This is a gorgeous first class hotel. The suite we had was spacious with a media room and a high quality pool table. The rooms were well appointed and the bed was like a cloud. Shower was incredible and the staff were simply spectacular! Everyone was helpful and made our stay memorable. Perfect! 11/10!

I typically stay at MGM resorts and will continue to do so after this mistake. I was treated like a a nuisance rather than a paying guest. Won t get into details but seems like you d want to take care of the people spending thousands of dollars in your casino/hotel/restaurants. Easily the LEAST hospitable place I have stayed on the strip. Not worth it, would certainly encourage others to explore other options.
The rooms were large, updated and clean. The casino in The Venetian was much larger but they are connected so it wasn't a big deal. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Can't say the same with the rewards desk staff. On multiple occasions I had to deal with bad attitudes at that desk. The shopping and restaurant choices are great. You really don't have to leave the resort if you don't want to. Everything you need is there.
This is a beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms, fast elevators make it easy to get to the casino. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Overall super clean facility. Restaurants are all delicious.
Loved walking through the canels, tons to see and do inside. It was a bit crowded and the escalators were all down outside that leads in but overall inside was very nice and lively. My only regret is that we didn't have much time to go through it more thoroughly but hopefully next time.
We come here for our Anniversary every second year. The staff is always amazing. The casino is well appointed and doesn't seem to have the same lingering smell of cigarettes that the Venetian has. There are plenty of elevators, so wait time is reduced getting to your room. And, like the Venetian, all rooms are suites. Plenty of entertainment and dining choices between the two hotels.
My favorite Hotel and Casino. Clean rooms and everything is over the top elegant. Loads of detail in every part of the hotel. I really love the Venetian still as well. You feel like a king when you stay at either Hotel.
Very nice rooms!!! We got a 2 queen bedroom at the Palazzo on the 19th floor, but without the view. Room was very spacious and clean. It is a huge hotel so going from Palazzo to Venetian takes at least 10-15 mins. But still A GREAT place to stay on the strip.
Just a great place to stay, looks fabulous, smells great and great access to the shops in the Venetian, always have fun at the tables especially the craps tables great atmosphere. Its also got a walgreens, thats so handy if you need anything
I like it better than the Venetian less smell of cigarettes! It seems like the tables are more spread out as well. Stayed at the hotel this! Service top notch. Great restaurants and awesome views!
Not worth the extra 200 a night plus it feels like everyone there is ready to take advantage of you financially. All the way to the 10 gourmet candy which turns out to be 6 fun size snickers bar. Stay somewhere else, you'll feel better about it I promise
What an amazing and beautiful birthday stay. The Palazzo and Venetian made my stay very memorable. They are by far the best on the strip in this new Covida world we live in. The cleanliness was amazing. Thank you for making my birthday truly special
The room was beautiful! We had to switch rooms due to left over trash in the room and the manager immediately gave us a new room with an upgraded view. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming as well as being very hospitable. I would definitely stay here again!
I ve stayed in a lot of Vegas hotels, but the Palazzo is easily one of the nicest. My room was HUGE, had 3 TVs (even one in the bathroom!) and the bed was super comfortable. Staying at the Palazzo is definitely a premium experience and worth the price tag. I m looking forward to my next trip already.
Great rooms and some of the best dining in Las Vegas. It used to be one of the premier places in Las Vegas, however it seem lately some of the people hanging out on the casino floor have gotten a little bit shady. I have stayed here twice a year since they opened and I feel only in the last year things are starting to slip a little.
All rooms are spacious beautiful suites. My only qualm was that the shower pressure is too weak for my liking. Customer service was top notch and Jack P. Is a gracious and personable director of player development. Hotel is big so wear comfortable shoes. The gondolas, open seating at St. Mark's square nice ambience. Close to Fashion Show Mall. Taxis and uber on ground floor easy to navigate. Would recommend to stay at this property!
Few amenities. No complimentary coffee maker in room. Stingy with towels, unless you specifically asked for more. Bedside lamps were broken. Repair was requested but they were never fixed. I would expect much more from this hotel.
Beautiful suites, incredible staff, and luxurious everything! Really nice casino with a ton of variety - literally something for everyone! The canal shops with the gondola rides and shows are a must too! I will never stay anywhere else in Vegas!!!
Love this place! No need to venture out to city. It has everything you can imagine. Great restaurants, shopping, watering holes, activities, casino, shows, conference center connected. Our suite was gorgeous!
