The rooms are very nice, and they have good security. The room service they lay out is very classy, the server actually seated me and put my napkin on my lap! I want to take a picture

Upscale touch to a large suite. Looked fresh and new. Smaller casino compared to adjoining Venetian but they are connected. Very good beverage service at slots and tables.
Love the spacious rooms. The in suite dining was a very pleasing experience. Food was good with great service and excellent pricing.
Probably one of the most unsafe places to cross on Las Vegas Boulevard is in front of this hotel the Palazzo there's no security to help pedestrians cross as oncoming cars come crashing through entering the property. Recommend you use Extreme Caution.
Covid RELIEF Vacay! As someone having OCD, during these times, this place made me feel incredibly safe and germ free! They had thermo scanning stations plus witnessing all the employees wiping everything (I mean everything) someone touched. This was the Chic-fil-a of hotels, excellent service! The rooms were amazingly clean and beautiful. This is so satisfying to someone who loves to clean. My new favorite Hotel. Palazzo is where it s at..... try to get a room on the 34th floor or higher, the best views. Thanks Desiree at the front desk.
Rooms are so spacious and nicely decorated. Loved it!
Was amazing weekend! They have amazing spa had amazing time there. Definitely will be back
We had lunch at the Grand Lux , wonderful place for food & drinks they are open 24/7
Super clean every place you go! The staff is so focused on customer service! What a breath of fresh air. Love it here!
This place is amazing. Rooms are fantastic. Clean. Large. Staff is exceptional and quick. I will be staying here again for sure.
The Palazzo is a great choice for a more upscale hotel in Vegas. The basic rooms are very large with a mezzanine floor that includes a pull-out bed, a table for two to talk, a TV above a unit which holds the minibar and more storage and a desk for working. The bathroom is separated into two, with the toilet having its own room, which is quite a good idea.
The service here is very good; there are many people at the reception who are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff.
Located on the strip, it s a bit of a walk to The Forum Shops and other big places, however, The Grand Canal Shoppes should be adequate, with plenty of food and upmarket shopping choices. It is also close to Fashion Show, another good alternative with free WiFi and a food court.
One thing I would like to point out is in order to get to the guest elevators, you must walk through the casino. I think this is the case in many other Vegas hotels as well. People are usually smoking while playing poker or slots, and the carpet flooring allows the smell to be embedded and it lingers around. It s also a relatively long walk from the guest elevators to the reception, compared to other hotels I ve stayed at anyway.
Very clean and spacious suites. The casino is doing a great job during this covid situation with cleaning and safety! Pools are beautiful and if you'd like, you can walk to the Venetian pools too! They're connected!
Big, beautiful rooms, great location, excellent food but this comes for a price! Extremely high fees and taxes and tips and taxes and fees and taxes for everything! Even "bottled" resort water is 5$ + fees+taxes+tip...
We had a very nice bed in our spacious 1300 square foot suite. The entire property was both clean and upscale. Casino floor felt smaller than some of the other locations on the strip, but the connection to the Venetian shops and casino gave plenty of area to explore.
Outstanding hotel, from service to cleanliness, by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Vegas!
Awesome customer service in all areas! Recommend online check-in. Suites are big & beautiful and even had a view of the pools and Las Vegas Strip. Casino was a bit chilly, bring a jacket!
First time in Vegas. My wife and I would like to thank The Palazzo for an unforgettable stay!!! Beautiful room, Casino, pool and the restaurants were fantastic!!!!
Great place. We have stayed here 5 times and just left there this morning. Great stay. Clean rooms. Not the cheapest but always great. Stick to the Grand Lux Cafe. Best food best prices.
Room size is fantastic. Overall great hotel. Shopping options are good
The best! Get the chicken and waffles from room service!
Room and facilities are absolutely amazing. Also well located on the strip so you can easily get around. Enough dinning options within the facilities. Pool area is also good
I loved this hotel. Our first time staying here. Not too wild for the holiday weekend. Very clean. Good customer service. Pools were amazing. Comfortable king bed. Spacious suites. Kid-friendly.
The Palazzo is an extremely beautiful hotel, connected to the Venetian the resort as a whole is huge! The pool was amazing, though a little crowded in July but as to be expected! The restaurants they have to offer in the resort are fabulous though do have lines, and wait times because of their popularity. The room was gorgeous, like something out of a movie! Huge windows overlooking the strip, big comfy bed, everything to make you feel like relaxed and pampered!
