Well I should have yelped this so called company DAN LEON is a THIEF he took my machine to fix it that was over a month ago now the last call I got from him was "OK IT'S FIXED I'M ON MY WAY" and never showed up I have left numerous messages, texts, & emails he refuses to respond, I called the cops they called him he called them back & said he didn't steal anything & that he was going to return my machine that was a week ago. Now I'm going to have to take him to court.
WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T CALL THIS CROOK HE'LL BE NICE AT 1ST THEN RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first day I called All Pro Fitness, I spoke with Dan and he presented himself as very knowledgeable, proficient and friendly. He answered all my questions and when I explained the problem I was having with my treadmill he had a definitive answer.
I told him when I reach the mile and a half mark on my treadmill it shuts down and says on the display, Overheated. He told me with confidence that I need to replace my belt and he would have me back in service in no time. He asked me get the length and width measurement of the belt and right away he said, I have that exact size in stock. So I set the appointment with him and he responded promptly.
At that point is when everything went down hill.
When Dan showed up, he brought an undersized belt. He said my belt was a custom size and if I wanted the specific size belt we discussed, it would cost twice as much. I wasn t happy about that and would have appreciated a phone call to let me know before coming to my home. But I let it go and let him continue the work.
Upon completion, I wasn t happy with the belt width. You could clearly see the width difference from what I used to have.
I requested him to install the wider belt as we originally discussed over the phone. We came to an agreement that he would return the following week to install the wider belt and in the mean time the treadmill could still be used with the belt he installed. So he requested I pay him for the belt ($260.00) and said I could just pay him for the installation when he returns. So I agreed and paid him the $260.00
When Dan left, I was super excited to at least be able to run a longer distance on my treadmill again. After running on it for a little over a mile the treadmill was still overheating like before. I immediately called Dan, and he answered with confidence that he forgot to reset something on my treadmill and he would fix everything upon his return.
It has now been over three weeks since his original visit..... Needless to say, I ve attempted several phone calls and text messages but he is now avoiding me. He finally wrote back after sensing my frustration and explained he has been busy and how he has several appointments daily.
Dan originally sold me by saying how he works with several companies including police departments and fire departments. I don t know how any department would keep him as their equipment service provider with such shoddy service.
So at this point, I don t know if he s lying about how busy he is or just isn t prioritizing work that hasn t been completed.
I would strongly urge anyone reading this to NOT do business with Dan or his company. Please feel free to send any questions my way and I ll gladly provide a response. I do not want any of you taken advantage of like I have been.
