Lovely place with outstanding service. I would recommend the canyon spa. My wife and I had a couples massage there. The massage was fine but the amenities before and after the massage made it all worthwhile.

We had booked the hotel for my husband's birthday. We arrived around 1 pm and knew we wouldn't have a room until after 3 pm. No problem. We stored our luggage and had fun. We went back to registration around 3:30. The room still wasn't ready. We were told to come back in 1 hour. We did. Meanwhile the couple we went with got a room (with a tip) then. However, we left again and had more fun. Came back at 5:30 and STILL no room. We had show tickets and wanted to change and get cleaned up. We went to our friend's room and did get ready. our room was finally ready around 7! No apologies - NOTHING!
My stay at the Palazzo was great. I was able to stay as part of the essential workers package. I got first class treatment by all the staff the members and I honestly felt like a VIP for the 2 days that I stayed. The room was incredible. The suite was exactly as seen on the website. The restaurants were incredible with so many places to choose. I recommend staying there, especially if its your first time.
Palazzo front desk proposing fake upgrade to shift you to the Venitian (lower quality), to mask the fact that they oversell the Palazzo. This is a bad business practice. Refuse the so called Venitian upgrade.
Warm welcome, beautiful suites and a lot to do here. The gondolas and fake sky roof in the Venetian are amazing. The Rosina cocktail bar is very nice too.
We came to Vegas a lot and usually stayed at Wynn. This time we want to try something different. Now here we are... the decoration at hotel is really out-dated and old, service was ok, room is dirty, TV is kinda small, window is really small compare to Wynn.. The curtain is not working, and the phone inside the room is not working. Can t imagine that this hotel is 5 star hotel. A three star hotel would be clearer than this!!
Arrived at the hotel on a Friday night around 11:30pm. We had a luxury suite that was reserved around 3-4 weeks prior. They told us they were completely booked and the only rooms available similar to ours was a room at the Venetian or an accessible room (disabled/handicapped, etc). So we took the accessible room - the only difference being no sunken living room and the shower is also part of the tub. I was looking forward to the sunken living room, but this is fine.
This is a nice hotel. the staff was helpful and wonderful. The gym is nice and the pool. I did not play any slots, but my friend did win money which was about about $50. This near the end of the stripe and a ten minute walk cheap souvenirs shop and cheap food options. Hotel food is pricey.
Great hotel, we stayed on the Prestige floors which comes with a great lounge to use. Water, coffee, breakfast a concierge and seperate check in. The rooms were quite large, especially since I was staying alone. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel, decent gym.
Surprised they didn't have water in the rooms for guests, outside of that I would certainly stay again.
Great location, not far from both Convention Centers, strip view is great.Lots of great restaurants to pick from,as well as shops , clean rooms, friendly staff, bed was super comfy. We had several loud parties on our floor, luckily our room was far at the end so we could get some rest.5 min away from Designer shopping at Wynn.Indoor and outdoor Gondola rides. Glad we picked Palazzo tower, it felt newer, and little less crowded!
Our room was wonderful, clean, and tended to in a timely manner. The casino floor is well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurants were good, but on the pricy side. Overall, great time.
My wife and I stayed here in this hotel but spent a lot of time roaming between here and The Venetian. However, this was by far the best hotel we ever stayed in! We did not spend a lot of time in the room because we were out all day and most of the night but the view was great, the room was clean, the bathroom was immaculately clean and well decorated and the tv had some pretty decent channels. The Palazzo also had some amazing shops, restaurants and access to a Walgreens that made a lot of things convenient. The staff were nice, the pools were clean and there was more than enough pools to go around! The gym was rather small but it was no big deal as it was not busy to the point where I could not work out. The Palazzo, (like The Venetian), is a hidden gem. I highly recommend checking into this hotel whenever anyone travels to Las Vegas. Can't wait to come back!!!!
Stayed 2 nights at the Palazzo. Room was very nice and clean. Slept on the pull out couch which was pretty comfortable for a pull out. Great place to stay but for me I prefer table games and slot machines at other casinos where it is easier to get drinks.
