Myself and my partner ordered separately.

Myself and my partner ordered separately.
We both made sure we clicked on the 'one time purchase only' We however both recieved the same orders a week later and was charged again without making any further orders.
We both emailed their customer service asking why we have had our first order twice and charged twice when we only ordered once. We received a response saying we have a subscription with them for the order to be sent weekly. I replied asking how I had subscription with them when I didn't even have an account with them and why when I chose a one time only purchase.
In order to cancel the subscription I never even asked for/signed up for I had to create an account with them just to be able to cancel the subscription (again that I never signed up for).
In the time awaiting for a response I received another order and was charged once again! I ordered a variety taster pack of sauces just to try them before I brought any larger bottles, they would only refund me if I paid for them to be sent back. It would have cost more money to send them back than the refund itself!
My partner did however make an account with them when purchasing his first order, he was also informed he had a subscription with them too. He went into his account and it confirmed he had no subscriptions however he was still being charged and sent the same order over and over again.
We have now blocked card payments to this company via the bank.
Really sneaky money grabbing company with terrible customer service!!!
It is a real shame as I really liked the sauces and would have been a returing customer if we had not have experienced this, I will never order again!
