A truly amazing experience! From the moment we stepped in to our "basic room" which was an incredible suite offering to us views of Treasure Island and the mountains behind, to incredible restaurants...bars, and an amazing pool area, we felt so comfortable and fortunate to be there. The last two years we had stayed at the Bellagio but we truly believe this service and experience far exceeded those stays . Definitely coming back!!!

I always love staying and playing at the Palazzo. The staff is always welcoming. Thank you Adam, Billy, Aaron, Dean. Kenneth, Frank, Jake and Cynthia. It is a pleasure to see them each time I visit.

Love to stay here...been here multiple times and it has been amazing always. Good access to the strip, clubs and if you are with family then easy access to good food. Has an Indian restaurant 24 hours open. Nice shopping complex within the hotel and gandola ride.

We sat outside by the pond and waterfalls to have a drink and rest our feet. We ended up staying for a few hours, having several beers. It is a beautiful, relaxing place. They have heaters on the patio to take off the chill. The servers are very friendly. We could have stayed there all day!

Enjoyed walking through shops and even buying several items. There was a beautiful floral display in the lower main lobby. A very spacious hotel with a variety of activities, eateries, site seeing and programs to entertain.

The Palazzo has great high end shopping above and a great continual, bustling, beautiful tourist crowd that keeps the casino floor lively. The Palazzo and Venetian are connected by the canals with even more interesting shopping and gondola rides (with Italian opera singing) below. I would highly recommend making this location one of your stops while in Vegas.

The Palazzo is hands down the best hotel and casino in Vegas! Plus they always make you feel like family no matter if you are a bus driver or a more well to do CEO of a successful company. Family friendly also. I would this hotel 10 stars if I could!

I had a great experience there the machines were tight didn't win any money but then again I never do but usually I'll get some type of play but the machine but these machines suck me dry and I was out of there within minutes being there spent $200 and less than an hour other than that the place was nice the service was okay there really wasn't too many cocktail waitresses around and out of all that money I spent I only got one drink

I absolutely LOVE this place! The service is incredible and the rooms are spectacular, beautiful, clean, and spacious. I'm definitely going back the next time I'm in Vegas. I highly recommend this place to everyone. No need to look this place is the best place I've stayed in Vegas!

I loved it, had gone before but only to visit, this time I stayed there at the hotel and it's so nice. The rooms are very comsy, it's little bit expensive but it worth it. Casino is cool, and it has entrance to the Venetian shops and canal. Sooo cool to stay there.

This resort is totally unbelievable! I can spend a week here and never leave the property. It is truly amazing! The shopping and dining are out of this world! Everyone should treat themselves at least once in their life to a stay at The Palazzo and The Venetian.

Worst arrival experience ever, made me pay for extra room because they didn't want to knock on my room mates door and wouldn't reason with us the next morning, way to much to mention wow how disappointing

This place is a absolutely beautiful! There were so many places inside that offered great photo opportunities. It's located at the heart of Las Vegas Blvd so you're close to everything. This is definitely my go to place when I come back!

Palazzo is the only hotel I recommend to stay in. Not only its super clean from the guest room to the casino floor - but classy as well. I have seen maintenance people cleaning one drop off coffee on the casino carpeting on their knees. Can't get cleaner than that. Their Dining is out of this world with less chaos involved. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE.

I now realize that my expensive room at the Palazzo was just a regular room. I understand that others have been in different hotels with much nicer rooms. Nothing to complain about about the room, seemed a bit dingy an old but was clean.

Was a good location for the supermarket. Felt as though my room is a bit expensive for what I paid for but it was Vegas and we didn't go on a cheap deal.

What a hotel! This was my first time staying at Palazzo and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were massive and the pillows were the best I've ever slept on. Check-in was a breeze and the entire staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were wonderful. They also provide excellent security measures by scanning your room key before you head to the elevator banks. It's everything you want for a fantastic Vegas experience and I will absolutely be returning.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past. This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. I have traveled to many states and stayed at many hotels throughout the US. By far my favorite choice. They have one of the best staff in the business. This place is so beautiful. I will always stay at this hotel when I go to Vegas!!!!!!!!!

Amazing! Went here for my then boyfriend's 30th birthday at the recommendation of so many family and friends and we LOVED it. We pretty much went straight to Tao in the Venetian. The two properties together are such a fun place and are always packed. I can see why they're so popular

Bella Suite is spacious and ideal for couples and families. These suites are on the luxury side so may be out of budget for sone but great housekeeping with round the clock dining options. Right on the strip with lots of options on your doorstep.