Satisfaction and wonderful experience loving @
Vegas
Nice large rooms and great staff. Clean hotel and easy to check in and out.
Beautiful place. It shares space with The Venetian which is also a beautiful place!
Palazzo has a 2nd floor mall like shopping center with high end stores. Also breath taking sceneries which makes great photo taking opportunities! There's a Starbucks, Illy ice cream parlor and many restaurants. I didn't actually stay there this visit. I am a local & often times I would accompany visiting family member/ friends to the strip.
Friendly front desk/housekeeping service. Clean amenities and room. Recommend Morel Steakhouse.
Love this place. Never disappointed. Easy free parking.
It was not my firs time at this place but I this time we was really disappointed of the quality of water in the pool. My skin was itchy for 2 weeks after swimming there... Hotel is good and rooms are very clean but I wouldn't recommend to swim in their pool
Rooms are really nice and spacious. Very long walk if you re rooms are at the end of the hotel. A little confusing when trying to get around.
Great hotel. I'm not really a Vegas guy--only come for conventions--but I've stayed in the Palazzo twice and it hasn't disappointed. The rooms are big, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff has always been friendly. And it's location on the strip makes other Vegas adventures easily accessible.
Attached, is a pic from the last room I stayed in.
Exterior was great but i never stayed there. I stayed in a nearby another famous hotel
A truly beautiful and amazing experience. I enjoyed the fact that the place didn't smell like smoke in the gambling areas. I enjoyed that they had a an excellent selection restaurants so that you didn't have to leave the hotel if you didn't want to. Service was fantastic at every level. Can't wait to go back.
Five star experience from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Vegas.
This hotel is huge and amazing, check in was easy and quick, I was upgraded to a premium suite when I checked in which was very spacious and luxurious, I didn't want to leave the room and go anywhere else.
The hotel has 6 swimming pools and 40 restaurants! That's what the map said. It's gigantic. I ate at the Tao and Luxe Cafe and both were great, I tried the Italian restaurant in the large hall and the food was gross. Stay away from Italian food.
This hotel is amazing! The walls are nice and thick so no noise bleeds over into other rooms or even the hall. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help out. The price is very much justified
Staff was very friendly and quick. Checked in very quickly but it's a walk to the room (like all the good hotels)
The rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean with gorgeous views
Excellent service. Rented a cabana for two days and it was well worth the cost. The pools which I believe there are seven of them...were well cared for and refreshing in the Vegas heat.
Not worth my time. There are better options given the circumstances. Remember, we VOTE with our $$$$$$.
It's time to VOTE!!
Nice. Clean. However no room to put your own stuff in fridge. Doors are paper thin as we could hear every single conversation that occurred in the hallway. Constantly being awakened to people talking in the hallway. People were nice too. Just felt like overpriced as other places had quieter rooms for less money with same quality. The constant requirement to dig out your room key at security was a pain when carrying bags and or coffees. A wrist band with a chip would work better. Daily resort fee was the kicker. Not in my top choices for future visits for sure.
Just visited the Palazzo and I am very impressed with the way they handled the cleanliness during this pandemic. The staff wipes every surface as patrons leave. They are doing thermal image scans for people upon entry. They are enforcing the mask policy and they also have plenty of hand sanitizer around the resort.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. We had an upgrade when we arrived and Michael on the desk and Christian in prestige were AMAZING!! The place is spotless. Housekeeping are discreet and leave little touches in your room to make the stay one to remember.
We stayed in the Bella Suite and it was magnificent! There was 4 of us and it didn't feel crowded at all. The beds were comfortable and the restroom was large as well.
Check in was great, Anthony assisted us and he was friendly, had a sense of humor and throughout the entire process I felt welcomed. It showed he took pride in his work.
We will definitely be returning to stay @ The Palazzo!
Beautiful and spacious all suite room. Easy parking. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to Venetian.
We had a great experience, very beautiful rooms great facility and loved the fact that the casino was not loud and overbearing!! Will be staying again for sure!!!!
The hotel room was awesome. However, the in-room dining was the worst we have ever had. For our dinner last night we opted to have room service. We ordered Asian steam buns with pork belly, Caesar salad, chicken soup, and bruschetta dip. Let s just say everything was terrible and we didn t finish any of the food.