I've stayed at most all casinos on the strip including all Wynn properties and all the Ceasars and MGM inc properties. The service and loyalty program is the best. The regular room can't be beat compared to other hotels basic room. Use YouTube and look up Bella suite Venetian/Palazzo you'll see what their regular rooms look like. Charge everything to the room, you'll be guaranteed some sort of comp. The pools heated in off season along with working jacuzzis. The people working here want you to have the best experience. You'll always seeing employees working and maintaing it's beauty.
Everything I'm the property looks new and is very well designed. It's a very pretty place with lots of work put into the environment. The spa and gym facilities are also updated and nice. The staff are very nice as well. Lots of restaurant options to boot. It is connected to the Venetian, and everything is fairly sprawling and oversized, so it feels like a massive resort on its own, which isn't really 'my thing', but I still enjoyed it.
Really spacious rooms, friendly staff (except for one bell boy), super clean. Don't bother upgrading to premium view. We end looking at Treasure Island (or you could end up looking at the Mirage, if you were lucky).
My family is presently staying at the Palazzo for 3 nights. First night we find that although the room has a pullout sofa and we are 3 guests, there were no additional pillows nor comforters in the room. After we discovered that and placed a call for it, the pillow arrived after 30 mins and the comforter after about an hour; I was almost half asleep by then. We got a measly insincere apology. 2nd day we stepped out of the room post lunch and had previously alerted the housekeeping staff in the hallway that they should clean the room after 2pm. We come back at 9.45pm to find the room in the same way we left it. After we called housekeeping we were told that the ETA was an hour. My family went to the reception and complained; it was then that we were guaranteed a 15 mins response time. The staff did arrive, but skimmed on the routine. After asking him to vacuum the room, he grudgingly did it. He didn't however do the bathroom mat; he just mopped the floor. I paid a full price for my room and except the same level of service that I'm entitled too; I'm terribly disappointed that my family was inconvenienced and had to request the service. I found their service to be not at all at par for a 5 star hotel. I would never ever come back to this property and would recommend others to think twice; their rates aren't cheap, so their lack of service does stand out even more.
A resort without complementary water or slippers. I asked for kettle to warm water for baby milk and they said i have to pay 9.5 dollars for delivery of the kettle! The hotel cutting things from the room aminities while their booking prices are still high. Not coming back again.
The Hotel was nice and the room was very detailed. I was highly disappointed that I could not dim any light in the room. Just was odd in a luxury suite. Also, the smell of food kept coming in via the air. So odd. Lovely hotel but just not a 5star experience.
The Palazzo was fantastic! The Check-in and Check-out were extremely quick and performed with top teir hospitality. The room was large with an awesome separate sunken living area. 3 TV's and electronic blackout drapes made downtime stellar. The entire property was extremely well maintained. 5 stars.
Stayed here with a huge group and they were actually willing to work to get all 4 rooms literally right next to each other. I've tried many times while in Vegas to get that to happen and have heard every excuse in the book why it isnt possible. The hotel was clean, staff was nice, food was good. Had a great time. Our rooms were suites and cost the same price a smaller basic room would have cost anywhere else. Will be back for sure!!
Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The resort has pretty much everything you need. The rooms are clean, big and luxurious. The service is attentive and security is tight, but not overbearing. The view was a bit disappointing, but you get what you pay for.
Nice luxurious casino. With bridge crossing over to the Wynn and is connected to the Venetian. Place has good restaurants. Parking is free in its 4 story underground lot. If you have a show to catch here be sure to leave early specially if a big convention is in town. Traffic can get pretty hectic.
Not tested as a guest but as convention attendee. Really nice place. Unbelievable. They have recreated a superb mini Venice. To be seen as one entity the Venetian and the Palazzo
Ordered a motorized wheelchair and was shown that I was next on the list to receive one, but in 3 days no call came, as an Amputee, I can't commend a place that can't accommodate every guest. They earned two stars but had to be demoted to 1 star because these beautiful rooms don't have a way to warm up leftovers purchased in there own restaurants. Microwaves are free with admission to Walmart.
We stayed here for a week. The hotel was beautiful, the suites were amazing. My friend staying at the Wynn had a smaller room for more money. The staff everywhere was friendly and helpful. The place is massive with tons to do. We probably could have just stayed on the premises for the 5 days and been quite content.
