I used the cafeteria and cafe.

I used the cafeteria and cafe.
The general public is advised to refrain from using between 12:00 and 12:30.
Set meals start from 410 yen.
The owner is a special set meal oyster fry 600 yen
I have a special set chicken cutlet demiglace 470 yen
You buy meal tickets at a ticket vending machine and have a tray at each booth to get rice, soup, main and sub side dishes.
I forgot to put the sub dish on.
The amount of rice is very large, so if you eat less, you should inform them in advance.
Seasonings such as sauces and dressings are located directly behind the booth or in the center of the floor, next to the water server.
There is also a coffee server for 100 yen.

There are lunch set, spaghetti set, coffee included, pancake set, etc., and you can have a quiet and calm meal from the cafeteria.

When I went to a civil law consultation and talked with a lawyer, I carefully refused to start recording, saying "Please let me record because I can not remember the contents."

On the way, a lawyer started to move in and out of the room with Soissois.

Lawyer "Please stop recording"
I "Hmm, why?"
Lawyer "Because you should not be up on the net"
I "I will write an oath if I do not do that?"
Lawyer "Please stop recording!"
I "Why?"
Lawyer (loudly intimidating) "Please stop !!"
Me" "
lawyer" "
It was a bad consultation that I felt "I understand."

Even lawyers and deaf people can not logically persuade the citizens who came to consult, and they will be overwhelmed.

I was very disappointed.

There is also a coffee room on the 16th floor, but the recommended one is the staff cafeteria (regular guests are not allowed between 12:00 and 12:30). If the weather is nice, you can enjoy the beauty of the island.

In 1889, Hiroshima officially became one of the first cities in Japan. In 1928, City Hall was moved to its present location in a newly-built building from Nakajima-shin-machi because of expanded administrative work and the deterioration of the previous building. This new building, designed partly in the European architectural style, had four floors and one basement floor. The cream-colored building with rather discreet ornamentation had a distinguished appearance as the ten pillars that supported the pendent fourth floor were exposed. It was subjected to the atomic bombing at a distance of 1,020 meters, and engulfed by a ferociously spreading fire. When City Hall was rebuilt, the stone steps and flagstones exposed to the bombing were preserved as part of its legacy. The basement, which had been used as a storage room by the Rationing Division at the time of the bombing, was renovated and has been preserved as an A-bomb exhibition room to convey the devastation of Hiroshima to future generations.
