Super hotel if you want to live it up. All the facilities here are lovely. Literally best hotel in Vegas
Super hotel if you want to live it up. All the facilities here are lovely. Literally best hotel in Vegas
Spectacular Hotel! Beautiful rooms, beautiful Casino, great staff! Totally worth the higher price you pay compared to nearby hotels. Crystal was so wonderful and friendly during our check in. The staff and the hotel make for an extraordinary experience!
Great rooms and lots of restaurants and shops. Wish I did more here. Try the Void gaming experience. It was a blast!
Decently priced relative to other resorts in area. Really nice rooms with modern amenities especially if you get the free upgrade. Was in the 50s when I visited so couldnt speak on the pool area.. Massive casino and short indoor walk to Venetian resort which has it's own casino. In between is a huge mall with ceilings painted to make you feel as if you were outside.. Impressive to say the least, especially the indoor gondola ride.. Relatively short walk to all the strip has to offer.. Will def visit again.
Got a room on the 18th floor which had a decent view of the golf course at the Wynn.Stayed on a weekday, so it wasn't busy at all. I was able to get a parking spot a few feet away from the elevator. I love how the check in area is so close to the parking structure and the rooms are just a short walk through the casino. Room was again clean and the water pressure in the shower was one of the strongest I have ever seen at a hotel.Didn't have to leave the property the whole trip and was able to stay out of the heat and go to the Palazzo casino and Venetian Casino
Got to check out Mott 32. An award winning restaurant from Hong Kong.
Stayed at Palaazo 12/13. Can't say enough good things about this property. The room amenities, courteous staff, and property itself are all world-class. From the unsolicited upgrade to the 10/10 views from the room, we had nothing but great experiences in and around Palaazo.
Would recommend staying here for any occasion, the short walk from the center strip is well worth the extra effort to stay in Palaazo. The shopping and restaurants around Palaazo/Venetain also provide leisure activities for all budgets, from singing gondola-rides for those looking for an experience, to happy-hour bar specials at local restaurants for those looking for good value. The grounds (gym, pools, and courtyards) are second to none, and the rooms are considerably more spacious than competing 5-star properties. Stay at Palaazo!
A fabulous hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. Rooms are
Beautiful and large. Staff very professional and helpful. Service is outstanding. Only negative is the pools do not get sun until later in the morning.
Probably the nicest hotel I ve ever stayed in. The dining was a bit pricey but fantastic. The only thing I would say I would change is the fact that you have to walk through the casino to get to your hotel room and it smells like cigarette smoke badly. I don t smoke so that s not really my kind of atmosphere.
....Our absolute go-to (residence) in Las Vegas.
Greeted with a smile upon check in. Acknowledged by first name throughout my floor. Spacious comfortable suits throughout, are just some of the first rate amenities the Palazzo has to offer.
Secured and clean areas of this hotel only adds to the sophisticated ambiance for the privileged few.
Big on relaxing in lieu of gaming. Perfect spot!
Fantastic dining options at both Palazzo and adjoining Venetian Hotels, definitely makes this my home away from home.
I can't ask for better guys! Thank you, will stay every time I visit Las Vegas.
Great place for the privileged few! My go to place in Vegas.
Very nice hotel. I had a great stay there. Nice clean rooms and great staff. Awesome pool and hot tubs also. I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the security guard asking to see my room key by the elevators. It was an elderly gentleman and he was actually quite rude about the fact that I forgot my room key in my room.
Stayed one night..the rooms are so pretty..and for an extra $40.00 ya get a view when in Vagas you gotta splurge anyway. What a breath taking view. Staff are polite during check- in. We got there before check- in time and they kept our bags safe and brought them up to our room when we were ready for them to be delivered to us. Honestly you can get lost walking around. Absolutely breathtaking!
I have stayed at this hotel several times always on club level in the deluxe suite and the rooms are nice but it s as though if you don t come to spend money in the casino they almost don t care about you even though you spend your money on shopping, more shopping, shows, and food which I prefer over the casino. Like it s a bother if you call for extra towels or any little thing extra out of their way. Privacy sign don t bother...they come in no matter if it s hanging or not.
