Truly it was a pleasure to stay here. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and the best view from my room!!! I would do it again and again and again.

Amazing food, pristine and beautiful hotel throughout... always something to do!
my favorite place i love it for the great service and beautiful place.
One of the best places I've stayed at in a long time.
Great stay at the palazzo. Amazing views from the bedrooms and very kind staff. One of my best stays in Vegas.
This is my go-to hotel on the strip. The rooms are large and laid out well. The beds are extremely comfortable and the auto-shades are a nice added feature. While this hotel can be a bit expensive, you really get what you pay for, and it s always worth it. The location is great as well, avoiding the mayhem of the heart of the strip, but it s easy to walk there! Definitely recommend this hotel.
Literally the best hotel I've ever used, and I've stayed in hotels all over the world. Truly luxurious rooms, great views and over 30 (!!) restaurants in the Palazzo/Venetian complex. Unbeatable.
I loved this hotel it personally has the best view of Vegas especially for my first time there I m happy I chose this hotel the food is delicious this one restaurant (which I forgot the name) has the best cheesecake pool is awesome the bar is as good as everything the room service and service it self was incredible
Excellent rooms, great restaurants and close to everything you could want on the strip!
Horrible service, I was surprised that they had me going back and forth between the hotels to get my lugagge. Also had issues with the elevators, entitled white people wouldn't allow me in. Or my son a different time or my mom and daughter also a different time. I feel they should be more organized with who arrived to the elevators first.
So for the next two days my girlfriend and I are staying at the Palazzo in Las Vegas it's a wonderful hotel the Guest customer service associiates were so great I have a heart condition so my friend and I went to the customer service counter because there was going to be at hour wait.they were so courteous friendly and respectful Jade checked us in gave us the room key and we didn't have to wait the hour because I don't think I could have stood that long way down to the room it was 12:30 oh my gosh we were blessed you guys are doing a wonderful job then later on that day going down the escalator my dress got caught in escalator stopped it at the bottom with my dress, security was on it they did a report and they turned in asked me if I was okay they just been so nice here I would recommend the place above and beyond any other motel. Location of my goodness it's right next to Ralph Lauren Gucci Macy's Coach all the major stores are like within walking distance you can throw a rock absolutely great we don't have to drive well I'm signing off I'll be here for another day
Wonderful hotel but too many rooms therefore people.
Too many pools are closed after September & if you want to swim at that period of the season, you ll swim in the shade.
Best casino hotel on the strip for sure. Rooms are super clean and mini suites. Large bathroom. And you never have to leave the facilities they have tons of restaurants and shops. The gym and the spa are fantastic
Just stayed here for a work conference. The entire staff was amazing! The food was over the top and the portions were huge, but hey it's Vegas.
I think the casino floor was a bit to open for my personal taste but overall the table games were fun! The check-in process is so easy and they text you when your room is available. The room was spotless and about the largest on the strip that I have seen.
My favorite place to stay good restaurants
This place is definitely not for those on a tight budget, but it's a place to take that special someone in your life. Very clean, staff are very polite, definitely on a much higher end type of place. Highly recommend it .
Absolutely fabulous! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful in anyway we needed! The rooms were a dream. The casino, restaurants & bar meet every gamblers, foodie and bar flys highest standard. The 24 hour starbucks located inside was my personal favorite! 5 's I absolutely recommend to anyone & everyone while visiting Vegas! My fiance and I cannot wait to go back!
It's a really beautiful it's part of the Venetian and the two of these hotels together are huge. but it's definitely worth a walk around or to go and play in their casino because it's very clean and very nice.
