Bad experience during my breakfast this morning.
I wanted to purchase breakfast during my checked in and I was told that I just can walk in and they will charge to my room bill. OK. Fine.
This morning when I wanted to enter the cafe a lady staff asked for my voucher. So I told her what was told to me during my check-in. She (with her sour face) then made a call to don't know who, to confirm. Then she asked me to go to cashiers to pay. Again I asked her can it be charged back to my room (I don't bring any cash or card). She said yes.
At the cashier, this guy punched a keyboard and give a receipt. RM40 please. I said to charge to my room.
With his long face told me 'u should tell me earlier. I already punched as cash'. Wat the Fish?????
I don't think u should tell me that with that sound!
I asked him to void it and he said CANNOT. What???? I have to go back to my 14th floor to take my cash money.
This is the worst experience I ever have. Even pasaraya Ah chong can void the card or cancel the payment la bro...!
This experience made everything in the hotel worst. Spoilt my entire stay. We checked out early at 9 a.m. Very disspaointed.