Hotel is wonderful as well facilities. My main issue was there was an AWS convention which I was actually part of, but all hotel restaurants, both Venetian and Palazzo, were closed for convention events. It was just impossible to find a place to eat. I know there are other places and alternatives, but if you just want to stay in the hotel after a long day of convention, it was just a nightmare. I cannot imagine for people that were not part of the conference and were there just for to week to enjoy Vegas and a nice hotel. I heard people complaining about the same thing. I know that brings tons of .money, but don't forget customer satisfaction.....
The staff is extraordinary. The room was beyond opulent and in great shape. I felt like royalty! The fireplace porches are insanely, totally bliss! There were no pushy carnival-like staff lurking about the corners at every turn trying to sell us vacations. Yay. Room service was prompt and tasty! All in all, we'll definitely be back to stay again. And again.
Stayed here in December and were extremely happy we did. Everything was so luxurious and comfortable. The holiday decorations were classy and very elegant. Just make sure you really want that snack from your room. If you pick it up to look at it for more than 30 seconds...it's on your bill lol. The casino is great and all staff are professional and helpful. Make sure you catch the show on the waterfall! And spoil yourself and have breakfast on the patio at Jardin. Try the lobster eggs Benedict or the raspberry cream stuffed chocolate French toast! Totally sinful but extremely delicious in a wonderful atmosphere. The staff here were absolutely amazing!
All you need to know is that my entire experience was a 5 star. If I could give diamond ratings I would give them a 5 diamond. Amazing spot amazing staff stunning rooms amazing food shopping pool everything. staying here everytime I come out. I live in San Diego so it wont be hard to come back.
Each place on the strip in Las Vegas really has it's own character and special way that it positively contributes to the overall feel of THEE LAS VEGAS EXPERIENCE; and The Palazzo does not disappoint!!! It's got a really classy, swanky yet smooth feel to it, while of course still being a lot of fun! Really nice restaurants too!!! I have a lot of good memories in this place!!! It's really the best!
Wonderful massive rooms, our suite was lovely. Great service throughout the hotel, and the gym at Canyon Ranch was very well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!
Great rooms new and updated! Cleaning staff did an awesome job. Walls are soundproof. Had great undisturbed sleep. No lack of things to do without having to leave the property.
I don't like how they advertise that breakfast is included and instead you get a coffee break left overs from yesterday serves in the place where you cannot even get seated and drink your morning coffee. Or yogurt for breakfast...What if i dont eat yogurt? There's something really wrong with the way they advertise this place. Don't buy it just because they say that breakfast included you will be very Disappointed!
A lighter and brighter upscale place. I get the feel that employees are well taken care of and they like working there. It shows in the way they treat their guests. Love the prosecco check in and the prestige lounge!
This is a beautiful hotel and casino. Several shops for the shoppers. Rooms are very accommodating and comfortable. Great views of either the strip or the mountains. Several restaurants to choose from for all price ranges.
The Palazzo was beautiful. The decorations in the walking area between here and the Venetian was lovely. There was alot of shops and the ceiling with the clouds really looked like you were outside. Loved it!
So far so good. Booked a Prestige Bella Suite so had access to the lounge for breakfast and evening cocktails. Super friendly staff, Christian at check in was friendly
Chris at the front desk was excellent and was the concierge was more than helpful getting tickets to shows and dinner reservations. Will be back and we got a free upgraded room because it was our honeymoon. Just an awesome experience! Tao night club is also a must and the food is great also.
The suites at the Palazzo are AMAZING. I loved the location on the strip. Also, the lotion they provide in the suites smells so good. I wish they sold it in larger bottles.
Always love this place! It's been 11 years since we have been to Las Vegas, and I can say without a doubt that we absolutely love this place!!! Atmosphere is great, rooms are very nice, and the staff is always very nice and prompt.
Great location at the heart of the Vegas Strip. One of the best hotels I've been to. They are always upgrading their look and the experience there never ceases to amazing me!