Literally couldn't have had a nicer stay at the Palazzo. The rooms are huge and were super clean. We had 2 queen size beds and a view of the pool. The bathroom had a shower stall and tub. The shower pressure was decent (not bad, but not great). The pools (multiple) are really nice and we had a private pool in the back for an event. The staff was friendly and overall it was a great experience! Oh and it is attached to the Venetian, which makes it a HUGE hotel!

The rooms here are definitely on the nicer end compared to the other hotels on the strip. This is owned by the Las Vegas Sands chain- which (in my opinion) is a step above the MGM brand and Caesars brand. It is on the strip, so access to the strip is easy and it's also connected to the Venetian (which is also another 5 star hotel), and the Grand Canal Shoppes are connected between the 2 hotels so it's very convenient for shopping.

Absolutely amazing experience overall! The rooms were top-notch, the theme is executed perfectly, very fancy, great services, large pool that's also fancy, and just a great experience to stay in Las Vegas. Without The Palazzo, my experience in Las Vegas would've changed a lot. So glad to stay in a hotel so grand and luxurious!

Great stay in this hotel for our Las Vegas weekend. The rooms are huge and regal, and the casino is clean and the hotel is amazing for a family stay. Great location in the cleaner part of the Las Vegas strip. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Super nice hotel. The room was great! Definitely ask for Isaac at the front desk. You wont find any better customer service on the Strip. And ask to stay on a floor that Jennifer manages the housekeeping staff. Your room will be especially clean with her crew.

This place has really went down hill since they stopped allowing inspections for 5 diamond ratings. Check-in was not welcoming. New casino floor design is bad. There are no umbrellas at the pool and they no longer offer blackjack at the pool. The water fountains were not functional and they no longer offer fruit infused ice water; instead offering warm tap water. And, the pool service sucks.
This place is old and tired with no excitement. Rooms are well appointed, but that is about it.
I won't be back.

I think I found my new favorite hotel on the strip. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. They look great and are spacious.

Employees are just as you'd expect: professional, pleasant, and helpful.

The only negative is the same as most hotels in Vegas now: The ridiculous "resort fees". It is a joke and they should all get rid of them.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and most definitely will stay there every chance we get when we want to get a nicer (medium expensive) room.

I never wanted to come to Vegas in the first place, now I'm planning my next trip. The Palazzo staff, amenities and experience are going to be something I will remember for a very long time. Do the prestige upgrade! Everything in Vegas is very expensive, from breakfast to drinks and dinner. With the prestige package you can save a lot of money on drinks alone. Thank you for changing my mind, and giving me an experience that I plan on having again!

Beautiful hotel and casino. The staff isn't very friendly but they aren't what you're going there for. Parking is free the first time for 2 hours so that's super nice. This is totally a traditional casino, no windows to see how much time you've killed and exits that are hard to find so it's hard to leave. Other than that it's great. Remember to cash out at the table you were at. No exceptions!

We stayed 2 nights in a king prestige room, all I can say is wow. The room was fantastic, amenities great, staff wonderful and the Prestige lounge was the topper. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Casino in Smokey but the rooms have fresh air and ample space. Parking is available and the hotel is easy to see from the road. Good location and other places are easy to get too. A good place to stay.

Very nice casino. Plenty of parking, modern rooms that can sleep up to 3-4 comfortably. The restroom doesn't have a lock which is a little strange but it's got a separate bath, shower, and toilet. It even has a scale. Friend got comped the room for the slots tournament so nothing to complain about.

Everything was fantastic from the time we checked in until we left. We stayed 5 days and 4 night. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurants, bar, pools, and the casino. You had everything you needed all in one place. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The beds were wonderful, like sleeping on a cloud. I would recommend the Palazzo to everyone. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember.

My first trip to Vegas. I'm so glad that I stayed at The Palazzo. Beautiful hotel, plenty of stuff to do inside without even stepping outside. Great Restaurants, I have breakfast at the Grand Lux Cafe which have fresh fruits, pastries (like creme brulee and mini lemon pie) and made to other omelets. I also stop for beer and wings at Trustworthy Brewery their ranch salsa for Wings is amazing. The grill lamb at Once Restaurant were delicious. I also did the Gondola Ride at the Venetian and had a great time. Very safe hotel with a Casino and The Grand Shoppes with high end brands. The Palazzo and The Venetian complement each other with their luxury decor and welcoming personnel.

