Covid RELIEF Vacay! As someone having OCD, during these times, this place made me feel incredibly safe and germ free! They had thermo scanning stations plus witnessing all the employees wiping everything (I mean everything) someone touched. This was the Chic-fil-a of hotels, excellent service! The rooms were amazingly clean and beautiful. This is so satisfying to someone who loves to clean. My new favorite Hotel. Palazzo is where it s at..... try to get a room on the 34th floor or higher, the best views. Thanks Desiree at the front desk.

The Palazzo is a great choice for a more upscale hotel in Vegas. The basic rooms are very large with a mezzanine floor that includes a pull-out bed, a table for two to talk, a TV above a unit which holds the minibar and more storage and a desk for working. The bathroom is separated into two, with the toilet having its own room, which is quite a good idea. The service here is very good; there are many people at the reception who are polite and friendly, as are the cleaning staff. Located on the strip, it s a bit of a walk to The Forum Shops and other big places, however, The Grand Canal Shoppes should be adequate, with plenty of food and upmarket shopping choices. It is also close to Fashion Show, another good alternative with free WiFi and a food court. One thing I would like to point out is in order to get to the guest elevators, you must walk through the casino. I think this is the case in many other Vegas hotels as well. People are usually smoking while playing poker or slots, and the carpet flooring allows the smell to be embedded and it lingers around. It s also a relatively long walk from the guest elevators to the reception, compared to other hotels I ve stayed at anyway.

We had a very nice bed in our spacious 1300 square foot suite. The entire property was both clean and upscale. Casino floor felt smaller than some of the other locations on the strip, but the connection to the Venetian shops and casino gave plenty of area to explore.

The Palazzo is an extremely beautiful hotel, connected to the Venetian the resort as a whole is huge! The pool was amazing, though a little crowded in July but as to be expected! The restaurants they have to offer in the resort are fabulous though do have lines, and wait times because of their popularity. The room was gorgeous, like something out of a movie! Huge windows overlooking the strip, big comfy bed, everything to make you feel like relaxed and pampered!

Beautiful place. It shares space with The Venetian which is also a beautiful place! Palazzo has a 2nd floor mall like shopping center with high end stores. Also breath taking sceneries which makes great photo taking opportunities! There's a Starbucks, Illy ice cream parlor and many restaurants. I didn't actually stay there this visit. I am a local & often times I would accompany visiting family member/ friends to the strip.

Great hotel. I'm not really a Vegas guy--only come for conventions--but I've stayed in the Palazzo twice and it hasn't disappointed. The rooms are big, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff has always been friendly. And it's location on the strip makes other Vegas adventures easily accessible. Attached, is a pic from the last room I stayed in.

A truly beautiful and amazing experience. I enjoyed the fact that the place didn't smell like smoke in the gambling areas. I enjoyed that they had a an excellent selection restaurants so that you didn't have to leave the hotel if you didn't want to. Service was fantastic at every level. Can't wait to go back.

This hotel is huge and amazing, check in was easy and quick, I was upgraded to a premium suite when I checked in which was very spacious and luxurious, I didn't want to leave the room and go anywhere else. The hotel has 6 swimming pools and 40 restaurants! That's what the map said. It's gigantic. I ate at the Tao and Luxe Cafe and both were great, I tried the Italian restaurant in the large hall and the food was gross. Stay away from Italian food.

Nice. Clean. However no room to put your own stuff in fridge. Doors are paper thin as we could hear every single conversation that occurred in the hallway. Constantly being awakened to people talking in the hallway. People were nice too. Just felt like overpriced as other places had quieter rooms for less money with same quality. The constant requirement to dig out your room key at security was a pain when carrying bags and or coffees. A wrist band with a chip would work better. Daily resort fee was the kicker. Not in my top choices for future visits for sure.

Just visited the Palazzo and I am very impressed with the way they handled the cleanliness during this pandemic. The staff wipes every surface as patrons leave. They are doing thermal image scans for people upon entry. They are enforcing the mask policy and they also have plenty of hand sanitizer around the resort.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. We had an upgrade when we arrived and Michael on the desk and Christian in prestige were AMAZING!! The place is spotless. Housekeeping are discreet and leave little touches in your room to make the stay one to remember.

We stayed in the Bella Suite and it was magnificent! There was 4 of us and it didn't feel crowded at all. The beds were comfortable and the restroom was large as well. Check in was great, Anthony assisted us and he was friendly, had a sense of humor and throughout the entire process I felt welcomed. It showed he took pride in his work. We will definitely be returning to stay @ The Palazzo!

