I have visited Powerscourt a number of times over the past twenty years. But it was only recently I paid into the Gardens area. I thought the extent of the grounds was what I could see from the cafe terrace, how wrong I was. Do not visit here and leave without buying a ticket for the Gardens access. They are beyond what any words could describe. Jill and her team are very helpful and friendly. Probably the best place to visit in the greater Dublin/Wicklow area.
