Horrible check in experience. Never notified our room was available. Called front desk multiple times and placed on hold for over 15 minutes each time. Never made it thru. After finding out our room was ready while waiting in line again at the front desk, we were told to go downstairs to retrieve our luggage as the belt was broken. Upon finally arriving at our room, we were given a room with 2 double beds not the king we reserved. Once again, called the front desk but was put on hold for over 15 min and just finally gave up. Very disappointing stay.

The customer service literally from every employee I had interaction with was excellent. The room was very clean and they had multiple TVs so you could watch while on the bed or the couch. The room I was in overlooked the strip with a gorgeous view of the area and mountains. The casino area was good with many options to choose from. Definitely money well spent and I will stay here next time I'm in Vegas.

This place is WONDERFUL! Nicole and Manuel were SO helpful! Just the most welcoming bunch of people we have came across in Vegas so far! If you re going to stay anywhere in Las Vegas stay here! I cannot even begin to explain how easy they have made our first visit!

My wife and I spent 3 nights here in a one bedroom suite. Physical facility is impressive h you can see from the pics We loved the spaciousness of our room and how quiet it was. Our room was located at the end of the hallway.

Bell service was prompt and pressure free. Check-in was efficient. I think things can be improved a bit by explaining some of the basic amenities like where the gym/pool is (especially given the resort fee) and also acknowledge/review the benefits that come with IHG Ambassador membership.

Validation of room key outside of elevators was an added level of security that we enjoyed. Needless to say, location was central on the strip as well.

Would definitely stay here again.

For the minimal coin spent this hotel was extreme value for money! Staff very helpful & friendly.

Hotel room was huge! And very clean & tidy. Location was at one end of strip so not the best in terms of proximity but it is Vegas & you expect to travel/walk the distance anyway!

It's a nice & comfortable Hotel. Good location, there's a big Mall, Fashion Show Mall right opposit. If U don't like to go out side, you can also shop inside Palazzo & Venetian's Shoppe. It has a lot to see, to eat & to shop.

This Hotel is an experience! It is connected to the Venetian and you can cross over between the 2 without even noticing. There are many restaurants, shops and things to do. You can spend a weekend in Vegas and never have to leave this hotel. The beds were very comfortable; I slept most of my trip because of the amazing beds! BUT My room could have been alot cleaner. There was hair in the bathroom, and dirty footprints on the floor. Also, not having a microwave in the room was an inconvenience.

Room was very clean and spacious. I got a king sized suite. Room had a step down separate living room with an additional TV. Very luxurious accommodations. Staff was always friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Spacious rooms, location, good restaurants

Pros: Spacious rooms, location, good restaurants

Cons: cleanliness (dust in the rooms and finger marks on light switches and mirrors), staff lacks basic customer service skills, $45 resort fee includes WiFi, business Centre to print your boarding pass (Isn t everyone digital nowadays???) and access to the fitness center. Not even a mini bottle of water! Poor design of shower (door swings out and hook for towels/robe is behind the door)

Wow!!! Luxery. Our room was amazing, people who worked there nothing was too much trouble. Lifts were quick. The pools etc looked good ( we didn't have time to use those facilities). Place very clean.

Honestly between Venetian and the Palazzo i would take the Venetian every time. Check in is better and the ability to upgrade to a better room is better as well. Next time ill definitely book the Venetian as I usually do. I just wanted to try the Palazzo side one time.

We had an absolutely great stay at Palazzo. We got a nice suite with a nice view. The rooms were furnished to perfection. The bar was fully stocked but quite over priced (as usual). We were able to check in 4 hours earlier than usual since our suite was ready. Luggage handling was hassle free, the bell hop greets you as you come out of your vehicle ready to take your luggage! The staff is nothing but amazing and helpful! My favorite part was the bathroom, it was equipped with a tub and a glass shower! There are also various shops connecting the Wynn to Palazzo, if you're the type to shop and drop this place is for you. They have a casino right on the lobby as you enter toards the guest suites. I felt like a million bucks while staying here. Thank you so much Palazzo!

Always a large suite. You can spend hours in the room and not feel cramped. Wide variety of fabulous restaurants on site. In my opinion, best place to stay in Vegas (either Palazzo or Venetian).

We came to Vegas for our 10 year wedding anniversary and our stay at The Palazzo has been wonderful. The suite is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly. It's nicely located on the strip. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Rooms are huge and clean and beautiful. Bathroom is luxurious. We had a great view. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The bath products are actually amazing. Like any casino in Vegas, the layout is confusing and it feels like you spend 20 years trying to get out, but that's the way it goes. Couldn't ever figure out the light switches in the room, but do appreciate the switches to open and close the curtains.

