Stayed at 2 different suites both had bed bugs, no resolution was made by the manager,.

While at pool, we had to ask multiple times for the cocktail lady. We even had the managers Betty and Nikolas call for one and was reassured that one was coming our was. We left the pool area without ever seeing a cocktail lady.
