The spa at the Roosevelt is wonderful. Such a relaxing get away. You definitely get what you pay for. I enjoyed my facial, massage, manicure and pedicure and the complimentary champagne too!

This is a pretty cool hotel. If you don t want to stay here, walk in and check it out. The food and staff really are top notch. I believe this is a five diamond, five star hotel and it shows. I was here for a trade show and the experience was special. Not to far from bourbon street and right at the beginning of the French quarter. This hotel has to rank among the top in the country.

I just got back from this wonderful trip to Nola during pandemic. I felt totally safe. The hotel wasn t fully booked. So we even got upgraded. Thanks to Angel. She was wonderful checking up on us through texting. We even got a late check out till 4:00.... Whoohoo. Keep up the great work @Roosevelt in New Orleans. I will be back. Hopefully angel will still be around. She s a keeper!

We booked 2 suites the weekend after Christmas, and from the time we checked in it was evident the staff was not prepared or equipped to deliver quality service. We checked in at 4:30 and one of our 2 suites was still not ready. When we finally got both our rooms and headed up to the 11th floor, you could tell they had done remodeling but the floor still had a very obvious stale odor. One of our suites was not designed to accommodate more than 2 adults. The bathroom was tiny and only 1 person could fit in it at a time. The pull out sofa bed was smaller than a twin and unable to sleep 2 toddlers safely. Throughout the stay, whenever we called for service to get sheets or an additional roll away, either no one answered the phone or we were told that the service could not be provided. This was not the same experience we ve had in previous stays. It is sad to see such a decline in the service and customer experience at the Roosevelt Hotel and we will not be back the next time we come to NOLA.

I was here for four nights for a work event. 95% of this hotel is amazing - very nice, very clean rooms. Excellent on-site bars and restaurant. Exceptional staff, and a great concierge.

For all the good stuff, though, the room was missing what I felt were some pretty basic amenities. An in-room fridge was an extra *$50* a night, which is extreme. The rooms had no in-room coffee or tea, and the hotel cafe's coffee (while good) was rather pricey.

Fix those two things and this is a 5-star place.

Love this historic hotel. I helped put together and moderate a trial lawyers seminar at the Roosevelt and I was very impressed. The accommodations were terrific and the staff was professional and helpful. The location is also fantastic and walking distance to many of the great restaurants and bars.

From check in to check out the service and experience was terrible.
Checking in the receptionist spoke only to my wife and ignored any questions. Spoke as if I wasn t even present and had to ask and authorize if she would like any one else to access the room. Her husband who was on the registration and card was on file had to authorized.
It s Christmas the lobby was continuously full of people, I understand people want to take photos and enjoy themselves but there was no trying to control the flow of people. Getting in and out was painful.
Checking out we opted for in room breakfast. Tag was placed on the door for the order but no food showed. Called concierge and in room dining for 40 minutes before I got in touch with someone. Concierge finally answered and apologized for the food but we d have to call in room dining. In room dining never answered. Went down to see what was going on and was told that it must have gotten lost. Tried to place an order and was told it would 1.5 to 2 hours for food.
Waitress didn t even try to apologize and told me that there were just too many calls and I should try sooner next time. Won t be staying again and will not recommend to anyone.

Dominica is located insude the historic Roosevelt in New Orleans. Wonderful dining experience. Magnificent food. Friendly and attentive staff. Everything was delicious - Rabbit, Lamb, Pasta, Pizza - and they offer small and large portions. Great wine list. Delicious bread and dipping sauce, roasted cauliflower. Topped off with Gianduja Budino dessert and coffee. Loved the comp'd 'Chocolate Truffle' served as we closed out. We will be back soon, with friends.

This hotel is beautiful and full of stories. The second you step foot inside you feel transported back in time. Our room was cozy. The bed was AMAZING (and so were the showers). The staff was incredible. What a great experience!

Simply stunning. Went in for a drink at the sazarac bar and it was amazing. The door man was so kind to us, a group of 8 tourists, and made us all feel super welcome, even offered to take our photo. Was a really fantastic experience

Service was good drink was tasty. Super expensive but I get the history and vibe so it makes sense. Was pretty loud when got there but once that one group left it was totally fine. Spacious and reasonable volume. Feels relaxed. I enjoyed.

Top notch all around! From the rooms top the staff and accoutrements everything was very very nice. We will be back frequently, and bringing more friends. I hope we can host ya'll on the Nola Pedal Barge for a fun time! Just reach out! Thanks again!

Amazing how the service became so bad and with such lack of attention to detail. Doorman who does not open doors, checking in slow, cards that you have to go back and ask to be properly checked, single pillows on king beds, TV remote control with bad batteries. I could keep going but I guess is better to be focus on finding another hotel that worth the charge. Sorry but is the truth.

Lovely property but the service at every touch point was terrible. Uninformed staff, long lines, slow service. We are Hilton Diamond members but might as well have walked off the street with no preferred status the way they treat guests.

The hotel is a older perfectly restored masterpiece 1 block from Bourbon St. and a close walk to almost everything but the garden district.
It is like stepping back in time with amazing artwork and marble floors, beautiful architecture and the quiet ambiance to be able to relax.
The absolute best thing about this hotel is the service, yes the rooms are clean (little small), but the service from the friendly front desk to the absolutely incredible concierge attention was well beyond expectations.
I am not sure if they take the time for all their guests, but after asking for advise for several local favorite businesses they actually texted me to check back and make sure that they meet my approval, they did.
I am not easily impressed but this hotel did.

My time at the Roosevelt in New Orleans was short but will last in my memories. From the moment you fly threw the double doors you are sent back to a classier time. A time where attention to detail was key and 5 star service was the highest detail. All of the staff was curtious and every area was immaculately clean. The history behind the building was also fun to learn about and there were plenty of placards around the place to entertain you as you explored the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Truly an experience. The Italian restaurant was exceptional, the decor was elegant and the staff was great. My daughter flee down to meet me and when I mentioned it to the desk, they upgraded us to a wonderful suite. Great experience.

A wonderfully beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. This hotel has been nicely upgraded to maintain its historic charm while providing modern convience and comfort. A friendly staff makes this a must stay place in NOLA.

SUCH a beautiful hotel, with really lovely customer service. The only thing better is to see the lobby in all of its Christmas splendor! My ONLY teeny, tiny complaint thus far (this is day 3 of a full week stay) is that the hubby and I have to share the queen size bed here(we have a giant king at home and he is a bed hog!) but that is our own fault because I myself really REALLY wanted, no NEEDED!, a tub to soak in what with all the walking all and every day! There! Now I sound like a freakin old lady (sigh)...

Enjoyed our first stay at the historic Roosevelt using HHonors points. Lobby is gorgeous and we had no regrets paying a small fee to upgrade to a suite when the option was presented at check-in. Bed linens were high quality and luxurious, separate living/dining area, impressive entry area and views of the pool elevated our stay. Front desk and maid service was good and food at breakfast was yummy. We will return here.
