Great rooms, good service. Last year forgot something in the room, but nothing was found.
This year left phone charger. Lost & found confirmed, and advised another small item was left also. Everything was send to me. Really appreciate.

Wonderful luxurious hotel with everything you need for a great Vegas experience. It is joined onto the Venetian by the Grand Canal Shoppes which offer a good relaxed shopping experience and with real gondola rides. Rooms are very spacious and the ones at the front have a nice view of the strip. Casino feels modern and has all the usual tables and slots. Palazzo is a great base, walking distance to some of the other hotels worth visiting and shopping malls. Photo is view from room 36806.

We have stayed here at the Prestige level several times, especially when we take visitors to Vegas. The breakfast, drinks and appetizers in the late afternoon, plus the easy check in and quiet were reasons we paid the extra money. Food was not so good this time. Scrambled eggs were poor quality. Appetizers we're poor and cold. Rooms are showing age. There are a number of new hotels in Vegas and we'll check one out on our next trip.

The Palazzo is rated at most web pages as a "fabulous" hotel. I was also enchanted from this hotel with the strong Italian scent but there were few things which did not allow me to rate it as 5 stars:
When we checked in we were charged $50 per day as "resort fee". We knew it in advance and we hoped that we get some benefits for that charge. When we checked in we asked and we were told that we get free internet and credit of $25 per stay for drinks.
We traveled with our 11 years old daughter which had a cold/flue and we asked If we can store her syrop in the refrigeretor in the room.
The answer was yes and we were told to notice that when we check out because the refrigeretor had weight sensors in it and we must tell them If we do not want to be charged.
We went up to the nice room and then we found that the refrigeretor was locked! We called the front desk, explained the situation and asked them to open the refrigeretor to store the small syrop bottle. They refused and told us that the refrigeretor does not have any room for storing a small syrop bottle and that it is not supposed for storing medicines...obviously a lie... However, If we paid them $25 PER DAY (!!!) they would rent us a small refrigeretor Which is exactly like the one we got in Our room (and this one is suitable for storing medicines?)
We felt cheated and humiliated after that answer.
We paid hundreds of $$$ per night and they do not allow us to store a 5 Oz bottle?
In addition to that, their Wifi is quite week, bad reception in most hotel areas and most of the Emails sent from my POP/SMTP account did not Go thru. I had to shut down the Wifi and send them thru my cell phone provider.
In addition to that we were surprised from the high cost that they charge for their electrical powered gondola (yes, the charge the gondola...). $116+tax for a 10 minutes gondola tour in their pool? This is an extremely overpriced! Few months ago we had a 30 minutes tour in a real gondola in Venice, italy, driven by a Professional opera singing sailor through real houses and views of Venice, Italy and we paid only 80 Euros for that! (about $95$) for a 4 people gondola. I wonder why this faked gondola charges more for less time?
Another thing is the long walking distance between the entrance to the rooms. This long way runs thru the Casino which is a smoking area. Most of the visitors do not smoke today and I saw many children and babies in that hotel. When we passed at least twice a day to and from our suit, we had to cross that area and all of our cloth and nose were filled with that horrible smoke smell Which did not leave us for few hours later after we passed there. I wonder why this "non smoking" facility does not invest in a decent air conditioning system which would keep that area from the smoking fumes? We are not in the 60's where most adults smoked. Today, over 80% of the people do not smoke. I did not put a single quarter in their Casino because I could not stand the heavy smell of smoking. Isn't it time to make a smoking free Casino area on the way to the elevators?
Eccept that, I found most shopes In the "Shoppes" area to be most expensive without any sales. I paid $8 for 1 scoop of low quality ice cream with 1 dry topping. Outside the hotel I paid half for the same. A pair of women "Skechers" shoes cost there $55. We bought the same pair for $38 in "Skechers" shop in front of the New York hotel. About 40% less.
This hotel has great rooms and and a great potential. It is pitty that it became a money squeezing tourist trap. It wasn't like that when I visited them 6 years ago. Except for the nice italian decoration and the very comfortable and clean room, you do not get anything for the extremely high price and resort fees that you paid. I think that some real discount coupons for the restaurants and attraction/shows in the hotel + no smoking Casino area would improve the customer's experience in that resort.

Check-in went quickly and the speedy elevators were behind a check point. The rooms on the 39th floor were great. Plenty of space, the beds were really nice, the toilet had a separate door inside the bathroom. The Canon Ranch Spa was conveniently located within the building. The shops were also easy to access. Great location and experience overall.

My first time in Vegas and this hotel made it awesome! The suit was hug and nice enough to spend time in, so you enjoyed yourself when in the room. So many pools and lots of other things to do!

Room was really nice but when I tried to upgrade the wifi, there were technical difficulties. Spent a lot of time on call with their IT to fix it. They were unable to fix it and finally brought me an ethernet cable (after waiting 45 mins from when they said they'd bring one up). I appreciated the help from IT and they gave me a refund (since they never got the wifi working) but overall it wasted 2 hours of my time.

Great hotel. Rooms are massive and all suites. Bathroom is nice and big and has a tv. Separate toilet in a small room. Hallways are always clean and the location is great. We always stay at the venetian but like it here better. Pool area is nice as well.

We were celebrating are anniversary and had an incredible time at the Palazzo. Everything was top notch, rooms are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable, the hotel aims to please and gets the job done and some. We will definitely be returning. Convenient to everything you want to do as well.

