Their QR system doesn't work. Didn't get a QR code, so could not get in, there is no reception and no answer on the phone.

No refunds or vouchers for future travel due to covid. Worst customer service ever. Do not book here they have taken advantage of a pandemic and took thousands of future travelers money
I was just "attacked" by one of the employees in a mini Renault. He thought he had to drive hard, gasping and honking to me at a junction where he neither had priority nor gave direction. I am considering to make a DECLARATION because of article 5 of the roads traffic law. But better, we are going to social media and personal contact. Then the taxpayer does not have to reward this aggressive behavior with extra judicial attention.
Terrible hotel with the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. The people lack serious empathy and shouldnt work in the hospitality industry. Just another company trying to take advantage of people. Dont book a room here.