Love this hotel! Rooms are very spacious and nice! Love the double sink bathroom. Restaurants are fabulous and not as over the top tacky as the Venetian it's sister.
The Palazzo is a 5-Star hotel right on the Las Vegas strip and as such there is a level of expectation. Some expect luxury while others expect grandeur.
No matter what you expect, the Palazzo rises to meet all expectations. It is a fantastic, grand place to be on strip with spacious rooms, endless amenities and great service. If you have a situation the staff has a solution (though it will cost you)
It is connected to the Venetian and the Grand Canal shops and there is tons to do or shop for without ever even leaving the property.
There is a CVS and Walgreens right nearby which is a big plus also
The room was amazing plus the view. Just a little complicated when it comes to checking-in. If you made the reservation from a 3rd party(Expedia) and someone else is checking in for you, you need to change it to their name. But overall, it was great. I would stay there again
5 star service. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Only downside was that due to COVID most places had 50% capacity, which resulted in long wait for pool access.
The Palazzo is centrally located and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel is amazing! It's clean, well maintained, and the service is impeccable.
Me and my three daughters had a girls weekend trip to celebrate my youngest daughter's 21st birthday! The Palazzo was absolutely amazing and we are dying to go back! Beautiful, comfortable room. Great in-room dining, great shopping. Amazing spa!
Very nice accommodations, stayed in a nice room almost 950 SQ ft, (used points so it was cheaper) otherwise fairly expensive but comparable to other nice hotel casinos. The room was modern but classy, especially the bathroom suite. I was lucky enough to get a late check-out for 4pm!! Restaurant selection always seemed busy and needed reservations or a 30+ minute wait. Staff, all the staff was great. I'll definitely return.
Staff is wonderful... extremely accommodating... nice, clean rooms... large suites... beautiful views... major drawback.. Significant distance from parking to rooms
Other than one woman from Ohio the bartenders were almost rude. Nice place but probably the least populated not to mention unfriendly casino we we're at. Only stayed a little more than a hour even though I was winning more than I lost. Won't be back - it was even worse than Bally's.
We have been at The Palazzo for 2 of our 5 day stay and so for we love it. I lived in Vegas for over 15 years and come back every couple of years and always try new hotels but I'm not sure I want to try another hotel next time, this one has been great. We are on the 32nd level and our suite was clean, spacious and most importantly - quiet! The ceilings are high and the floors are very solid/ well insulated, so it doesn't feel like you're staying in a budget apartment. The casino is clean, spacious and opens up into the Venetian, so you get the best of both facilities!
Huge, sprawling hotel complex integrated with the venetian. A wonderful variety of shops, restaurants and bars, picking The Black Tap and Grimaldis for fine burgers and puzzas. The rooms are all huge suites too
The Venetian was our first selection but they couldn't accommodate all our days so we stayed at Palazzo instead. Very pleased with our room and liked being on that end of the strip. It's a little quieter and that's what we liked.
Too big! The staff is great, the casino is nice and the theme, though non genuine, is okay. The main problem is getting around, nothing is quick. It will take you time to get anywhere in this hotel and good luck getting out to the strip.
Stayed in the suite for a weekend getaway. The room was really nice. It had a great view and the staff was friendly. They are one of the last places with free parking on the strip and it was close to everything.
We stayed at the Prestige level. The staff were great from check in to check out. They really made us feel special and went above and beyond to delight us. The lounge had great breakfast and drinks. I would definitely stay here again.
My wife an I have been going to Vegas twice a year for the last 10 years. We always stay at the Palazzo taking advantage of their Prestige level an services (there is an additional fee). The level offers free hot or cold breakfast from 8-10, and and a happy hour with a full bar plus hot and cold appraisers from 5-8, all for free. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. It's like coming home to family. Yes, there is a top notch cassino with an air freshener system that you wouldn't know you're among smokers.
The Palazzo is a great hotel, although it has only existed for a little more than a decade. Its service is very nice, and it was very clean, surprisingly. The rooms are what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. There many shops in the hotel as well as restaurants, so you really can't get bored. Slot machines are of high quality too.