Beautiful hotel with everything you need. Large, spacious and comfortable rooms with luxurious touches. Completely satisfied.
Had rental car so didn't have problem getting to places. They are one of the few casinos that still offers free self parking. Rooms are nice and clean but you can tell that it is getting old and they will need some updates. We needed toothbrush and requested concierge for it and it took about an hour or so to receive one. I think that's an average time for most of hotels to fulfill the guests request. What was very thoughtful of them was that we didn't mention the toothpaste cause we already had one but they sent it to us along with toothbrush.
Absolutely the best place to stay in Las Vegas. Pure luxury from the top down.
Free parking, and very short parking to check in walk, then your parking and room elevators are right next to one another. The rooms are substantially spacious, elegantly themed, and most of the views are just about as good as it gets other than a few panorama views offered elsewhere. I recommend getting the Prestige upgrade, the 23 floor is setup for morning and evening dining and drinks and has an exclusive club member feel but still welcoming and casual for any body to feel welcome. The pools just got remodeled, the casino is purely modern, and the staff is very friendly.
So much to say, but better to just experience it yourself!
Very nice and beautiful hotel. Rooms are definitely worth the price. View of the strip from my room included the Treasure Island pirate show and our several swimming pools down below. The Grand Canal shops in the mall below has many nice stores and connects to the Venetian hotel. Gondola rides inside/ outside. Overall experience here was awesome.
Upscale rooms. Nice dining options. Popular photo spots. Only con may be that it isn't center of strip but it isn't too far either
The club level is worth the upgrade....extra $100 and it includes free breakfast buffet in the mornings and at night free drinks (alcohol too!) with hot/cold appetizers....I was impressed each time...coffee and teas in the afternoon. The room was beautiful. Service was great!
Largest Room Suites ,Absolutely comfortable bed and Pillows ,Right on Main strip ,great Resturants and activities
Beautiful hotel. Great pool. Dood and happy hour was on point
Very good hotel. 9 out of 10 is my score. Very clean and well maintained. Check-in and check out are very easy and fast. Suites are huge! Casino is OK! Dining options are fabulous, try Yardbird Southern Table & Bar. Pool is nice, but super busy.
This beautiful hotel is the VERY BEST on the strip. The service is phenomenal!!!Special shout out for exemplary service to Mike,Mitch,Jessica,Mary and Michelle!!.I can't wait be back in February
One of the best hotels in Las Vegas, room was spacious with a lovely view( 40th floor) service was on point. Good food options high end restaurants. Walking distance to main strip. This is a modern version of Venetian. Both hotels are attached.
Third stay in last 4 years and still exceptionally nice. Room starting to show signs of wear and needs deep cleaning.
Very nice and spacious rooms. Lots of shopping and restaurants lm The casino a lady who was a drink server who was a lot older asked for my ID. I'm 30. That was rude. She never asked my friend or his wife who looks a lot younger. Will probably stay a different place next time. Unless they fire her.
Always a pleasure to stay here. They make the stay a luxurious one.
Luxurious and affordable (well it depends on the day/week)!!! My room was bigger than my entire apartment! I had a TV in my bathroom! I have been to Vegas many times, but this last trip was wonderful in large part because I stayed HERE!
Nice place. Very clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Check in was easy and front desk associate was nice and helpful. Is an IHG hotel so that's great as well. Great stay would come again.
THE PALAZZO SHOPS HAVE SUPER BAD LIGHTING. ALL THE LUXURY STORES HAVE MOVE OUT LIKE VAN CLEEF. GIVE SOME LIFE ENERGY PALAZZO. WYNN PLAZA SHOPS are far SUPERB IN DESIGN LIGHTING!
Wonderful! Some problems with communication. Small things, like time our room would be ready and requests for towels.
The atmosphere was pleasant and everything was clean.