Excellent from start to finish, easy logistics with easy parking and navigating from room to casino to garage to valet, we loved it here. Be nice to the front desk and they might upgrade you for free - will definitely return as the rooms are indeed the largest and the strip view is worth it!
They found what I lost on the floor and kept it safely. They re the best.
Neat, beautiful, luxurious and the place to be in. I want to stay here the next time I visit!
The Grand Lux Cafe is reason alone to go there. The Chicken Piccata is the best I have had. Portion large enough to feed 2..Happy hour in the bar try Thai Chicken nachos and appetizers are $7.95 with great choices. This time of year (early summer) take a light jacket, casino floor is chilly.
Stayed here for an absolutely amazing night. I have fond memories of this trip. The room was very impressive. I wasn't terribly impressed with Vegas, but there was a certain charm that makes me miss it. The Technological aesthetics were lush. Here I am 3 years later writing a review about how much I loved the stay in this Hotel haha. Heavily recommended.
Nice stay. Huge rooms very clean lots to do and shop. You wouldn't be disappointed. Dont be too dressed up. It's more casual than anything and have proper shoes. Lots of walking around...I repeat ALOT. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5.
Amazing hotel, everything you need is here. Rooms are large and spotless, great views and lots to do in the area.
Well maintained hotel and casino , Separate route to hotel rooms directly from parking lot. Very good place for staying with Kids. Very good in-dine service and reasonable price.
All kinds of issues mainly a room mix up that was never resolved by the resort.
Wonderful resort, beautiful hotel, several pools, tons of shopping and the beautiful canal area is so fun. Only thing... what is up with no coffee makers in the room?! You get to go stand in line at the inflated priced Starbucks every morning.
Loved the fact that it doesn't take a long walk to get from your room to the casino or to go outside the casino. The rooms have the same layout as the ones at The Venetian, spacious room with sitting area and a big bathroom. They have more modern decoration than the ones at the venitian, other than that you can say the are the same.
Amazing hotel on the outside. But there was a MAJOR sewage problem of some sort in the area of the guest suites. It was a really disgusting smell. I expected more honestly after spending 600 dollars to stay here. But had a nice time here.. The smell made me question whether I would come back though.
Best hotel in VEGAS! The suites (all rooms are suites) have it all including super comfy King size bed, bar, large couch and sitting area and dining table. The marble and glass bathrooms are spacious. All amenities included with access to 10 pool areas. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love it every time we visit.
Gorgeous setting. Very classy with nice decor. Friendly peeps.
I spend the honey moon in this hotel . They upgraded us for free as it was such an special night and it was a beautiful suite with awesome views. The beds are extremely comfortable.
The cleaning is spectacular, the restroom has everything you might need, and the style is delicate and classy. Probably the best one I've tried in las Vegas so far. It's a really nice hotel, the receptionists are really kind and competent. And the best thing is that there is parking for free which makes it perfect !
Completely Remodeled Casino Floor finished March 2019
The best place in vegas to stay in.Be it business or leisure its the royal treatment you feel at venetian and palazzo all around.Staff is great and facilities are top notch.
Great rooms, incredible amenities and friendly staff. There is no better restaurant experience than the Grand Canal Shoppes and Vegas. Maybe not in number but the quality of the food was outstanding.
This is 8th visit vegas and instead of Aria hotel
They upgrade my room for suite also view are great and services also great too
Pros:
Locale: Great location, right on the strip.
Housekeeping: Excellent housekeeping. Did a wonderful job on all days.
Bathroom: The bathroom is excellent. Very well designed and spacious.
Cons:
Mini-Fridge: Given a resort fee is charged, they should not be charging guests for emptying the mini-fridge. The mini-fridge comes fully stocked and if you try to remove anything, you get auto-charged. If you request for a manual removal, you are charged $30 a day! (or similar, can't remember the exact amount). This is a rip-off.
Amazing room - spacious, nicely appointed and very quiet. View was better than average. One of the best hotels We ve stayed in in Vegas.
Rooms are wonderful, clean and spacious. Had a great view of the strip. Temperature control is spot on. Amenities are wonderful. Couldn't ask for better.
Amazing Vegas Hotel experience. Staff has been so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.
Wonderful! Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Where we celebrated sharing our Vows with family and friends. Nice views and spacious with nice comfy furniture. Loved it, tks.
Very good place to visit, if you get a chance. Parking is a bit good. If you have the patience to wait until someone leaves. A+
Clean beautiful rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, great area on the strip, friendly staff, free valet. Only downfalls was no microwave, fridge, or coffee pot so we ordered room service for pot of coffee to be delivered which was 27$ overall extremely satisfied with stay.