I was refunded all charges. This was my issue. I was charged $566 after checking out because they had to do a deep cleaning to the room that took the room off the market for 2 days. The deep cleaning was performed because per their pictures, they found a marijuana brownie box and a ziploc bag that had foil in it in the garbage can. The room did not smell of marijuana or cigarettes smoke because my friend and i don't smoke. I did not ask at check in, if it was a non-smoking room because we don't smoke. They also informed me, it could not be proven that the room smelled of smoke, so they take pictures, and I explained what they stated were in the pictures. It's never explained to customers if certain items, legalized in Nevada are found in a hotel room, they can charge you whatever they want to so-called, "deep clean a room". Nothing in the room was destroyed, broken, smelled, or stained. We did not even eat in the room. Will I ever stay at the Palazzo Hotel again, of course not, but does it really matter. They will continue to charge hotel guest whatever they want, in addition to a $45 nightly resort fee, for whatever they deem necessary. After speaking to a manager that repeated stated, "I can take off half and you can pay the rest", I assume I will be charged half once again for items they found in a garbage can in the guest room, where absolutely nothing was destroyed, stained, smelled, or broken. It's so sad how customers are always taken advantage of. My room number was 38-906.
Very spacious and luxurious suite. Basically two rooms in one. It was actually larger then my first apartment per square footage. The staff was very friendly as well.
My favorite place on the strip. High end but also welcoming to all. Good amount of slots. I did win but gave it all back. Overall a fun time.
And the rooms are amazing. But this time, I guess I slept funny my first night. My back killed me the next morning, and this is very rare as I don't have back problems. Being somewhat immobile, I sort of had to stay in my room my second night. The next day I was a bit better but still sore.
Still, I will return.
Have stayed in many Hotel Casinos in Las Vegas and The Palazzo "Experience" ranks right up there with my best memories! Highly recommended!
Had an excellent time as always at the Palazzo & Venetian hotels and casinos. Something you may not know is that these properties are part of the IHG family of hotels. I travel a lot throughout the year and gather my points in order to treat my wife and I to something special for our anniversary. We used our amazing suite as our basecamp for the stay this year and did lots of walking and relaxing on the strip and even took in a Vegas Golden Knights game!
Stay was great, the only complaint was that during our stay my wife and I were locked out of our room and missed our dinner reservations for our anniversary because the door lock was malfunctioning. We called down to let maintenance, and we were instructed to wait at our room until maintenance arrived and completed the job. Once the door lock was repaired and we were able to finally shower and dress for leave for dinner we realized once we left the room that we had forgotten something and when we tried to open our room, the key card didn t work! We called down to the concierge and had to wait for new key cards. Our room was great, the views were phenomenal, but the lack of empathy for our time during our anniversary kind of put a damper on our experience.
This would be my second home! Great rooms and atmosphere. Love the variety of gaming available. Definitely coming back over and over again.
Clean, smells good even though you can smoke in the casino it still doesn't smell like an ash tray. Every bit of our visit was top notch Including the wonderful spa. Only thing I would suggest is that a lot of the bartenders near to learn how to make better drinks. I dont think I had a really good drink the whole time.
Palazzo is the best hotel and casino on the strip! Good selection on food. All the rooms are large suites, spa and gym and nice, pool is ok, shopping is good, easy access to Wynn & Fashion Show Mall, and the best parking is the parking! The casino has a great selection of table games and slots! We love the Palazzo!
Great place to stay. the staff at this casino are great. The suites are spacious and very pleasant.
I stayed at this place a couple of times. The room are very big and very quite. It's only one tower and so a little better. The casino is pretty nice and very open differently from The Venetian that feel very close also if is huge. At The Palazzo have open very good restaurant like Mott32, Sushi Samba and the Peruvian. It's a nice hotel for Las Vegas.
Amazing hotel! Very comfortable and luxurious. I highly recommend the concierge level.
We went for St. Patrick s Day (2019) and they weren t really festive with the Holiday, which wasn t a problem at all.
Great stay. Beautiful suits. Spacious, cozy and nice luxurious feeling, even though some of the furniture and color felt a bit outdated. Bed was very comfortable. Epic bathroom. The staff was very nice. I would recommend to stay and try it out!
The Casino area was only ok and didn t feel it had options we cared for. We for sure went to other casinos to play. Also, the location of the Hotel is a bit away from the main strip.
This was my first time time to Vegas. We were explaining to someone where on the machine to read the cash out section while we waited for our drink because it happen to be our machine we bet on I bet all and didn't win so the cash out was blank with zero wind. Then we started walking, staying in the area to receive our drinks still and casino security came to us and said were loitering and showing someone how to cheat at the slots so they banned us.