This place is absolutely beautiful, but way overpriced throughout. This may be standard for luxury hotels on the strip, I don't know as I have not visited Las Vegas before. There was no microwave or refrigerator available to us. It was difficult to bring in food or reheat leftovers. Cold drinks had to be purchased at exorbitant prices from the minibar. Decent hot meals had to come from room service. To make matters worse, we are vegan, and vegan menu options were limited and expensive. Like 15.00 for oatmeal. We did not want to go out for every meal, so we went to Walmart and bought a cooler and some food. At least the ice was free. It looks to me like if they charge that much for a room, it can't hurt to include a few amenities.
The Palazzo is a definite must stay if you're traveling with a big group or just want extra space. I wouldn't say its centrally located but it's a short walk to Treasure Island and the Mirage. Reason for the four stars is because the mattress felt worn out and the high table limits in the casino. 15 dollar craps is to much for me to enjoy. Both times I've stayed here I've been given a room at the very end of the hall. Long walk from the elevators!
Awesome experience. Large well designed rooms. Great housekeeping services, keeps the room spic & span, very clean. Very comfortable bed & linens. Casino is good. Front desk is very fast & helpful. Good food in the restaurants. Amazing place.
From the time you walk in you feel safe. Fabulous decor and great concierge/customer service. Very clean. We upgraded to Prestige which allows you to access the 23rd floor Prestige Lounge for a breakfast buffet, coffee all day and nightly hold and cold appetizers which were fabulous. It also provides a complimentary cocktail reception from 5 - 8 pm each night. We drank and ate the cost of the upgrade each night!
The staff are very very incompetent, booking was a nightmare. So first of all we called the front desk to cancel prestige for our first day, as we would arrive very late. And what does the front desk guy do? Cancelled the whole first day! So we call back and try to get it sorted out and 40 minutes later we get a new confermation letter that says our first day is $ 1,400! Instead of the $700 it just was, so we call back again, and this time the guy got it sorted out and was helpful, but wow wow wow, terrible incompetent staff. I ve been before and the rooms and restaurants are great but Jeez I haven t even left yet and my spring break is a nightmare!
The hotel is gorgeous. The concierge was so friendly. The room and the view were fabulous. House keeping and room service staff were very professional.
Here for CES. I usually avoid Vegas altogether, but I was able to relax and enjoy the place. I walked more than five miles each day without using the gym and without leaving the hotel..nice furnishings, tasty food, and very comfortable beds made it a relaxing place to stay even in the midst of such a busy event.
I'm highly satisfied with the Palazzo at the Venetian. It is a family friendly resort. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent services and comfortable guest room. Great location on the Strip. Super. Definitely recommended to people who are first time visiting Vegas.
This was the best hotel out of all three hotels we stayed at during our 8 day vacation! Absolutely beautiful and the room service was great. I liked one dish so much that I asked for the recipe and it was given to me! Good time here. Ohhhh and we had an elliptical machine in our suite!
The check in process was quick. I loved that! The room was beautiful. However, no coffee in the room so you have to go down and wait in a 30 min line, wait over an hr for room service or go to the 30 dollar breakfast buffet. The air conditioner was terrible. If it was summer, it would have been so hot in our room. Two things I need in a hotel room: a good air conditioner and freaking coffee!
My husband and I stayed Aug 14-16th. This was a couples getaway. The hotel is very beautiful and they follow COVID 19 recommendations rigorously. The hotel was extremely crowded. Due to this reason I assume they started doing a waitlist for the pool. My husband and I followed protocol and gave our cellphone number and waited for the text. I tried to use the pool 3 times during my stay. 3 times I was out on a waitlist and was texted 20 mins before the pool closed (6pm). When I told them about my concern during checkout asking for my resort fees to be refunded because I wasn t able to use the amenities, I was given a stern no and no other options were given. I would definitely not recommend this hotel based on that experience and this was my first stay here.
