HR department is a joke, won't investigate matters and lies about doing so with no follow up. It would appear management has no issues lying. If I was the ATO I would be appalled at such disgraceful conduct. A literal liar and man who has recieved several complaints is still hired today as a manager and will likely abuse his power more until someone finally investigates. Disgusting.

Absolutely unprofessional environment!!!

Absolutely unprofessional environment!!!

Was promised an increment after a period Of time which never happened, very unprofessional environment to work within, had absolutely no idea what to expect each day.

Salaries are way below standard market rate, when I had a unavoidable circumstance ( my grandma was detected with a disease so I had to shift to Melbourne) I had to leave the job immediately, my team leader Jackson promised me that I will get paid for the 3 days I worked for. I didn t hear back from him in next 2 weeks, when he finally picked my phone I was told that the company will not be able to pay my 3 day salary.

Cannot trust, Won t recommend anyone to join!!

Discriminatory practices behind closed doors. If you complain too much, they fire you after 3 years of hard work. They are contracted by the ATO to perform call center operations and do a poor job at it. Half the time if you call the ATO, you are speaking to a Datacom employee. They are overworked and afforded minimal training at the start. Do not blame the ATO for bad phone service, blame this company.
