Very elegant hotel, price / performance ratio perfectly okay.
Food is more like awesome, it's very clean and the staff is like family!
Only one star deduction, as there are fees for parking garage and wifi, we were used to this differently until now.

From time to time after good processes, we treat ourselves sometimes a little luxury. Still a class higher than the Titanic Chauseestrasse in Berlin. There is nothing to complain about from my point of view. Of course it has its price.

I was here at a convention, but stayed elsewhere. Very nice so far - but nothing really special.

A top class hotel! Very friendly and attentive reception. The rooms are clean, modern and nothing to be desired. Sport and spa area also highly recommended. The evening can be wonderful in the Curtain Club and enjoy the wide range of drinks. Also the food is highly recommended - the in-house Currywurst is an absolute must :)

My favourite hotel in Berlin having stayed in four different local hotels for business visits. The service is a very high standard and, without exception, all staff on my stays have been extremely accommodating (can't fault it). This also has one of the best bars in the local area and worth going to even if you're not staying.

It is pec ta cu lar ... The service is excellent, the employees are very friendly and helpful, the room is very comfortable and the renovation they did last year was fantastic very nice everything, I recommend it 100%

Value for money is not right. Although we had a late check out to 14 o'clock, came from 12 o'clock constantly someone and wanted to clean the room. My little son was asleep, then they called by phone. Then, after saying it three times, somebody rang again and asked to clean. Indescribable !! In the cafe to warm the baby porridge has 35 min. lasted. The day before the Kinderburger the meat was so dry !! (For 16 ) that you could not swallow it. At breakfast there was no cream cheese. Jam not made by yourself. When asked if I could get a pancake, I was told only: "There is only what is on the buffet, there is no extra card." For the tea in the cafe in the afternoon, I proudly 19 paid !! Once and never again!!!! Never again !!

Very luxurious experience. Beds and pillows were fantastically comfy/soft. Front desk service was attentive. The only downside is that the main restaurant is currently undergoing renovations, which causes some lobby noise during the day.

We only judge our evening in the hotel bar (large area), we were not hotel guests.
We were greeted in an extremely friendly manner by several employees in the foyer of the hotel, so that we initially felt very welcome and comfortable.
Since we have already been guests of the hotel bar a few times and found excellent service there in addition to exquisite drinks, a very nice ambience and always felt comfortable, we were seriously irritated during our visit on late Friday evening (December 6th, 2020) about the unfriendly, partly arrogant manner, even with a waiter latently aggressive mood. We felt misunderstood and instructed during our entire stay, in a way that would not be tolerable even in a less sophisticated bar.
During the difficult payment process at the checkout, we ultimately had to find out (we didn't want to wait any longer) that other guests were openly expressing their displeasure with the poor service.
What's going on there? It would be a shame if those in charge were to hold onto this downright luxurious bar with such incompetent employees.

The room was great, I got a nice view! The heated bathroom floor was a great experience in an early morning shower - 1 degree celcius in April! Food was great, their potato soup was super!

Excellent hotel from first impression to last. The service is also superb with a decent and hearty taste. Excellent hotelier.

Unfortunately I was unable to check in as orange juice was spilled in the lobby and I was kicked out because of it. Just orange juice, turn up.

Already used to different 5 * hotels in Berlin, but in the RC you immediately felt at home. The service and the attitude of the staff were praiseworthy and always tried to ensure the wellbeing of the guests. This included active solutions to a wide variety of questions from the guest. Every request was met. Considering the room costs, it is also so desirable. The stay was characterized by construction noise and unfortunately the wellness area could not be used during the construction work. But there was a concession here. Location of the hotel in the center of Potsdamer Platz. Only the Brasserie Desbrosses had a high volume for the morning buffet and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. This didn't quite fit in with the overall appearance of the RC. Similar memories of brunch were made

Fantastic hotel. Ridiculously overpriced breakfast which happened to be included in room rate - don't bother with it if it's not included, it's nice but there are lots of good options nearby. Nice spa/pool area

I have been a loyal guest for many years, but on my last vacation my orange juice was spilled and then it was empty and not topped up.

I did not stay at the hotel, I was at a business event. The space was perfect, the attention very good. In general, adequate facilities for conferences and expos

Probably the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. A spacious room, great service and a great feel-good factor! I was there professionally and also had an event in the ballroom with our company. Unfortunately there were a few small incidents at the organization, because at the same time for another event on the evening of the same day, light and sound checks were done, which was not so clarified, but that did not bother me personally. The breakfast was terrific, as was the bathroom, the beds and the ambience in the lobby. A feeling like in a real "Grand Hotel"!

