My family and I stayed at the resort recently (during COVID-19) and had a great time. Although the hotel has made adjustments due to COVID-19, it is still a very pleasurable experience and would highly recommend staying even during these times. The pool is awesome, the food and drinks are great. My family especially enjoyed using courtesy bikes to take a ride along the beach. The Staff is amazing as well. If something is not right, they will make it right!!!

Great location and beautiful views. Took advantage of the fact that it is walking distance from the Huntington Beach Pier. The staff was friendly and kept the room in fantastic condition.
The rooftop bar is a great location to take in the sunset at the end of the day.

The only issues we encountered during our stay was with the valet. On two separate occasions it took quite a while to get our car. The first time they had to walk over and ask us what it was because they forgot about it. The second time we used the texting service a good 10 minutes ahead of time and when we walked up they still hadn t even received it.

Would have been much quicker if self parking was an option.

Definitely not what I expected. I am aware my stay is over a holiday but come on people. Get your act together!!!! I asked for extra towels upon check in. I was here early, had to wait for my room, and that was okay. So, thought I would ask for extra towels at this time. Got in my room, nothing. I called the front desk, several times, nothing. They even called me once to see if I got them. It took several more calls for it to happen. By then I waited in the hall for them as well. Oh, and, since they were coming, I asked for additional water bottles. I got " ma'am, you have to buy them." Ok, done with you. Very frustrating service. There are more things, but that was the icing in the cake. Done. If I could get out of my remaining days of my reservation without losing my hard earned money, I would be gone. And this, is my first day. Happy holiday to me. Whatever.

The location is in an absolutely beautiful location The place is under construction currently however so it feels a bit small for now. Overall the place was nice and I look forward to seeing how the place looks upon completion of the renovations.

Beach just across the street

Beach just across the street
Inviting lobby. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a large, ocean view room with king bed and wet bar. Notably missing was a microwave. Fast internet. Reasonable lighting. No outlets by bedside tables. Balcony is a bit odd with a wall dividing it. Chairs and table only on one side. Bed was comfortable and room was relatively quiet considering PCH is right outside.
The hotel is kid friendly with a nice pool, water slide and hot tub. Lifeguard on duty. Plenty of lounge chairs and towels. Cabana s and Fire Pits to rent if you re inclined. Note there is a mandatory Resort Fee .

we stayed there 5 days with the family, on Saturday, we arrive at breakfast at 10:45 am, we are told that the restaurant closes at 11 am, ok, on Sunday we arrive at 10:15 am and we are told to go to the other restaurant because this one closes at 10:30 am, all this while the signs indicate a closure at noon ... no big deal, it's the holidays, we go to the other restaurant and there we are told 40 minutes to wait ... no big deal , we decide to do room service so as not to spend too much time there and there, we are told a 35-minute wait: in short, we spend our life waiting, if the price was accordingly, but still the price of a 5 star but Motel 6 level service for breakfasts, too bad because the twin towers are nice.

Did not spend much time at this hotel, but it was very nice while we were there. We did find three things wrong with the room when we checked in, but they were all rectified very, very swiftly (less than an hour) so I say still 5 stars.

The rooms are nice and cleaned but since they are still renovating they don't have a spa and the outter parts of the hotel still needs work done. The pool is amazing though! The fitness center also is nice and clean. Great place to stay overall .

So far - unimpressed. Guest that checked in prior was Diamond for life treated like a king. Me I'm only a regular Diamond for only eight consecutive years not ten. Upgrade no. Condescending much - oh yeah. My wife and I grew up in this town and the lady kept on telling us obvious to peeps who have lived here after we told her we grew up here - wait for it - FOUR times. I stay with Hilton over 100 nights a year...I guess Waterfront by Hilton isn't my home away from home. #crappyguestservice #smilingwhiletellingyou2suckitNicely

Staying as a guest and here for a wedding. The resort is beautiful, perfectly located and the personnel are extremely nice and accommodating. It would also be a perfect place for a girls/friends weekend... with the pier, shopping and restaurants just steps away.

We had a great time! Our room was really nice and clean with an amazing view. Service was on point. Amenities were available but with precautions, water slide and jacuzzi were closed. Appreciated that hand sanitizer was available at almost every entry and elevator and hallway. We will definitely consider returning again.

I cannot comment on the hotel rooms or too many of it's amenities as I went here for a conference. But from what I could tell this is a very clean and well equipped establishment. The view from the outdoor area is beautiful and it's a very upscale hotel.

This was my second visit to this property. The first was for a Hilton GM training class so I thought we may have been getting preferential treatment. However, the whole experience (hotel accommodations, service, location, view, amenities) was so great, we made sure to spend two nights here on our two week PCH family vacation.

The hotel once again delivered an amazing experience. The front desk, bellstaff, valet parking, swimming pool attendant, and basically every one of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and most seemed very genuine. The room we had was very comfortable, clean and new-ish. We also called the concierge to reserve one of their bonfires on the beach. While it was expensive, it was so worth it. Having the space reserved for you, complete with chairs and a bonfire valet was great. We did not have to worry about a thing and were able to just relax and enjoy the beach, sunset and bonfire.

We loved the large beach across from the hotel and jumping in the sizable waves crashing to shore. This was definitely a highlight of our two week PCH trip.

I've been to some nice hotels and resorts. The Waterfront is one of my favorites. It is first class all the way. The staff is incredible. They really go out of their way to make you feel special. The pools, restaurants, rooms, and amenities are very nice. They are, as the name suggests, right on the waterfront. If you do care to go to the beach, the have chairs, beach toys, towels, and umbrellas you can take with you. I love this resort!

Very beautiful hotel in Huntington Beach. I stayed during February so it was a bit chilly for the beach. The pool at the hotel is always heated and comfortable to swim in even when it is cold outside. Breakfast was served in a buffet style and was very tasty.

We enjoyed the stay there. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Service was very excellent. Our room was across from the beach. We got the evening by the fire pit on the beach with s mores and drinks provided. The person who helped us was super nice and kept coming back to keep the fire alive and provide us with more chocolate. The kids forgot about their electronics and enjoyed the evening.