Definitely a great experience. I managed to get a suite facing the fireworks at new year's. Staff was nice. Pleasant. And attentive. Rooms are well maintained and spotless.
Phenomenal artistic views in every area of entire hotel, casinos within hotel, bars, restaurants, night clubs, connected boutiques & high end shopping. Every room is wonderfully exquisite, Elegante, relaxing, clean, information of hotel More
They did a great job and making us feel really welcome
One of my favorite go to places on the strip. This was probably our 8th or 9th time staying at the Palazzo or Venetian. Staff is always friendly and professional. We never feel rushed. Staff seems to enjoy their jobs. Room always clean and well maintained. Everything 5 star all the way. I would suggest everyone go through the shops at least once so you can see some of the other things to do besides the casino floor. So many resturants to viist. The Minus 5 Bar was fun too.
Good choice of gambling machines, great restaurant choices, greeting staff members. Although security sometimes take their jobs a lil to serious. " Lighten up not everyone is a treat" lol silly rabbits.
Beautiful hotel. Killer suite, especially for the price. Perfect location right in the center of the strip. Service was great. Awesome restaurants. No complaints at all. I ll be back for sure.
Super fancy room, but the casino was really, really smoky. I get that you can smoke in all the casinos, but the others on the Strip do a better job of filtering or pumping out the smoky air.
Stayed at The Palazzo over Labor Day weekend. It was simply the best room I've had on the strip in any stay at any other hotel. It beats The Wynn for sure. And the restaurant selection between The Venetian and The Palazzo is outstanding. I tried two and highly recommend both: Black Tap Burger and Majordomo. Especially the latter.
The Palazzo is the newer tower added to the Venetian. Rooms are modern and updated and are much better than the Venetian. We had major problems getting our room due to poorly trained front desk agents. We arrived and checked in at 1 and to our surprise the room was ready. The agent began to write our room number down and then the manager watching her told her not to give us the room. We asked why and he said they have a suite being cleaned at the moment and wanted to offer us the free upgrade because one of the room directors is a friend of ours and noted on our reservation to upgrade us. Honestly, I didn't care which room we got because time was more important. The manager assured us it would be ready within 30 minutes. (in my experience as a FD manager that is not normal to know when the room will be available). Check-in is at 4 but 75% of the time room is ready well before. We checked back at 345 and no line not busy and our room still not ready. Told the supervisor the story and he apologized but showed no empathy. 415 room not ready and asked for a different manager and simply said the way the whole situation was handled was unexpected and now that we are past guaranteed check-in time, I expected the hotel to offset the service error in some way. I was Guest Services manager at a Marriott Luxury brand and dealt with all guest complaints. If this happened I would add a $100 resort credit without hesitating. The manager a woman which I don't have her name but she was working Sept. 10th in afternoon listened to our frustration but didn't care. I said I handled all complaints and something like this would warrant minimum of $100 service credit since we were spending $2000 for our stay. She said "what do you want" like i was asking. What? I wasn't asking for anything but just educating her on how to treat guests when the staff makes an error. We told her we now can't make a cocktail reception because it starts at 5pm
She told me that the upgrade was more than enough. Seriously? I just said this is expected from a 3 star hotel. Didn't get our keys until 5pm. Finally walk the half mile to our room only to find out the keys did not work! I called from the house phone and asked for her to bring us new keys. She said no because of their "policy". Because I could be someone else. I said this why I want YOU to bring them. Said she can't do anything like that. Never stay there again!
One bright side were the housekeeping staff. They always had a smile and always ask how our stay was going.
We travel twice a month and stay only at Marriott brands because service exceeds expectations.
This hotel you get the bare minimum. 3 stars because the room was beautiful and services staff were very friendly.
From checking in to checking out, staying at The Palazzo was a wonderful experience. The personnel at every level is courteous and helpful. This includes, room service, cocktail servers and the bathroom cleaners. Rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable and have ample space to move around. Top notch restaurants within the facility with additional eateries in the food court to satisfy any and all palates. Parking is free but Internet is not which is a minor nuisance. Enjoyed every moment of my stay and will highly recommend to everyone that is visiting Las Vegas.