Love the hotels and the million dollar jackpot zone
I ve stayed at The Palazzo hotel on the Las Vegas Strip a few times over the past decade. The most recent was during an opening of a restaurant near the casino.
I like how fast the elevators travel to go up to and down from the rooms. I go to this hotel for events at the pool and during CES too.
Over the last two or three years, The Palazzo has moved their escalators from the rear of the casino to beside the hotel check-in area. I like the flow that this has created.
The atrium changes with the seasons and connects to The Venetian Las Vegas next door. You can easily to get to even more restaurants, the Grand Canal Shoppes, and The Venetian Showroom.
I like visiting the hotel when family and friends visit Las Vegas, it has a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Talking about CES, I spend a lot of time here and at The Venetian, going to and from their convention spaces.
Main Pool area overcrowded because other pool areas were closed. Insufficient waiting staff on duty around the pool. 1 girl trying her best to serve hundreds of guests
Easily a 5/5. The Palazzo has everything you could possibly want in a hotel, but at a cost. If you find the room rates are within your budget, you will really enjoy staying in this hotel-resort.
I stayed at the Venetian side a few times, this time I tried the Palazzo side. Essentially identical, but a simpler layout and less crowded. Quite liked the complimentary valet service, made it quick and easy.
Have stayed in most of 5 star hotels in Vegas and this one is the best !
We stayed here a few days for a business trip. The hotel room was great and the staff super hospitable.
This place beats Caesar s Palace in my opinion. Great vibe here with awesome entertainment options.
This is such an amazing. It look so elegant and classy. My husband and I loved the Intalina-inspired decors of the hotel and the rooms. The rooms ared so spacious! We loved it. The staff were very accommodating and nice. They gave us eeveryhing that we asked for and answered all our questions. The casino was amazing as well. It was full of friendly people, we were actually able to make friends here! We highly recommend The Palazzo if ever you need a place to stay in Las Vegas!
Stay at the palazzo entertainment suite on 50 floor piazza club top notch mist book grand piano karaoke room amazing view
Very beautiful Hotel and very nice Casino. Shopping Center is very good. A lot of people day and night. Very nice place ;-)
Fantastic room, great staff. My new favorite place to stay in Vegas.
The Palazzo it's beautiful, the room is amazing, very spacious, clean and luxurious! Shower plus bathtub, doble vanity, etc. We were in the 42nd floor with an amazing view of the city. The entire Staff is outstanding!
It's a typical luxury hotel in Vegas. We've stayed in all of them over the years and this one is right up there with the best of them. Nice rooms, typical casino, plenty of good food and decent service.
The Palazzo is a lovely hotel. With the single exception of a bad breakfast at the Lux, our stay was perfect. I will never understand why breakfast in Vegas ends at 11 am almost everywhere...How can we enjoy late nights and get up in time for breakfast? A visit to Bauman's Rare Books was great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The suite was gorgeous and the view we had was so green - not something I expected in Vegas. All-in-all a lovely time.
This resort is simply incredible. The hotel rates are great but you get this massive 600+ square foot room! Don't settle for a cheaper hotel on the Vegas strip. Stay in something like this. The Venetian is just incredible. It's like it's own city. The store Michael Jackson shopped at in that ABC documentary is also here! Also, thank you so much for giving me a really late check out! I arrived very late and your staff was so kind to let me check out at a great time!
If you are looking for a larger room this is great! IT offers a "bedroom area" and a sunken Living room area. Cleaning was great and my room was cleaned daily. I was there a week. I did feel the room was pricey even for Vegas
After always thinkging about staying at the resort we finally saved up to do do and we were not let down.
From the moment getting out of the cab with the valet staff to check-in and staff around the resort were always very help and friendly.
Amazing Experience overall that has left memories for us that we will look back on for a long time. Would long to stay there again
Palazzo is one of my favorites, easy to get in and out from the freeway (corner of spring mtn. and las vegas blvd.) Don't have to deal with all the crowds walking on the strip to get to the hotel. Parking is super easy and free. And the rooms are great, sitting room sofa is also a sofa bed.
Can get crowded at times, but hey that's Vegas.
The Prestige at Palazzo was well worth the upgrade. Excellent food and drinks. My stay was incredible and service was amazing!
