This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is so very nice. Highly recommended
The Sazerac Bar was standing room only when we went, so we didn't have the opportunity to order anything. Beautiful decor, and super friendly staff.
Unbeatable place.
Everything shines.
Do not stop staying there.
A step back in time. Always stay here, the lobby is incredible and runs a whole city block
Gorgeous hotel! Beautiful combination of updated comfort and heritage style. Loved it!
Everyone at the Roosevelt Hotel was professional, helpful, and amicable. The service and food at the Dominica Restaurant was superb. We had a delightful time and highly recommend it.
Nice hotel but little things are really annoying. No coffee in the rooms for example. First hotel I've stayed in for a long time where I can't wake up and make myself a coffee. Credit for breakfast which obviously isn't enough to cover breakfast at any of the restaurants. Just annoying.
The wife and I had great time the lights were amazing.
Drinks in the historic Sazerac bar. This was our third visit and it is more impressive every time. Atmosphere and classic craft cocktails - haven't been anywhere that it is better.
Loved being there for the holidays ince our last stay 2 summers ago. Every bit the classic NOLA winter experiemce we thought it would be. Love the Ramos Gin Fizzes at the Sazrac bar. Our Aussie loved the perfect curves in the furniture too.
Absolutely breath taking. We were here to eat at Dominica and afterwards we just HAD to go to the lobby and walk through it because of how beautifully they hung Christmas decorations. A must see and an absolute must to go to Dominica for happy hour.
Beautiful hotel. Not pleased with the room charge of $42 for a single serving of cheap wine.
Our in laws stayed here for a family wedding and we were impressed with the prices for such lovely accommodations. Would recommend.
The holiday light display is a must see if you are looking to get that postcard shot for the Christmas card for the family. Beautiful display pretty much open all night. We go every year as a tradition.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room rates might be a little too high for what you get, but it's also in a busy city.
Had a lovely Ramos Gin Fizz. Comfy seating. The decor was reminiscent of the hotel bar in The Shining, but in a good way.
Beautiful Christmas decorations and delicious mixed drinks at the bar
Beautiful interior. Clean restrooms. Delightful staff.
Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff; A wonderful experience; Great location too! The maid found an issue with our room and they comped us a nicer suite. We would definitely return.
Outstanding! I had rabbit stew for my dinner. It was a proper setting. Beautiful women, educated, and independent. I felt right at home. I highly recommend anyone traveling to new Orleans to stay at the rooservelt
This is probably the most beautiful hotel in New Orleans, iconic and just a pleasure to witness and enjoy, it also has a wonderful John Besh resturant called Daminica which is very good and in expensive, the Sazarac bar is Lways a great place to have a drink as well. I would also put their pool deck area against any in New Orleans.
This is a beautiful luxury hotel. Great bars, great restaurants. Amazing concierge and service staff.
In my humble opinion this is the nicest hotel in New Orleans.
Simply put: the most beautiful and majestic hotels in "Nawlins"
The Roose is one of the greatest hotels on Earth and is the place to stay in NOLA!
Used the business services at the Roosevelt for a quick turn print job. Very helpful staff.
Wasn't there as a guest but had a good experience, polite employees and nice atmosphere
This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever entered! It is very beautiful historic and is very classy as well. The rooms were spectacular. And the service was excellent!
The Roosevelt Hotel is our favorite hotel to stay at in New Orleans. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. The location is perfect for walking around the French Quarter.
Unexpected outrageous charges, poor customer service, horrible condition of room
service was good. but the rooms were no better than a la quinta at half the price. Not quite what is pictured on websites. definitely would not pay the price for this hotel again
I love the historic hotel. It s gorgeous and the rooms are so big.
Went to see the holiday lights display, it was quite nice
Great hotel with excellent customer service. Close to all tourist attractions.
The Christmas display is a must see if you are in New Orleans at Christmastime. On street parking on other side of Poydras is available but requires walking a few blocks
Older hotel. Lobby was beautiful. They need bigger elevators. Its off Canal street so its located perfectly to walk anywhere on the strip. Decent staff. Housekeeping could be a little better but overall a nice hotel...would stay again.
Beautiful bar with attentive service and clean bathrooms. Lots of different cocktails to choose from along with a decent selection of small plates.
Great hotel. Friendly people, and beautiful clean hotel.
The accommodations are Absolutely beautiful! This property was one of the few in the City that had 'power' after hurricane Zeta... We thought we were forced to live out of our rental car! It's a beautiful experience, a tad pricy but wonderful! We also used Valet parking, and our car was waiting and ready for us, as we were leaving our room! It was a very sad occasion, but wonderful accommodations! Just wonderful!
First Class accommodations. And this is what I call a continental breakfast! Great service by Aya at the Fountain Lounge where we enjoyed this scrumptious feast of pasteries. The roasted cauliflower with whipped feta, and meatballs and polenta at Dominica's in the hotel are a taste of heaven.
Beautiful Christmas decorations, clean rooms, delicious food at Dominica, helpful and friendly staff!
Worst hotel that I ve ever visited. Old equipment and facilities including terrible customer services are not professional at all.
Phenomenal hotel - Fantastic decoration, service is incredible. I've stayed at the Waldorf Astoria NYC and this one is at least as good. Restaurants in the hotel are great - happy hour prices at Dominica's are amazing. I've been there 4-5 times. This hotel will spoil you.
Rooms decent, sazarac bar and Christmas decorations great
Beautiful hotel love the red sauce chicken wings from the lounge. Good service too but did not like I had to ask for my beer while everyone had their sodas.
Very impressive hotel. The decor is fabulous. The bar is great. Would go back again.
Took a little bit of navigation to find the restaurant in the hotel but once we found it the experience and hospitality was impeccable and food was amazing.
Clean rooms with old world charm. Only disappointment in the room is no coffee maker. Great service and exceptional restaurant choices on premise.
Attended a conference and the small bit of the hotel that I saw was very nice.
The rooms are nice. No view from my window which I would have enjoyed. Tom accommodations from staff were very nice with free offers of water and snacks. The food in the lobby is expensive for what they offer. I ordered beignets and I swear they were made from pillsbury flaked biscuits, deep fried then sprinkled with white powdered sugar on top. I wanted to complain but did not have the time to explain to them what they already know. The gift shop is nice. Authentic New Orleans items.