I m a gold ambassador with IHG and found the service at the Palazzo to be mediocre. I do understand it is a large hotel, but I had to first correct the Prestige agent about my guaranteed upgrade as well as call down twice about the welcome amenity. The old fruit pictured is what they sent up. The fruit was bruised and the banana inedible green. I will not be staying here again due to the lack of oversight from the staff

The Palazzo is a solid hotel/casino! The rooms are spacious and well equipped, though there was no coffee in the room. All the restaurants associated with the Palazzo/Venetian are verg good, with my personal favorite being The Yardbird. Great location if you are attending an event in the Sands Convention center. Will definitely stay here again next time around.

This place is amazing! The staff is professional and the rooms are magnificent. Once I get to the resort I don't go outside until it's time to go. They have everything I could need onsite.

Stayed at 2 different suites both had bed bugs, no resolution was made by the manager,.

While at pool, we had to ask multiple times for the cocktail lady. We even had the managers Betty and Nikolas call for one and was reassured that one was coming our was. We left the pool area without ever seeing a cocktail lady.

Not only is this hotel beautiful and perfectly located, they're great to dogs! They charge a per night fee (which nearly all hotels on the strip do) but they give each pup a bark box, filled with treats, and toys, and a nice porcelain water bowl. And to top it off, they have a MINI DOG PARK!! Yep, shaded and fully fenced in! My dogs were very happy!

After a bit of conversation, we were very thankful that our bicycles could be kept with us. That is what can make or break an entire weekend for bike racers. The customer service we received at 2am upon the team's arrival was absolutely wonderful from the front desk.

They are pretty sneaky in charging you even when you redeemed your stay using IHG free night. It's not even in the final charge receipt you receive at checkout. They just secretly charged you afterwards.

Dealing with the hotel's account receiveable was pretty horrible experience as well. They just hang up in the middle of the call.

The rooms are fantastic, no matter what one you choose. The service is the best I've had in Vegas and the variety of food and shops offer something for everyone. It's fun, it's romantic, it's relaxing, it's comfortable it's THE PLACE TO STAY!!! Give it a shot and you will not be disappointed. They keep the image looking like it did when it first opened. A no fail choice!

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Right on the strip (Next to Linq and in front of Treasure Island). Comfortable bed, truly blackout curtains. There was a little living room area where a friend could have stayed and even though they are connected would have been private enough. Loved their online check in process! Also Free parking!

Excellent stay at The Palazzo. Room was very nice and clean. All employees encountered were courteous and helpful. Entire Venetian/Palazzo property was beautiful, had many restaurants and shops, and was well-located on the strip. Very pleased overall.

I would give 4 stars because obviously this place has taken care of all the details. Their service is amazing and are always there with a solution when you call the front desk. Clearly, it's a mega hotel and you have pretty much no reason to leave. My only issue is that we paid a lot to stay here, and VIP access at that. But there were so many times we just felt like walking dollar signs $$$ and were treated as so. For ex: There is a censor on the refrigerators that charges you instantly when you move something inside. Because of this, I asked for someone to empty our fridge in order to make space for my leftover food. It was impossible. Instead they offered to rent me an extra fridge for $25/day. They also tried to charge us $9/silverware set so we could eat our previously purchased food from one of their restaurants. We had a great stay over all (especially the pool days) but felt like more should have been included in our stay. Guests want a pain-free experience when on vacation, not having to worry about being charged left and right for BS things that other hotels include at much cheaper rates. End.

The rooms are 10/10. Comfiest bed. The water pressure in the shower could be improved.
Service 10/10.
The pool location is poorly designed. No sun until about 12.30pm. Not enough tanning beds.
Besides that loved this place. Id stay again.

Here for almost a week while on a couples trip to Vegas. The room was gorgeous, and it was nice to have a separate living area, which was sunken by two steps from the bedroom. There were TVs by the bed, in the living room, and in the bathroom. Bathroom has a walk in shower and giant tub. Toilet is separated into its own closet. Two sinks and a separate vanity area for hair and make up. There was a hair dryer of average size (not the tiny hotel ones). There is a safe. Mini bar has a dry area with snacks (nuts and trail mixes). There is a fridge, which we didn t open. The fridge is the cold area of the bar, and both are weighted so if you touch it you
Bought it. We brought a fold up ice chest for our drinks we buy at Walgreens downstairs. Speaking of, in the canal shoppes below the hotel is Grimaldi s pizzza.... yum. Order on line and pick it up for a reasonably priced relaxing dinner.

Amazing food. We had the wagyu steak and The smoked old Fashioned was both amazing. I purposed to my girlfriend. This is the place to go. It will cost $500 at least but worth it. You will enjoy it.

The staff were calm and friendly and surprisingly non pretentious. Valet service was complimentary (minus tips) and concierge were prompt. I never had to wait more than a few minutes for service at check in or on the phone. The restaurants, shops, and decor were beautiful and at places magnificent. The hotel room was huge! And had a step down loft that was great to relax in. Bedding was very comfortable. Surprisingly few people smoking which helped my headaches. Overall I was constantly surprised at the level of quality and service at the hotel. A fun place to stay.

Beautiful hotel with very nice suite. Comfortable bed and couches. Automated shades with a wonderful view. Unfortunately the Green toilet was nearly useless. Despite maintenance working on it, it wouldn t even flush water during our stay. Pool and fitness areas were very nice. Nothing is cheap in Vegas and this was no exception. All in all was an enjoyable stay, though not quite as good as I d hoped for.

The interior is gorgeous, the rooms are large and the facility is very clean. I couldn t give it five stars because of the location and the individuals on the street between the Palazzo and the part of the strip where these things aren t allowed and I also wish they had better ventilation on the floor because of smoking. Smoking is my least favorite thing about Vegas.
