Beautiful Hotel, great restaurants, ambience and I'm very happy they don't charge por parking, I totally recommend this Hotel to everyone.

The rooms are great. I really enjoyed my room. The service they offer is nil as room service. They won't give complimentary water. Rest the hotel is great.

My family and I have had the pleasure of staying here several times. Beautiful views from the higher floors! The shopping in the grand canal is widely varied and enjoyable. I haven't had even a mediocre experience dinning. All of the hotel staff are very professional and courteous, making you feel special. Parking area is generous and secure.

The Palazzo is beautiful. I've been visiting other hotels for the stores and casinos, but none have matched the art and beauty the Palazzo has had to offer. The casinos aren't pushy, and and stores are so welcoming. I visited The Atrium for Tom Ford lipstick, and the customer service there was top notch. The associate helped me through 20 different shades of lipstick to find the right one, and not once did she make me feel like a hassle. She made it feel like she was genuinely happy to help. The rooms designed wonderfully, and the view is beautiful during the day and at night. The only reason I gave a four star was because I wanted to take a bubble bath, and when I filled the tub, there was so much dust in the water. I emptied and tried washing up the tub and refill, but it did not feel clean at all. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to have a stay in Vegas. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beside the fact this placed is designed as a labyrinth to keep you gambling, eating, shopping, and drinking. Whatever your poison is, they have you covered. The room was upper scale, spacious, and very clean. the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is enjoyable. You can get lost inside for hours. They have many styles of food to choose from and the prices are not entirely overpriced. Didn t visit the pool or spa, it it looks amazing! My favorite place to stay on the strip and the geographical location is perfect as it s almost snack in the middle. I often times receive emails and promos worth taking advantage of. If you don t plan on staying here, which you should, enjoy the walk around the indoor mall and admire the structural and artistic design woven into everything.

The Palazzo was super big and luxurious and really fun to walk around. The hotel is beautiful and detailed and intricate. The mall there has great shops and is nice to walk around there. I believe it also connects to Venetian, so that's convenient.

Great as always.
From the moment you walk on their property they do make you feel like a king. The service the hospitality is beyond the call of duty.
And now with covid19 they are the cleanest place in town.
The food is great the room as immaculate and they r the best hands down

Top notch, I guess this place has about the best of everything. I work at the Sands often so I spend a lot of time in the facility. The only thing I wish was they had more reasonably priced lunch options

Very nice and classic place.
one of the few places were valet is still for free. Went at the CUT restaurant, ... superior steak house ... suggested the oysters and the supreme 50 days aged tomahawk steak ... enjoy

Overall the Palazzo is a nice place. The check in personnel was very professional and friendly. The King Bed suite was nice and comfortable to stay in. The bed was comfy and I liked how the sitting area was separated and had a step down to get to it, plus had an extra TV. The decor is really nice and tasteful. The Chinese New Year decorations were nice too.
Why 3 stars?? Some areas smelled of strong cigarette smoke and yes I know it's Las Vegas. But some hotels have good methods for making places smell good, especially if you are entering the hotel suites, yet I smelled old spilled beer instead by the elevators and no refreshing smell when arriving to the suite. Also, I was quite disappointed with the restaurants that we ate at in the Grand Canal Shopping area. I was expecting exceptional tastes, but got lots of bland food at very high prices. I'm comparing the tastes to the restaurants at Aria and Cosmopolitan which were all excellent no matter where we ate.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The lobby was gorgeous and wow the view was just amazing. I really loved inside with the cloud ceiling.

We were there recently to see the new Baz musical at the Palazzo theater. The seating was comfortable, many if not all had tables. The venue had great views all around. The stage extended into the audience and really brought us into the show. I would gladly book another show there. We walked the casino while waiting for entry and there were some beautiful 3D art displays as well.

It's all about the rooms! They have the best rooms hands down. Free self parking also is available. Lots of places to eat and shop. I'm only staying here from now when I visit Vegas.

The rooms were clean. Bathroom very spacious. Phone service very convenient when on the toilet since it has a separate room in the bathroom. Not a lot of food choices though in The Palazzo.

Most likely the best 5 star hotel for the price in Vegas. All suites. Beds are rediculously comfortable, bathrooms huge, everything is very clean, and the downstairs amenities are plentiful and close by.

One of the best places to stay on the strip. Rooms are all suite style and spacious. Not as crowded of a casino as the Venetian makes the experience a little less overwhelming. Easy access to the Venetian.

From the minute we arrived we could not fault the hotel. Michael was very welcoming. The suite we stayed in was massive 1400sqft it was cleaned every day for us.The staff in the hotel are great always there to help. We will be coming back to Vegas at some stage and will stay here again. If I could give more stars I would.

the palazzo was a very nice experience for my wife,and i. the rooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. great location on the strip within walking distance to other casinos. the pools were nice, and spread out. the pool bar offered well made cocktails. the casino was well ventilated. shopping, and restaurants all a few steps from the suite elevators. plus connected to the venetian .

