Very cool old world eloquence in a reasonably affordable hotel which makes for a great value. My room was excellent, the check in at the front desk fast and efficient and the concierge was friendly and very helpful!

Enjoyed a legendary Sazerac in the bar of the same name. Service was excellent. Classic bar service with some salty treats to pair with your beverage of choice. Hand made cocktails are the way to go here. Quality and effort come through in each drink.

The Roosevelt is a New Orleans classic. A beautiful and high end hotel. Not cheap, but may have deals on rooms depending on timing. The Sazerac Bar is a must whether staying or not (though most of us can't afford more than a drink or two, it is still worth it).

upgrade for the diamond. Parking is around $35 overnight. Food is ok, position is ok. Maybe because the crowded historical Place in New Orleans Downtown, it doesn t have as same high deck as several others tall buildings. I hope this Waldorf will improve after a remodeling.

Beautiful hotel though I didn't stay there. Visited the cocktail lounge in the lobby, which was cool and comfortable. Their pims cup was delicious.

Convenient for travellers as there are plenty of places to chill - the lounge , the cafe, and of course very clean restrooms

We had delicious appetizers and cocktails at the lounge in the Roosevelt hotel before seeing a party at the Saenger. The brussel sprouts and chicken wings were delicious as were the link squirrel

Beautiful historic hotel. The rooms are great and the atmosphere is second to none. Located within walking distance to the majority of hot spots, including two blocks from Bourbon Street.

Only place I'll stay! Great hotel, excellent staff and support, wonderful restaurants, lounge and bar. We're almost didn't want to leave the hotel. Hilton does a great job on this Waldorf Astoria treasure!

This was a very nice place to stay. All the staff were polite and professional. Room service was friendly and timely as well. Definitely recommend this hotel if your going to the area. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Beautiful place, especially around the holidays! The gift shop is impeccable. Great bars and restaurants. The only problem I have with the Roosevelt is there are no microwaves ANYWHERE in the hotel to warm up your food, even if your leftovers are from one of the restaurants INSIDE the hotel. Aside from that, it's definitely a lay of luxury.

VERY SMALL ROOMS! The hotel was nice but the rooms were so tiny for the price. I had a king bed room and two people can t walk around the room at the same time! Also valet was extremely slow! It took 20-30 minutes each time I needed my car!! For $46 a day I would expect quicker service! But overall a nice place and the restaurants inside the hotel are excellent.

You know it's Christmas time when the roosevelt lights up its main lobby with flocked trees and an archway of thousands of lights. With this backdrop the family Christmas card will never fail to bring Christmas cheer to those who mean the most. Merry Christmas!

5 Star Accommodation, Wonderful Staff, Room Service was on point. The Thanksgiving Brunch was $595 for 5 people, and may have been some of the worst food Ive ever eaten, mg drinks NEVER came while I had food, only several minutes after we were into desert. Literally ate my entire thanksgiving dinner with a glass of water. Sad to say our trip was overshadowed by this experience. We will not be back as we have reached out to both hotel management and dining manager and have yet to receive a call back or response to our letters. Terrible the way it was handled. As we checked out the lady at the desk told us we were only one of many checking out that had the same issue. Sad such a historical place would have such a horrible Holiday meal.

Wow! What a beautiful place! My boyfriend and I stayed her for a quick weekend trip. The decor was classic and elegant with beautiful chandeliers from one end to the other. We had a king bed room located at the end of a hall with a view of the pool. The room was nicely decorated and equipped with mini bar/fridge, iron, 2 robes, hair dryer, and most basic amenities. I will say the room felt small but maybe because of the massive king bed. The bathroom was a little small but it had a walk in shower with 4 different shower nozzles.
We did not use the pool but we used the gym which was nice and clean. It was equipped with a nice variety of cardio machines, weights and a multi stack. There was bottled water, citrus water, and towels available. Also, men's and women's locker rooms fully equipped with showers, vanity seating with all amenities.
The Roosevelt has a few food and beverage options. Teddy's Cafe offers delicious coffee and sweets. Sauzerac is classy bar with tasty bites and live music.
You also have access to the business center to print boarding passes if needed.
The Roosevelt was incredibly beautiful, the bed was comfy I really enjoyed our stay.

Group of friends and myself went to the sazerac bar at the waldorf to enjoy a few drinks during the cities tricentennial. It was quite crowded, however we were able to get seats and drinks in a timely fashion as the bartenders work very quickly (and put on a bit if a show as well). In the future I will be going here when I attend events at the Orpheum and Sanger as their classic cocktails are on point.

The room itself was Very Nice, except it was next to the ice machine which we heard all night along with the voices and Loud Noises of people getting ice all hours of the night. A room with a View which comes with all the Sounds of the City and Loud Noises all night long. I called twice to see if the Super Bowl was playing in the Bar they told me NO after making arrangements to go elsewhere to watch the game only to find out that they did play it in the Bar. Very Disappointed for such a exquisite place. It was very Special weekend for my wife and I gone Bad

Since I began going to new orleans as a young girl, this hotel has always been my favorite in New Orleans. This hotel is beautiful, the lobby is always immaculate and the staff, even if you are not a guest, are super nice and helpful. Last night I was showing off the hotel and stopped to use the restroom which was pristine. LOVE this place. If you can afford it, then this is the best place to stay in downtown New Orleans.