Beautiful hotel. So much attention to detail at every turn. Everything was very clean and amazing service. Very friendly and polite staff! I very much appreciated the added security at the elevators. Great location and easy to get around.
Had a wonderful stay, very clean and well maintained hotel along with the Venitian. Helpful and courteous staff with excellent restaurants and shopping. Would definitely return and recommend to my friends and family.
I was amazed to see the level of detail the Palozzo staff had gone to in an effort to maintain a healthy environment for the guest. There were staff managing elevators, slot machines, doors just keeping things wiped down and sanitized. You could see and feel the commitment they have made...impressive for sure
Beautiful suites - a more modern version of the Venetian suites. Great service, shopping and food selection. Conveniently located on the strip near anything you're looking for.
This is by far our most favorite hotel on the strip! The rooms are huge and clean! Tje casinos are nice and despite all the smoking that goes on, the only time the cigarette smell bothered me was first thing in the morning. This place had everything, we ate at a couple of the restaurants in the hotel and everything was fantastic!
My husband and I came to Vegas for my Birthday invitation from the Venetian Hotel upon arrival they put us up in a large suite at the Palazzo it was very beautiful and especially nice to enjoy the convenience of walking, shopping and be conveniently connected between both gorgeous hotels. Amazing room service
My second stay was easy! We got a really nice room and staff was quick to address any issues.
The suite was amazing! Wheelchair friendly. Not bothered by smoke in casino as much as others due to high er ceilings.
Tha Palazzo never disappoints. Luxurious and clean with everything you need right in the complex. Starbucks is right off the elevator. The grounds are well-kept. The room was clean and comfortable.
Room was amazing. Food was great and staff was friendly and accommodating
So many shops and location is central.
Having great time. Less smokey than other casinos.
BEAUTIFUL Rooms, so huge. Excellent location - Loved been so close to Fashion Show Mall. Would stay here again.
Solid upscale casino/resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Lots of food options from Cafe, to sit down, to a food court. A few clubs and big swimming pool. Rooms are BIG! Two queen sized beds (or 1 king) and sunken living room with couch pull out full size bed. Large bathroom in rooms, has separate shower and bathtub.
Amazing time, great staff. They upgraded our room at no charge just a great place to stay If you are visiting Las Vegas.
Great atmosphere. Excellent dining and shopping options. Plenty of pool space. Had an amazing time. Will definitely be back!
Rooms were amazingly spacious. Two queen size beds and a loft space with a pull out couch. Bathroom was very clean and open. Casino floors were clean and bright, shops were easy to find. Location is just right, in the middle of the strip, many places are within walking distance.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had a hall, bedroom, pathway, and bathroom - all very spacious. You have window screens that can be fully controlled via buttons on the wall, 3 TVs - one is the hall, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. You have a separate work/computer table as well. It's was wonderful to stay in this room. If you're traveling with family, this would be the best room to chose for the amount of space it offers.
Beautiful hotel. One of the nicer ones on the Strip I have stayed at. Came with my family and they caught me hanging around a poker table with my dad within five minutes, which sucked, but then I just went shopping so was it really a loss?
Great hotel. Not as centrally located as I thought. Great service clean large rooms.
Walk through Palazzo/ Venetian/ Sands Convention complex in a very clean and safe Resort. Visit Grand Canal with Gondola Rides and live Actors entertain in Piazza with nearby shopong and restaurants. Fashion Show Mall located acroos the Strip or about a Vegas Block away.
Be Prepared to pay Resort Prices for Restaurants. Venetian also offers modestly Priced Food Court including Johnny Rockets to Subway Sanchwiches along with many independent leased concession space.
Vistior Safety is a High Priority with Security people with Dogs patrolling complex.
The Palazzo has better rooms than the Venetian for the same prices. If you can choose between the 2 go for it. One star down because they put the wrong luggage in my taxi, I was lucky the luggage stayed in the hotel, if it would have gone in another car or taxi I would have lost my plane... lesson learned, do not get into the taxi before your bags.
