The level offers free hot or cold breakfast from 8-10, and and a happy hour with a full bar plus hot and cold appraisers from 5-8, all for free. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. It's like coming home to family. Yes, there is a top notch cassino with an air freshener system that you wouldn't know you're among smokers.