THis is THE BEST HOTEL in the world! Where do i start? I love absolutely everything about it. First, the rooms are enormous and beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are HUGE. There is plenty of storage. Then there is a starbucks at the bottom of the elevator...soooo convenient!!! The pools and spa are amazing. Very nice, tons of shade if you want it, the music is the perfect volume. The gym opens at 5:00 a.m. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, and NO SMOKE smell...at all!!! TONS of delicious and reasonably priced restaurants. In the past 3 years i have stayed at Caesars, Mandalay Bay, MGM, Bellagio, and others, and hands down this is 10X better, and more affordable then those!!! It is also conveniently located near other hotels

Great hotel offering great rooms. The casino isn't huge but is well lit and offers some nice amenities. The rooms are fantastic..l have most have a slightly multi level feel. I haven't stayed here in a while but wouldn't hesitate to again. The only drawback is the lack of great restaurants. There are much better restaurants at some of the other hotels on the strip, but the Palazzo isn't far from anything so you're still in good shape if you stay here.

Extremely Disappointed with the service that is provided at the Venetian/Palazzo.

Guests beware, especially if invited to stay on a complimentary basis through a promotion. While the reason for the promotion is clear - to have you spend money at the casino - one would expect the loyalty team to honor the promotion terms and conditions and award the promotion at the end of a guest's stay.

Unfortunately, the loyalty staff will do whatever in their power to deny the promotion benefit at the end of the stay, regardless if you met the criteria or not. When the staff was challenged and asked about the terms of the promotion and how they are met, none of the staff could comment, only decline the promotion.

Very poor experience from a long standing customer that tends to spend $8,000-$10,000 in casino play per stay. One would expect a little better service to try and bring me back again...

Amazing Hotel, very lively, Friendly staff
I would say this is the best hotel on the strip

We stayed here for the first time in August, and everything about our stay was great! The staff were all friendly. From the front desk, to the dealers, and everyone else who helped us out.
We are planning on returning in a couple weeks, and I am sure it'll be just as good! The rooms are large with separate living areas which really makes the prices worth the money.

Great place for free parking. Super nice staff easy access to everything, great if you're going to the CES show especially nice next to the Sands convention center

6-5 8 deck blackjack is a rip off. Walk across the street to treasure island for 3-2 6 deck blackjack. Hotel is great though, restaurants are top notch, just not the best for gaming.

Great hotel. Easy access to the strip and tons of dining options on site. Conveniently attached to Sands Convention Center as well.

Rooms are huge, pool is nice, and the fitness center (located in adjacent Venetian hotel) is above average.

Very nice hotel. The only issue is the swimming pool. If you don t like roasting in the sun then avoid cos there s no shade anywhere and they don t have any umbrellas

Where do I start?! The hotel itself is simply gorgeous! Clean! Words can t describe it s beauty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool is very nice. The food was delicious. The spa is spectacular! We stayed in the Fortuna Suite. I would highly recommend staying there, super nice! We can t wait for our next visit!!!!

One of the nicest hotels in Las Vegas. Absolutely packed on this weekend as is everything for the MMA fight. Very nice restaurants. A little pricey but worth every penny. Clean upscale rooms with very polite, helpful, and customer care oriented staff. Will return at every opportunity.

Very nice hotel. Large clean rooms with separate sitting area and TV. If coffee was provided in the room it would have been 5 stars. The walk from parking, to elevator, to room was literally a few minutes. A decent casino with one of the few that doesn t have time share sales people.

The Palazzo is definitely worth spending extra money for the room you will get. There is so much to do just in the hotel itself. There are plenty of options for food and shopping inside. Service is beyond extraordinary and I feel like an appreciated guest the entire time. If you want to have a true Vegas experience stay at the Palazzo, you won't regret it.

Very beautiful. It's hard to tell where the Palazzo and the Venetian end. It doesn't matter which you stay at, you are welcome at both. These places are in a league of their own and they are here to please. Highly recommend it

Palazzo has the best service! The rooms are very nice and clean! Kinda wish the pool area wasn t covered in shade most of the day.

Stayed at the Venetian, but ventured into the Palazzo to gamble. Great venue and very similar to Venetian. Classic and luxurious.

Great hotel. Suites are reasonably priced if you are sharing with 1-2 people plus you have an additional seating area separate from the sleeping area. Centrally located on the strip.

Spent 3 days at the king size luxury suite at the palazzo in January 2020. Surprisingly bad customer service, waited over an hour on the phone to speak with front desk. Many barebone amenities are not complimentary (even water) and the wifi is non functional for a good chunk of my time here.

Wow, this place is spectacular on culture. Food, shops and art is what comes to my mind when I think of this place. It's not only classy but appropriate in there architectural aspect of designing. Don't get lost.

The Palazzo part of the Venetian Resort is beautiful. I stayed in a standard suite and was very impressed with the design and decor. Even the view (facing East) from the 36th floor was gorgeous.