The Palazzo is one for the best hotels my wife and I stayed at. The suites are beautiful ,with a perfect view .Lots of high end designer stores located on the second floor . Complimentary valet and free parking .Also connects to the Venetian hotel .
Walking on the Vegas strip is really close by.
So many things to do here .Casino is located on the first floor . Friendly staff haven't had a problem so far .We would definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel attached to the Venetian with restaurants and shops. The complex is large! Rooms are spacious and very nice. The room was just as pictured online. Bed very comfortable, husband and I slept very well. We were told to go through the casino to take the elevator to get to our room. But we found that you can take the escalator from the check-in desk lobby up to the canals shops on second level to bypass the casino. This will take you to the second floor and you can take the elevators to your room. We liked the security at the hotel, you have to show your room card and or scan your room card at the security check points before you can even reach the elevators. Don't like that there isn't a coffee maker in rooms, even some of the other less expensive hotels have coffee makers. Staff very friendly, courteous and customer oriented. Will stay here again!

Pictures are pf the mountain views from our suite on the 49th floor. Watching the sunrise from the desert mountains after a night on the strip was surreal. Perfect for a bachelorette party. The bathrooms are incredible for large groups of girls to get ready. There is also a 24hr Starbucks located off of the elevator. I loved our stay at the Palazzo and would stay again of I was with a group or if I had to bring my kids to Vegas for any reason.

I love this hotel but my recent stay makes me think I'll book somewhere else next time. I upgraded to the media room but the room had nothing but problems. What's the point of paying a premium for a room when tech support is in and out of the room during your stay?

Amazing, clean upscale luxurious hotel.

Amazing, clean upscale luxurious hotel.
Reasons to stay here:
1. Customer service is above and beyond
2. It's luxurious, clean and well kept
3. Its in the middle of everything
4. It's connected to the Venetian providing easy access to Restaurant Row, Tao, and Tao's pool party. Combined the two properties have over 20 pools on-site so there is always a spot for you somewhere

Wow, what can I say, this place was absolutely amazing, wonderful, beautiful and very big...took hours to walk through and see everything. The suite was beyond my expectations and the food choices were crazy. What a wonderful place to stay while in Vegas!

A 3 or 4 star hotel trying to look like a 5 star. They have an included breakfast which is worse than a cold continental breakfast. It is a grab and go. False advertising and pretty pathetic for a so called class hotel. Stay somewhere else, at least if you want a decent meal.

Was a great stay. If your gonna need fridge they are gonna charge u an extra 25 bucks a night to rent a fridge . Other than that it was very clean and had a nice view of the strip from our suite. The pool was the best part as they had verity you can choose from.

Really enjoyed staying here for a quick overnight visit. Seemed like they had quite a few covid protocols in place and that made me feel better. I really loved our room, it was huge. Only complaint was unknown fees. Room was listed online for 100, got there and room was 160 at counter. Then unbeknownst to me, after this resort fee and some other fees, room wound up being a little over 300 upon checkout. I didnt like that, but for the huge room, sunken living room, vegas views, nice atrium and good gambling, it all was worth it.

I recently stayed at the Palazzo, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms are spacious and immaculately decorated. The in room dining is of the caliber of many of the fine dining establishments on the strip.

One of the few places in Vegas I recommend. The place improved so much in customer service. Friendly staff. And guess what? No parking fee; the only other place on the Strip, (besides T.I.). I gamble with a few thousand each time I go to Vegas. It may sound trivial $20 a day for parking when I am throwing down $50 to $100 a bet at a roulette or craps game but it's the principle of things. I never gamble at MGM owned casinos for the same reason, and their bad attitude from the employees there. Caesars is still very good as far as customer experience goes but too bad they started charging for parking also. Oh well, Palazzo it is from now on. They take customer satisfaction extremely seriously. That means a lot to me.

The Palazzo is an upscale hotel and casino right next door to The Venetian. It is connected to a beautiful shopping mall with many restaurants and casual food spots as well. The mall has a small river running throughout it with gondolas you can ride on with your date for a truly romantic experience. The ambiance and decor of Palazzo seperate it from other venues on the Las Vegas strip. Cool vibes.

Thank You Palazzo for being Covid Responsible. Decided on last minute getaway w our 2 kids. Was there July 17. Was nervous w Covid and all that. Read some of these reviews and gave it a shot. Absolutely impressed with the diligence Palazzo has gone through to be Covid responsible. Upon entry, and at all entry's including the entry's to the elevators and the mall area, there were temperature scanning stations w guards taking head scans if you made the station flag you. There was an army of workers sanitizing everywhere you looked. The rooms had a welcome kit w masks wipes and hand sanitizer. Masks mandatory and heavily enforced. Elevator limited to 4 max . The pool chairs have been spread. Masks were mandatory at pool as well just not in the water. This was heavily enforced. Oh and the rooms are Amazing w lots of room. Had a beautiful strip view. The sunken living room was a great feature. We went to The Shark thing at Mandalay and Dinner at NY NY. Not even close to what Palazzo is doing. Pool at Mandalay was packed with No masks to be seen. Neither had more then reminders of social distancing posters and a few sanitizer stations. No temp scans and saw plenty of people w out masks (had them around their necks).
Palazzo has their act together for sure!