The hotel room was awesome. However, the in-room dining was the worst we have ever had. For our dinner last night we opted to have room service. We ordered Asian steam buns with pork belly, Caesar salad, chicken soup, and bruschetta dip. Let s just say everything was terrible and we didn t finish any of the food.

Excellent from start to finish, easy logistics with easy parking and navigating from room to casino to garage to valet, we loved it here. Be nice to the front desk and they might upgrade you for free - will definitely return as the rooms are indeed the largest and the strip view is worth it!

The Grand Lux Cafe is reason alone to go there. The Chicken Piccata is the best I have had. Portion large enough to feed 2..Happy hour in the bar try Thai Chicken nachos and appetizers are $7.95 with great choices. This time of year (early summer) take a light jacket, casino floor is chilly.

Stayed here for an absolutely amazing night. I have fond memories of this trip. The room was very impressive. I wasn't terribly impressed with Vegas, but there was a certain charm that makes me miss it. The Technological aesthetics were lush. Here I am 3 years later writing a review about how much I loved the stay in this Hotel haha. Heavily recommended.

Loved the fact that it doesn't take a long walk to get from your room to the casino or to go outside the casino. The rooms have the same layout as the ones at The Venetian, spacious room with sitting area and a big bathroom. They have more modern decoration than the ones at the venitian, other than that you can say the are the same.

Amazing hotel on the outside. But there was a MAJOR sewage problem of some sort in the area of the guest suites. It was a really disgusting smell. I expected more honestly after spending 600 dollars to stay here. But had a nice time here.. The smell made me question whether I would come back though.

Best hotel in VEGAS! The suites (all rooms are suites) have it all including super comfy King size bed, bar, large couch and sitting area and dining table. The marble and glass bathrooms are spacious. All amenities included with access to 10 pool areas. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love it every time we visit.

I spend the honey moon in this hotel . They upgraded us for free as it was such an special night and it was a beautiful suite with awesome views. The beds are extremely comfortable. The cleaning is spectacular, the restroom has everything you might need, and the style is delicate and classy. Probably the best one I've tried in las Vegas so far. It's a really nice hotel, the receptionists are really kind and competent. And the best thing is that there is parking for free which makes it perfect !

Pros: Locale: Great location, right on the strip. Housekeeping: Excellent housekeeping. Did a wonderful job on all days. Bathroom: The bathroom is excellent. Very well designed and spacious. Cons: Mini-Fridge: Given a resort fee is charged, they should not be charging guests for emptying the mini-fridge. The mini-fridge comes fully stocked and if you try to remove anything, you get auto-charged. If you request for a manual removal, you are charged $30 a day! (or similar, can't remember the exact amount). This is a rip-off.

Clean beautiful rooms, comfortable bed and pillows, great area on the strip, friendly staff, free valet. Only downfalls was no microwave, fridge, or coffee pot so we ordered room service for pot of coffee to be delivered which was 27$ overall extremely satisfied with stay.

I ve stayed at The Palazzo hotel on the Las Vegas Strip a few times over the past decade. The most recent was during an opening of a restaurant near the casino. I like how fast the elevators travel to go up to and down from the rooms. I go to this hotel for events at the pool and during CES too. Over the last two or three years, The Palazzo has moved their escalators from the rear of the casino to beside the hotel check-in area. I like the flow that this has created. The atrium changes with the seasons and connects to The Venetian Las Vegas next door. You can easily to get to even more restaurants, the Grand Canal Shoppes, and The Venetian Showroom. I like visiting the hotel when family and friends visit Las Vegas, it has a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Talking about CES, I spend a lot of time here and at The Venetian, going to and from their convention spaces.

The Palazzo is a lovely hotel. With the single exception of a bad breakfast at the Lux, our stay was perfect. I will never understand why breakfast in Vegas ends at 11 am almost everywhere...How can we enjoy late nights and get up in time for breakfast? A visit to Bauman's Rare Books was great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The suite was gorgeous and the view we had was so green - not something I expected in Vegas. All-in-all a lovely time.

This resort is simply incredible. The hotel rates are great but you get this massive 600+ square foot room! Don't settle for a cheaper hotel on the Vegas strip. Stay in something like this. The Venetian is just incredible. It's like it's own city. The store Michael Jackson shopped at in that ABC documentary is also here! Also, thank you so much for giving me a really late check out! I arrived very late and your staff was so kind to let me check out at a great time!

Palazzo is one of my favorites, easy to get in and out from the freeway (corner of spring mtn. and las vegas blvd.) Don't have to deal with all the crowds walking on the strip to get to the hotel. Parking is super easy and free. And the rooms are great, sitting room sofa is also a sofa bed. Can get crowded at times, but hey that's Vegas.