Went for our son's wedding and ended up staying more with them at our hotel than they did doing things alone together. Took their wedding pictures with the view from our room as the backdrop. Lovely!!
I love this place. The food, shopping, people watching. Sushisamba is amazing. Such a fun weekend. Also, best rooms in Vegas.
Really enjoyed our stay until we went to our car in the Palazzo parking lot and found it was broken into somewhere between 6pm and 8am. Cost us about $1000 to replace stolen items and the glass. Security was stumped but helpful and kind. When asked what they saw on the security cameras they couldn't comment. With all the security that surrounds a casino you wonder how these things happen.
Their theater is super nice! I "Need A Baker" concert was terrific.
Beautiful hotel, go see Atomic!! So good! If you like expensive designer items and gambling, I think they have those as well.
The staff was excellent, the hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were amazing. I don't have anything bad to stay. We loved the pools and it was great to come back to that beautiful room every night.
The beds are sooo comfortable! The rooms are spacious, small efficiency. All staff was friendly.
One of the best hotels on the strip. The rooms are all suites and very spacious. Being connected to the Venetian means that there are plenty of food options. The casino currently has several new food places under construction. At the time, the Venetian pool was closed for remodeling so I look forward to making it back soon to see what they have done to it.
Excellent hotel. Everything feels fancy and the rooms are suite! (Pun Intended) Well located on the strip to get to neighboring Wynn and Encore as well.
Excellent stay. Luxurious, clean, great and sizable rooms, great service and amenities, restaurants, shops and locations. One of my favourite hotels in Vegas
Beautiful facilities with ambiance +++. Amazing restaurants.
Resort fees a bit steep
Beautiful resort, wonderful rooms and friendly staff.
Beautiful, elegant and the view is stunning. The pool area is enough if you are planning to go early before 10:30 am or after 5pm.
We were having a farewell trip from our master's degree program and we got stuck in the elevator (that, by the way, was extremely warm). We had to wait more than one hour to be rescued and no one from the hotel's staff gave us any explanation/compensation. When we went to check-out next day we (without any word from the staff) asked for a compensation because of the bad moment we had (and just got half of the price discount, that, by the bay again, they have not cancelled from my credit card yet...). Really bad customer service.
Love the designs of the hotel. Looks wonderful inside the rooms and the hotel.
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Venetian throughout the duration of our stay. However, gambling at The Palazzo was one of the most memorable Las Vegas experiences we had. I would like to give a special shout-out to one of the employees we met on the floor, named Lisa. Her exceptional service made our experience at The Palazzo one of the best we ve ever had in Vegas.
Amazing that's all I can say. Everything here is perfect, why stay anywhere else?
Very Luxury hotel. We got 2 comp nights in a nice suite. Took out a few drinks fr the fridge n they charged more than you pay at any bar! $14 for a Heineken bottle, $20 ish for a personal size wine bottle.
Awesome hotel, great service, all staff are very friendly and happy to please your every need, highly recommend getting the prestige package the breakfast and nightly cocktail hour has been a highlight of the stay, private area to eat and relax in beats a noisy restaurant any day. Rooms are very nicely done and the beds are amazingly comfortable, if you have a choice pick a room over looking the desert and not the strip, the views are very picturesque of the desert and mountains in the morning. The only real negative is there is no mini fridge to store your own items only a mini bar that stores the hotels items that can't be moved with out being charged due to the weight sensitive sensors. If the room had a mini fridge it would have been very nice but again that is the only negative I could find with the stay so again I was very pleased with the hotel and what it had to offer. The view I attached is from the 46th floor.
The suites are very nice and comfortable. Security was good and the staff was nothing but helpful the whole time. The beds and pillows are great. I travel a lot for work and normally hotel pillows suck. Not here, though. I'll visit again.
Very nice stay, cleaned every where. Great restaurants
Friendly staff, room was very nice. Jas it's own Restaurant row up, scale
With the sister casino, The Venetian, you will have visited one of the nicer places on the Strip. Check out the canals and maybe take a boat ride, presuming you have left some money after battling the slot machines.
Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful. The food is great. This is my fifth time in Vegas and I can say without doubt that the palazzo is my new favorite hotel.
Very good hotel nothbof the strip. Good access to all major venues. Huge facilities, shops and services. you simply get what you pay for. I was given a complimentary room
Upgrade to a larger suite with a beautiful view. Be aware that there is not a fridge or a coffee machine for personal use. This was disappointing in a hotel of this magnitude. Also for travellers with restricted mobility the resort is big. Be prepared for long walks.
We are here with friends celebrating the life of one of our friends who has stage 4 colon cancer that has metastasized and is not expected to live for long. He made reservations for 4 rooms as a block. We were the first to arrive. The front desk was only able to check us in for one night since the person on whom's name the reservations had not yet arrived from the airport and wouldn't do so for several hours. As a result, we were told we would get the $159 + resort fee rate for the first night and once the person in who's name the reservation was made, the remaining to nights would be added at the same rate. The following morning, I received a text reminding me to check you. When we went to the desk, we were told that there was no reservation in our name. The person who had booked all of the rooms for the 10 of us had checked in, but that no arrangements had been made for us. As a result, we would have to pay over $400 a night plus taxes for the remaining two nights. Even after providing my IHG number, with the 34k points on the account, I was told there was nothing they could do. Any deal found on the web site could be be used because the deal had not yet started and they could not update yesterday's registration to be for three nights using the Thursday night deal for the next two nights. As a result, I now have an anticipated bill over $900 dollars, which totally takes away from the money I was planning to use to gamble. So, not only have you lost a return customer, you have lost a gambling customer and one who will share the inappropriate experience in social media. Have a nice weekend, as while ours was going to be difficult enough being with our dying friend, but we now have fewer dollars in our savings account as a result. Very bad form!!!!
Wonderful stay, massive rooms, great casino with easy access to canal shops. Only issue was that the Pools stay shaded until the afternoon and then there is ZERO shade unless you get a cabana.
I don't think there's better value for the dollar. Every room is a suite. Did you catch that, EVERY ROOM IS A SUITE!!! The decor is over the top marble Italian everything. The rooms are not expensive and the casino floor is big. There's a ton of great food options and it's not confusing to get around.
A great place identical to the Venetian, well at least there rooms.
One of my favorite places! They treat you like you are the only guest they have. Great food at The Grand Lux cafe!!! Try the Beignets the are heavenly with the coconut Go Greek Yogurt!!!
Great experience and high end hotel. It's quieter than most places on the strip but just as much fun. Smaller casino, but quieter and a nice place to stop before hanging out in your room. We'll be back for sure
Top of the line all the way, very courteous and friendly staff and the rooms are the best
This place is 5 stars all the way. That's all that need to be said.
The hotel itself was very good and towers above the Vegas strip. My (2 bed) room was very spacious and the bathrooms were larger than one would expect. There are two things to watch out for when you stay here:
1. The mini-bar is fully stocked but if you remove anything (even to make room for a water bottle, as I did) your room will be charged. This charge can be remedied by a walk to the front desk which was slightly annoying.
2. Be mindful where you park! This hotel is connected at its base to the Venetian next door and together they make up one of the largest casino complexes in the world; because of this, their parking areas can be a little confusing. If you are visiting Vegas for the first time (as I was) make sure you don't mix up the Palazzo's parking garage with the Venetian's. If there is a mix up, it will result in an endless walk to the other hotel tower through the smoke-filled casino which was annoying.
Amazing experience!! I really recommend this hotel.
Staying at the Palazzo is just a better deal for your buck. Treatment is better and so is the environment around. Quality is there from beginning to end. We had three TV in the spacious room. Wine glasses to drink water. Robe for her and him. Sound proof room without the cigarette smoke. We got a little living room and ghetto was nowhere to be found. Plus we saved on time just for being on the strip. That is when your budget permits
A great hotel on the Vegas strip. Behind Venetian. Not too crowded with young types. Not too noisy. Good for conference events. Walking distance to Sands Expo.