We absolutely loved the luxury suite! Very nice decor and roomy with an excellent view of the mountains! Only reason for a 4 star is the lack of a mini fridge (for non-alcoholic drinkers like us) and coffee machine, which is a necessity for everyone in every room. Also, a nice proper dust wouldn't hurt.
The location on The Strip is fantastic - within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Our suite is so large and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Super friendly and helpful staff here, making sure every one of your needs is met. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again for our next Vegas trip.
This is a very nice hotel to stay at. My family had adjoining suites here earlier this summer for several nights. The rooms were quiet and large and beds were very comfortable. Also, there were wonderful views of the strip from these rooms. The free parking aspect was also something that attracted me to this hotel as I will not pay to park at hotels that I stay at in Las Vegas.
Palazzo is one of the better hotels in Las Vegas. It's central, the restaurants (between here and the Venetian) are good, the rooms are super spacious, and the pools are great. The only negative I have is about who owns the place. If it were anyone else (well, most anyone else), I'd easily give the place a 5*.
The Palazzo, Intercontinental Hotel was awesome! From our Front desk start till the Check Out, everything was perfect. The Suite was amazing. The Room was really clean and had enough space. A great bathroom rounded up our Stay in Las Vegas. It is a great Location and combined with The Venetian, which is also really nice. We stopped on our Roadtrip from Boston to Los Angeles and this was the best Hotel we had. Greets from Switzerland
Went to Palazzo for the AWS conference. Definitely had a classy ambience, and the service staff was fantastic and welcoming. The rooms have ample space for working and to host a small group for socializing.
Room was beautifully decorated with thoughtful amenities. Casino has lots to offer in both slots and tables. Tao club has a chic atmosphere and great di.
We loved staying at the Palazzo! Our room on the 49th floor was very spacious, super clean, felt safe and had an excellent view of Vagas. My only negative was the smoking in the Casino. Overall great place to stay while on Vagas.
The Palazzo was an exceptional stay. The rooms were beautiful. The amenities were what you could use. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. The staff especially Mark Poe were just wonderful. He's a walking Customer Service billboard. He made us feel like we were family. Great experience and will definitely be going back next year on our Anniversary.
Beautiful hotel, incredible staff. We host a conference at the Sand convention center every year, and members of every department that we interact with are so professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. the rooms are great, comfy beds, and lots of restaurants to choose from.
This is a very nice hotel . It s a bit pricey but it s more spacious and lovely. I would recommend this hotel if your with at least a group of four or more.
This hotel is one of the best Vegas has to offer. The suites are huge and very beautiful. Extremely comfortable beds and there is a of of attention to detail in the room that makes the stay more awesome. And its at the heart of Vegas - with great restaurants and sites right in the Venetian-Pallazo complex. I prefer the Palazzo to the Venetian - because it's much newer.
This hotel is one of the most beautiful on the strip. We always stay either here or Encore. I love the decor and you really are centrally located on the strip. Just a hop, skip, and jump from the world's greatest shopping. The Fashion Show Mall is across the street, you have the shops within the resort and the Grand Canal shoppes at the Venetian. I love that there are less 21 and under guests and you can avoid the barrage of strollers that are more common at the other resorts on the strip. The pool area is beautiful.
This is such a beautiful hotel. The location is great and the atmosphere is one of the best. I ve only stayed here once but it was a great experience they took great care of us and we were close to everything. The shopping options were great and we enjoyed beautiful flowers!!!
my boyfriend and i really loved the rosina. great ambiance, good drinks, friendly bartenders, amazing cocktails, and windows to block out the noise and smoke from the casino
Wonderful hotel! I have stayed at almost every resort on the strip and this is in my top two (Wynn #1) rooms are big and very nice! you dont have to walk 5 miles to get to your room, and self parking is free!!! Never had an issue finding a spot right next to the elevator and this was during a big fight weekend.
Always a beautiful set up inside the Palazzo atrium. They do a marvelous job with the flowers and the large sky light makes the whole place shine perfectly.
Despite the fact that it connects the busy casino with the Sands Expo Convention Center and Venetian and it gets a large amount of foot traffic, it s actually a peaceful spot. The large water feature and the amazing smell really help with that.
Great rooms, close to just about everything. In the heart of Las Vegas near shops, other hotels, casinos, entertainment, night life. Across the street from fashion show mall, you can walk to just about anything.
Lied about resort fees during a recent promotion. Very unfortunate. I was double charged at the Canyon Grille both to my CC and to my room. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow to reverse.