5 star service, staff and Amenities! Not only was this service outstanding but I felt very safe with the security at the hotel. I will definitely be staying at the Palazio again. The rooms are the best on this trip!

Great location, very good rooms with city view, gives a royal and luxurious feel at every nook and corner of the property, excellent crowd, world class amenities! Impressed. But do carry your own drinking water to your room - it is not complementary. (Walgreens near by to rescue)

Fantastic hotel and resort. I have stayed here many, many times for business, as well as for vacation. The rooms are amazingly-spacious. I love that they all have step-down living rooms with sectional sofas. The Grand Canal Shoppes are amazing. There are so many different choices for budget-focused and fancy restaurants. And the feel of the whole place is great.

Nice and comfy hotel, very clean, fast check in and check out lines (can't say the same for other Vegas hotels). If you get an offer you can sleep there at quite a racional price getting all the benefits.

First class, and even a bit over the top. This is not a cheap stay. But the people working there are top notch, and the location is perfect. Rooms are impeccably appointed. Security excellent. Highly recommend if you can pay the fare.

Newest hotel in Las Vegas -or at least looks like it, and the only one where we didn't smell cigarettes at the casino. Rooms are great, though no room left in the fridge if you wanted to put something, and no coffee machine. Large bathroom with 2 sinks, one bath and one shower. Hoskupping was very good though came a little late in my opinion (around 17:00). Overall it is an amazing hotel, I would be happy to stay here again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Such a nice staff and the hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!! Definitely going to recommend to everyone to stay here. Also try to find Daniel the dealer in the casino!!! He is amazing!!!!!!

This is my experience as a first timer. Every hotel employee was exceptional. The luxury suite with view was first class and CLEAN. Not a gambler, but casino was very nice. Plenty of shopping and excellent restaurants. No need to leave the complex, unless you just need to. Definitely worth a trip.

Reasonable prices cant really complain. The staff is always so helpful and polite. I have never left from here with dissatisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Las Vegas and stay for a couple days.

If you dont want the business of Venetian, Palazzo is the smaller version but just big enough. Not very smokey and yet the new bars they put in are awesome! They did take out alot of the older machines (which I kinda miss) but it's a great time none the less.

The Palazzo is the only hotel I will ever stay at when I m in Vegas; everything about the Palazzo is perfect.
I have stayed at the Palazzo multiple times and the rooms are always perfect, the pool is fantastic and service is wonderful. I have never sat in line to check in for more than 15-20 minutes which is unbelievable for a great hotel in Vegas.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The rooms were big and open, lots of space. The bed was very comfortable and the couch in the room was also comfortable. All staff members went above and beyond. Plus you don't have to leave the hotel, as there is everything you need within the hotel. We spent the whole Thanksgiving weekend there and it was fabulous. Thank you.

Amazing hotel! There is so much in one huuuuuge hotel. There's litterally everything you ever need! The rooms are definitely more for the money. The room service was great and even though the place was huge there was always a ease about the atmosphere.

The rooms are so beautiful and spacious. Very quiet and monitored suites.
I enjoyed being so close to everything and also being able to take a few moments to myself. We also enjoyed the restaurants on the shopping level. Nice, well rounded gym as well. Over all great stay.

Just a lovely hotel. Wonderful room with plenty of space. Was clean and the staff was very friendly. Couple of good restaurants and places to get a drink. I suggest Chica for dinner and Rosina for drinks. Lots of shopping as well. Location is good with access to the strip and other casinos.

Loved staying here! It was very difficult to smoke before I had to go all the way outside and it's quite a hike. Other than that very nice.

Always a pleasure to visit this classy hotel resort. Shopping is fabulous entertainment is awesome. Being connected to the Samsung convention center it's a convenient place to stay. Oh yes, what incredible rooms!

The room.ia very dirty. I got suite room and my room doesnt.look like it was cleaned before from customer before us. And i asked the housing keeping manager to take care of it and its been 2 hrs not hasnt done. They dont take tiings seriously. Hope u dont go throught what i went.

The hotel is being too calculative with its customers. Sending a kettle require a charge of usd9 which is outrageous as it should be a basic amenity inside the room. In addition to that, the cleaner did not clean my room properly. She collected the towels but didn't replace it with new ones and couldn't even care to collect the rubbish! I expected way more from a 5 star hotel. However, the location is hands down central to everything needed in Las Vegas.

It is joined onto the Venetian by the Grand Canal Shoppes Rooms are very spacious and the ones at the front have a nice view of the strip. Casino feels modern and has all the usual tables and slots.

This hotel is new enough among the Las Vegas Strip hotels. The architecture is beautiful the hotel has comfortable spacious rooms. It is the "brother" of the Venetian Hotel. When you walk at the Grand Canal Shops towards the Gondola Landing, just go down on the escalator at the Palazzo Water Falls and You arrived the magical Palazzo.

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the gym well equipped, and several pool areas to lounge in and enjoy. The shops are fun to stroll through, but the live music Thursday night was a favorite highlight for me.
