning buffet and spending a couple hours at the pool.

We visited The Waterfront Beach Resort for dinner at Shades restaurant. The prices were high but the food was good. We were having a nice, fancy, expensive date night. The service was amazing. I love the view of the beach from the restaurant. We used OpenTable and made a reservation to sit close to one of the two firepits. I definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time.They had a live singer playing music. He was really good! We had a great time.

I want to thank everyone at the Hilton Waterfront Resort for the most amazing time we had with them. My wife and I along with our grand daughter had the pleasure of staying with them. This hotel has the Hilton brand backing up their genuine, charming personal offerings with a staff that is second to none. A special thanks to Brad Perry, Tammy, Sarah, Nick, Scott, Cole, just to mention a few, and last but not least Trevor the valet manager. Trevor, thank you so much for your attentiveness. You have a great crew. You can tell everyone here embraces what they do. The rooms have spectacular ocean views, along with comfy beds and great accommodations. We felt so comfortable here that we rarely left the property which had everything to offer. Our grand daughter told me that it was the BEST - VACATION - EVER! Thank you everyone for a great time. We will see you all again in October!

Great place to stay! We were able to walk across the street to the beach easily! And it has a great view!

Service was amazing. There was a lot of things to do that the hotel provided.

Couldn't have been happier with our stay. We were there at Christmas 2013 (visiting from Seattle) and stayed 5 nights. The service overall was fantastic, and the room service was top notch...we had two breakfasts in our robes on the patio overlooking the pool (and the Pacific), and everything was exactly as we specified it. Can't wait to go back.

Ideal location. Amazing property. Dog-friendly next to one of the best dog beaches I have seen. Let them know ahead of time that your pup is coming and they will have a gift bag waiting for you in your room

Pretty nice semi-beach-front hotel. Rooms are just segregated enough from the public areas to keep them quiet, yet easy access to the rest of the hotel.

What it lacks in grandeur it makes up for in maintenance, as it's clearly a well-kept, well-run place.

Really nice mini get away. We stayed in the new Twin Dolphin tower and it was beautiful. This hotel exceed our expectations. We still have a few more days here and we are going to enjoy every second.

My mom and I stayed at the Waterfront for Easter weekend and had a wonderful time. The hotel was very accommodating of my dog and my friend's, who I was watching for the weekend. They could have charged us two pet fees but instead they charged none! My mom and I were very impressed by the one restaurant in the hotel we tried, the Boardwalk. We were able to bring the dogs there too. The spa, Drift, was wonderful. We got a good deal on our room because the hotel was under construction, but you couldn't even tell. There were poolside waitresses. The gym was great. I was easily able to print a work paper in the office area. The valets and bell boys were all so friendly. Everything was perfect throughout our entire stay!

I travel out here for work often and always try to stay here if i can because they just do everything right!! Service is wonderful, room service food is fantastic, and the VIEWS!! Not to mention how close they are to Main St. and Huntington Beach. They also have discounted bike rides and set up marshmallow roasting stations for you ($$) it s all wonderful

I really felt special when the staff approaching us nicely. They are so friendly. Since we were starving, we ordered food to eat, and they served us fresh bread, tomatoes, and offered a luxury drinks. The area is close to good sandy swimming beaches and the town. It's a nice place for the family to stay. Thank you again. I highly recommend!

Great place for families. There is a heated pool outside and they are adding a new pool that has a slide for the kids. This hotel is right across from the beach. They have restaurants and bars inside the hotel. The rooms are new in the tower and the oceanview was perfect!!

We attended an event here. The location adjacent to the Pacific Ocean is stunning. The luncheon was exceptional, definitely a cut above the usual hotel "rubber chicken" meal. The little dessert plate was delicious. The mandatory valet parking was only ten bucks - not bad for a hotel special event - and the valets were plentiful and efficient.

My wife and I came here for a conference. The staff is unbelievable, they treat you with amazing hospitality. The views are spectacular and the rooms are modern, clean and have all the amenities you could want. We stayed in the Twin Dolphin tower, it has a wonderful ocean view we could actually hear the ocean with our patio door open. It's a great hotel, it's a must stay if you are visiting Huntington Beach.

My family and I arrived to our room and expected so much more for the price. There was construction going on, that was pretty loud and our time on the balcony wasn't enjoyable. While spraying our beds with lysol, I discovered one of the pillows had dried blood or lipstick on it.
Everything was overpriced and didn't taste great. However, it was nice that the beach was right across the street and shopping and other dining options were down the street. Oh, no one tells you ahead of time that you pay $38 a day for parking. You don't find that out until you leave and they charge you after the fact.
We wouldn't stay at this again.

Love staying here! Full service and make the guests feel like family. Comfortable beds and rooms. Pool area nice to lounge at with food/drink service. Pool service area will give guests free use of beach chairs, towels, mats, sand toys and boogie boards (as items are available). Huntington Beach right across the road. Pool staff also have games they play with children. Special events poolside like fire dancers and live music. Walking distance to town with ease.

Good, clean rooms, nice area (really close to the beach,) and an amazing view depending on the side of the building you're on. Staff is very friendly. Overall a good experience.