Palazzo is more modern than sister Venetian. Our room on the 44th floor was phenomenal! Staff was wonderful and Starbucks at the elevator helps first thing in the morning.
Great experience here always!! My home away from home, this place has spectacular service from the minute you get to valet to anything you might need on your trip. The staff in the casino, front desk and even at the shops near the elevator are always so helpful if you need help finding anything. Which you usually can without leaving since there is a whole mall attached. The rooms are always clean and so spacious, the best here on the strip. Best of all they are furry friend friendly!
This is a great place to stay. It's an all suites hotel with all the amenities. Amazing restaurants. Staff is courteous and friendly. I only want to stay here on my future trips as well. They have everything. Thanks.
Beautiful view. Take plenty of time to enjoy the peace and view of this place
We absolutely love this place. Great rooms, staff and casino. Would suggest to anyone with confidence.
Rooms are great here. They have seating areas which is really nice. Beds are very comfy. Service is great. Very clean. Have stayed here twice and would stay again.
Nice location!! Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Nice services.
Another excellent Las Vegas resort. The shops seem to come and go, but overall a nice property.
We just returned from another fabulous trip to The Palazzo!
We will always return, as the rooms are so spacious, the atmosphere is a grade above the rest of the casino's on the strip. All of the workers, from check-in, house keeping, drink waitresses, dealers, casino hosts, bell man and valets are always happy, and helpful! The Spa is awesome, the 2nd floor shopping is to die for and the restaurants are superb! We will be returning for Valentine's Weekend!
We visited the Palazzo and had high expectations based on friends. We were not disappointed. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. Our stay was cut short to just an overnight due to the health crisis, but we did have a chance to spend time in Electra, the casino, breakfast at Morels, stroll the Grand Canal Shoppes and catch the animatronic Atlantis show, all of which were enjoyable. Absolutely want to return to enjoy everything we missed.
We always enjoy our stay at the Palazzo & Venetian when we visit Las Vegas. The rooms are beautifully decorated and we love the layout. If you are looking to stay at a luxury resort hotel we recommend you visit here. We are always happy when we stay at either the Palazzo or Venetian side of the the Venetian resort. If you choose to stay here, I m sure you ll be happy that you did.
They also have a variety of restaurants owned by famous chefs to choose from. They also have the Grand Lux restaurant located in the both hotels on the casino floor. Great food with a vast variety of choices cuisine choices. Portions are very large. My husband & I usually order 2 appetizers to share or an appetizer and an entree to share.
Wonderful place to stay! The third floor has lots of amenities for guests, and the area is surrounded with many restaurants, casinos, and entertainment. The room I stayed in was very clean and the staff was polite. 2 tvs in front of the beds and a tv in the bathroom as well! I was very impressed. 5/5 would stay again!
Gorgeous suites and a wonderful view. I absolutely loved the service and how close it is to the strip.
One of the less smoky casinos on the strip. Careful though, it's easy to get lost. Might as well find a good table and have a couple drinks. Tables tend to have higher minimums. Rooms are very nice and the staff was always helpful.
Beautiful resort and the suite we were in had everything you could want in a home away from home. The suite had a sunk in living room with a T.V. located in that area as well as the bedroom. The bathroom was amazing with a oversized bathtub that was made for pampering yourself. Marble floors with a closed door to the toilet, a separate shower, his and hers sinks, and great vanity. The hotel offers a stocked refrigerator but it would be nice if they offered a refrigerator for the guest use also.
The Palazzo is under some renovations. The place is exquisite with amazing decor. I always enjoy my stay in the hotel rooms. There's no parking fees like other hotels which is a big plus. The service is exceptional. You are paying for what you get which is greatness.

Nice hotel...there are great places to take pictures. They offer a variety of slots...I can be here allllllll day!
Vip room is located right of the front desk. Staff inside were friendly. There was some small bites and drinks available.
My room was not entirely clean. Some stains on the bedsheets and the washroom counter was a bit dirty.
Wifi here is awfully slow and unreliable especially around the high limit tables.
Loved this place but the pools closes too early in the winter time
