Even though we visited in October it was still beautiful. The various themed areas of the gardens were all well cared for and interesting. We especially liked the woods with it's large and varied collection of trees and the pet cemetery.

A plenty of beauty of flora, Italian garden, probably looking like in Renessanse ages, with an adorable Triton Lake. Splendid Japanese garden and plenty of tall and healthy trees from different places of the world. Also a English style garden and with unforgettable view to the panoramic apearense of Wicklow mountains.

Lovely for long walks with beautiful views and gardens. So well kept.. the paths are abit hard with buggies as there not paved there gritty stone which is something that could be improved in the future and not alot of toilets, none infact while your walking around the gardens whoch again isnt great with children but we had a great day.

Wonderful place. Beautiful gardens & the house is spectacular. If you can, take in a visit to the waterfall as well. This place is in a beautiful part of Ireland & I suggest you set aside a full day to enjoy it all.

I have visited Powerscourt a number of times over the past twenty years. But it was only recently I paid into the Gardens area. I thought the extent of the grounds was what I could see from the cafe terrace, how wrong I was. Do not visit here and leave without buying a ticket for the Gardens access. They are beyond what any words could describe. Jill and her team are very helpful and friendly. Probably the best place to visit in the greater Dublin/Wicklow area.

Love the house and gardens staff are friendly however they don't cater for celiac/diabetics which is a shame and unfortunately the dish we had wasn't great either. Come on Avoca you can do better than that!

Beautiful. 1 house walk is enough, but Yu can split it into a 30 minute walk if that's all the time you have, the stairs do connect. A lot of retail and tough to find information about the acual house, but worth a visit if you enjoy gardens.

Private enclosure with a golf course, shops, cafeteria, greenhouses and palace where its main attraction is its garden with back steps leading up to a fountain. The garden is paid ( 7.50 per person).
Honestly, very expensive to just get a photo of those views. Very focused on tourism and making cash. The interior of the palace is accessible, since it is there where it has the shops, cafeteria, etc.

Overpriced nonsense referencing the food, it's quality- poor, the staff are kind the general cost of anything is robbery with out violence! , feel sorry for the tourists they are and will be ripped off here. The gardens I am sure are lovely but the admission prices is prohibitive.
Nice place to walk around but I could not recommend here as an affordable place for a family coffee is not great either.