We had a wonderful time staying at the Palazzo although the casino took more money then they gave that s to be expected. We enjoyed the time down at the pool but be warned the $18 drinks add up fast. My Wife accidentally lost her Kendall and we were surprised to see that it was turned in at the security desk. The service at the front desk and by the maids was outstanding everyone was very friendly. October was the perfect time of year to visit weather was just right.
The rooms were so nice for the price! I will be staying here again
I d say 4.5 actually This place is amazing. I got a smoking deal online for the room. Then I got the option to upgrade a few days before staying here and it was so worth it. My suite was on the 38th floor and it overlooked the Treasure Island and the strip below.
The room was beautiful, the bed was so nice and the bathroom was splendid. The lobby was so pretty too! The people there are so nice and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
Amazing ambience. Very big room. However they had a big fridge but we cannot keep anything inside the fridge. If you move anything inside, they will charge you for what you moved. Very customer unfriendly.
One of my favorite hotels in Vegas, every room is a suite with sunken living room. If you get the option with 2 queen beds, its supposedly 50 square feet larger. The rooms should also be identical to the ones in the Venetian. Plenty of great restaurants and shops in the shared area between the two towers. The pool at the Venetian was shut down until this summer making the palazzo pool incredibly overcrowded which was the only downside. Rideshare access is easy and located one level below the main entrance.
Nice staff, the Fortuna suite was very roomy and elegant. Lots of dining options.
Love the Palazzo! Super nice rooms. Love Canyon Ranch Spa in the Palazzo!
Wonderful rooms just wonderful. A bit crowded at times but as expected with a hotel of this size. Ground floor smells like cigarette smoke due to the casino but that's everywhere in Vegas. Location is great.
Best Cabana experience made possible by
Manager Nicholas
This is an excellent place. I loved it. You can't go wrong by going there.
Simply Wow! Absolutely loved my experience. I would highly recommend staying there.
The Palazzo and Venetian offer something which is not easy to find within the hotels on the strip. They offer a very comfortable, pleasing, calm atmosphere and environment which is great either for a romantic get away or even quality time with the family. At the same time gives you the options of plenty of things to visit and see within the properties, and gamble a little without any of it being felt as if you have to. It is all there for you to pick and chose.
We were there December 19-23, 2018 and had an awesome visit. The first night there was a problem with the shower and maintenance was there in less than 15 minutes. The guy was very polite and professional. He also called housekeeping to clean up and the issue was repaired. Everyone we encountered was courteous and professional and made us feel at home. The in-room dining was awesome, as well, and the service was first class. We enjoyed our stay and will return. Thanks to everyone there.
we were at The Palazzo on August 24th having already booked and paid for the room from Italy, unfortunately already at arrival there were some unforeseen additional costs that with the help of the interpreter we made clear that we did not have to pay. However, a few days later we had two unanticipated charges on the credit card, I underline that we have not used any extra services offered by the hotel and that we will therefore dispute these expenses.
We were here when we stayed. The hotel was nice and it was attached to the Venetian. There were tons of shops to go to. And they had good restaurants.
Stayed 2 nights with my girlfriend. Gorgeous interior and room was very nice. Has a smaller, less diverse casino than other resorts if you are looking for machines but plenty of table games.
Challenges with check--in and getting our room switch. The actions we were told the property would take were not done and we were not notified. We wasted a whole day waiting. James a manager, contacted us and gave us a credit but his attitude made the situation worse. The property is beautiful but I give the customer experience 2 thumbs down.
This is a beautiful establishment. Elegantly decorated with fine dining, table games, sports betting, slots and bars. The staff is always professional and friendly. The rooms are secured from people without room card access. Free parking which is as huge plus in Las Vegas. Definitely make this a stay during your visit, huge rooms with sunken living rooms.
Enjoying the hotel staff is nice casino is FUN! When in Vegas live and stay here! Bathrooms are nice and large rooms are grand. I enjoyed it and still am enjoying it!