Last summer I wanted to spend one night with my family in this very nice looking hotel. The reviews that were on the Internet were also consistently positive.
Unfortunately we were denied entry to our room because someone apparently spilled some juice ... When asked what kind of juice it was, I got the answer that it was orange juice.
Unfortunately, my family and I had to sleep outside under a bridge next to the homeless ...

For tea time you will only be served, if the arrogant waiter feel like it. Today started the 2nd attempt to order a Moet Chandon. After 45 min. We were given with a disrespect, we gave up and took our tea elsewhere. Unfortunately, our friendly receptionist at the front desk answered that this was the rule in the house, with the question of whether we should call a taxi. A not too recommending house and no figurehead for the capital.

I think everybody knows the Ritz, but not everybody worked there, I did! The most interesting things about this hotel happens backstage, starting with the general manager! He has lunch together with the doormen, cleaning ladies and everybody else. Everyone is friendly with each other,a good hotel, a good place to work and I still am a big fan!!

The metal glasses, porcelain jugs and coconut mugs in the shape of a monkey's head. Toootal worth a selfie.

In terms of taste, all 6 cocktail types were really not harmoniously seasoned or in any way special or satisfactory. Get frustrated when you know the price :)

There was another deduction for the poor service at the table. Which actually didn't take place, at least not with us. The other groups got their orders. We ordered and picked up the drinks at the bar. Nuts like the others they had at the table would probably only have ruined our figure ...

One of my favourite places in Berlin. Everything here is supercool: brasserie desbrosses, the lobby, the bar. My favourite is the bar. Best menu there. Just go there. You have to try. My favourite drink: moscow mule.

Located in the very center of Berlin this property has no doubt the vest location you can have in the city.

Rooms are large and service is very good, nevertheless is far from what you expect from Ritz.
This hotel is in fact very business oriented and is perfect for this, but nothing more.

Breakfast is nice and wekk organize but the cooking area has a very bad vacuum system therefore it's easy to have the dresses smelling. This is bad.

To be honest is more an excellent Marriott than a Ritz-Carlton

top hotel in the east center of Berlin. Friendly and attentive staff, very polite and courteous, the standard adequate. Open in front of the door and reach various shops within walking distance.

Just superb. Tried many hotels in Berlin, such as Adlon, Hyatt, Regent. Ritz Carlton is the best one. No doubt. Every detail was planned and perfected.

The rooms are modern and large, but the interior is very American. The TVs also seem to allow no streaming. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation, which is why the area above the main staircase is not very inviting and breakfast is served only with reduced offer in the lobby. Nevertheless, one can be satisfied. The service is always friendly, meets all requests and the spa and pool area is recommended.

What sets this Hotel apart is the great staff. All interactions with the people working here made me feel appreciated, welcomed and cared for.

Everything else of course is 5 Star as well - if you stay here get Club Lounge Access it s worth the Money.

Who luxury is right there. Super friendly staff. The ambience is great and delicious breakfast.

The conversion was worthwhile; the renovated rooms are beautiful and practical. Nice bathrooms, top service, scratch standard just! The world famous, good breakfast that I know from previous visits and praise can unfortunately fell out, as the hall was renovated. The replacement breakfast was functional but just significantly reduced. There was an apology for a 80 Euro voucher for the bar.

Who complained here really something to complain about everything. But that is also expected in the category, or for the price. The staff is extremely accommodating, room top, nice little gym. Super good breakfast.

For the eye, the nose and the tongue. The quality and innovation offered here makes any normalo cocktail seem like usury. For less than 20 Eur such a hassle in such a stylish ambience, that is the absolute madness. I never drink a normal cocktail for 10 where else.

I stayed for 6 nights when traveling to Berlin.
Everything from airport transfers to detailed services was a great experience.
Breakfast which we ate every morning was very delicious and satisfaction was high. The staff were aware of us and made every day the detailed settings we ordered on the first day.
The room is easy to use and comfortable. The room design and furniture (probably made to order) are perfect.
There are two big malls as well as Sony Center in front of the hotel. You can walk around the Brandenburg Gate and all Nazi sites. The museum and the TV tower can be accessed by the underground without change.
I will return to this hotel whenever I come to Berlin again.

One of favorite hotels in Berlin, Location is amazing. The rooms, service is on point and best of all my all favorite Valet parking :)

The Curtain Bar @ Ritz-Carlton: Great Live Music, niiice drinks & food, outstanding friendly team. A Must when visiting Berlin!

The hotel is under renovation. I stayed in a new room and it's beautiful. The club lounge is awesome and the staff there amazing but the service at the front desk can improve. They made some errors when I checked in.

Excellent lunch menu beforehand the fantastic lobster soup and very tasty creations from the patisserie of the Ritz Carlton Berlin