Horrible customer service. I can guarantee you will run into one or more mishaps here, staff for the most part is rude and could care less about your experience at the property. I Already spoke to a guest relations manager who is unwilling to help. Stay far far away from this property. Gaming table selections are horrible as well for anybody who gambles regularly.

Overall, this is a good hotel on the strip. The rooms are large and spacious, with comfy furnishing. The views from the rooms are pretty good as well - looking out onto the mountains. It's fairly convenient to get around from here as the location is central and there's bus stops nearby.

On the downside, the hotel is on the expensive side. The wifi was inconsistent when we visited - of course this could happen at other large hotels. The in-room refreshment system is a pain - it automatically charges you for stuff moved from the fridge. We got charged $5 for a drink we didn't consume :| when we hadn't opened the fridge at all.

For the price we paid for the room, it was outrageous! Outrageous as in we got an excellent suite at an outrageously low price! Security here is excellent as you need your room key before allowing to head to the elevators. The separate elevators for different floors really spread out the crowd and make the wait minimal. There was no cigarette smell in our room (we all know how the "No Smoking" sign works) and our room was clean and fresh.

Our Room had a large king bed, and a separate living area (with a pull out sofa). Bed was very comfortable with clean (no fragrance) sheets. There's a fancy electronic control for the curtains, and the suite was well lit throughout. The restroom was big enough where you can play Mahjong. They have a small TV mounted high but where it was mounted was more designed for the person in the shower stall, not the bathtub.

Be warned that the min-fridge has sensors on all their bottle and as soon as you lift it, the hotel will charge you for it. There' also no room to put an extra drink in there either. Electrical outlets was a rare find, and unlike some hotels that had a USB our A/C outlet on their desk, our room didn't have this. The A/C control wouldn't turn off even after you set it to a certain temperature (as if the fan stayed on); we ended up just turning off the A/C the second night.

Overall, we had an amazing experience at the Palazzo for 2 nights. It s in a great location at the top end of the strip. There are numerous shops, stores and restaurants that are there to explore. We ate at several restaurants and enjoyed playing at the casino, which was clean and had plenty of machines and tables. The room itself was stellar as we booked the King suite. We had a large screen tv and great view of one side of the strip. We also had a desk, living room area and sofa. The bathroom had a bath, clear door shower and a large counter with jack and Jill sinks. The customer service was great and even extended our check out for an extra hour. The one gripe would be that smoking is permitted on the casino floor and sometimes it can be difficult to avoid smoke plumes. Other than that, stellar 5 star experience. Would absolutely return.

This place was great. Luxury everywhere, top notch casino, great little boutique shops, awesome pool, and super comfy rooms. Loved their big washrooms as well. Will go back to this place for sure.

I arrived at the hotel at 11 am. I checked in and was told that no rooms were available. I arrived with a few friends around the same time. They got their rooms. The receptionist was giving me attitude that I had to wait until 3 pm and didn t even offer me any other options. She told me that I would receive a text before 3pm with my room number. It was 6:30 pm and I never received a text. I went to the front desk, waited in line again and I was finally given a room. The person at the front desk said that he had no idea why I didn t receive the text message and he said that they had my correct number. I had a poor check in experience which makes it frustrating when you have a lot of bags.

Wow! I thought I had stayed at some pretty nice hotels. The Palazzo blows them all out of the water. Exquisite in every way. Security was nice and tight. The property was clean, no litter like others I have stayed at.

Hotel suites are pretty generous and the bed quite comfy. Annoying that they charge you for water (apparently its free if you pick it up from reception, but not if you take it from your room. Ridiculous).

Your own slice of heaven in Vegas! I had a wonderful stay here at the Palazzo on a business trip this past week. The staff is uber nice and very professional, many with long tenure so that says a lot about the Palazzo. There are many shops in the hotel itself, as well as a variety of dining options. The pool was very nice and not crowded. Definitely choose the Palazzo for your stay in the beautiful Las Vegas.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Palazzo. Three years in a row we have stayed at Palazzo while attending NFR. Clean, nice people, great restaurants and spa.... who could wish for anything more? Thanks for having us.

The epitome of luxury, at a surprisingly reasonable price.

Based on a superb location off the strip with a phenomenal casino attached, this is an excellent choice if you are looking for a more mature (relatively) Vegas crowd.

It is also connected to an absolutely superb shopping center; with truly incredible aesthetics.

Friendly customer service, concierge, game dealers, and cocktail waitresses.