Top Notch Hotel! It's what you'd expect at this price point. Yes it's expensive. But sometimes in life, you just have to Splurge & Enjoy it! And that's what I did for my wife's B-day, and her first visit to Las Vegas.
We had a Blast while we were there, lost some money along the way. But I highly doubt her next visit there will be as fancy as this one was?!?

This casino is so elegant and awesome. I love how decorative and pristine it was inside. I enjoy coming here to walk around and enjoy shopping here too. Its located next to the Venetian and the two together will give you a mini trip to Italy while staying in Las Vegas.

Amazing and beautiful. Staff was wonderful. The amenities are fantastic! Paid extra for the VIP floor/lounge thing, totally worth it!! 100% recommend paying for the lounge, they serve breakfast, snacks, openbar/cocktails, and horderves.

The room was large, clean and beautiful, and housekeeping did a great job. Desk area, living room, dinning area and bedroom in the suit were modern and well maintained. There was a shower and separate bathtub, and separate toilet room, so great for groups. Super clean and up to date.

Only issue I had was with the casino manager, every night she would ask for my ID and room card, and was always rude, every single night lol. Other than her all the staff were warm and welcoming.

Great array of restaurants and shops in the hotel. The pool area was incredible, huge, very clean and beautiful.

Beautiful hotel but terrible smell of cigarettes in the lobby/casino. Very expensive! Annoying that they charge you for using the bar even if you didn't. You would also expect that they would provide water bottles in the room, instead they charge 5$ per bottle.

I have stayed at the Wynn, Aria, Palm's, Cesar's Palace and MGM. The Palazzo and the Venetian are consistently my favorite rooms in Las Vegas. The size and design is perfect for my extended stays.

Sadly horrible service...it has changed a lot since s few years ago. The attendants are rude. One example was Yesenia who refused to say which department she was at. They charge for every little thing you may need. I would stay anywhere else but here.

Worst housekeeping in the world

Worst housekeeping in the world
I ordered room service 1st night left food plate on dinner table it was not taken away by housekeeper 2nd night same thing. It may be policy that housekeeper does not put dishes away but that is stupid. A simple 15 second task and they cannot take care of it. Policy or not it s terrible. I wish I didn t need to stay here 2 more nights. I will not return. I usually give $10 tip per day I stay at any hotel but I will not be leaving any tip for this lazy housekeeper

The food at The Grand Lux Cafe was fabulous. There was a hiccup with getting our meal but the apology coupled with the absolutely delicious Bourbon Street Chicken went a long way in making the experience worth coming back for more...Kudos to the chef and team.

This was a pretty suboptimal stay. Everything is crowded or closed down. The pool fills up and the whole pool experience is contradictory. They go through all this effort to keep it closed and then at 6pm when the pool closes it s a mob scene to get on the elevators and out. I wouldn t come to these hotel again. The whole resort has the feel of being half shut down but then swarms of people at the places that are not.

I checked in at 5 pm and was given a room key without telling the room number with the reason the room is being cleaned and will be texted later. Geez. until 9 pm I reported again finally they gave the room number. when checkout the bill appears for drinks that are not used. the reason is the bottle is moved and the sensor is wrong. luckily I didn't use self checkout so I could complain and be corrected. water heater is also not provided in the room and if you want to borrow it will cost usd10. omg

Extravagant and beautiful hotel that made us feel rich! Even though we didn't have the king suite "with a view", the view was still pretty good. Room service is crazy expensive though! Staff was friendly and housekeeping was outstanding.

King suite, beautiful room with all the amenities, had a great view of the High Roller and the mountains. Very luxurious!
We won a trip here with our room paid for, otherwise we would not have stayed here simply because of the room rates and added resort fees. We did not use any of the pools or anything else that the resort fee covered.
There is an in room mini bar, which is the entire mini fridge, I played heck trying to find room to refrigerate my insulin for the 4 days I was here.

Some of the nicest and cleanest hotel rooms on the strip according to multiple Uber drivers we had. I'd have to agree although I've only stayed overnight at a few places. I will likely be returning to the Palazzo for my next Vegas trip.

This property charges a daily resort fee ($45 plus tax) even if you don't use the services the fee is supposedly intended to cover. As a rule, I give any property that charges a resort fee one star regardless of any other quality. Please do the same for all properties that charge these nuisance fees, or they will never change their ways.
