We only judge our evening in the hotel bar (large area), we were not hotel guests.
We were greeted in an extremely friendly manner by several employees in the foyer of the hotel, so that we initially felt very welcome and comfortable.
Since we have already been guests of the hotel bar a few times and found excellent service there in addition to exquisite drinks, a very nice ambience and always felt comfortable, we were seriously irritated during our visit on late Friday evening (December 6th, 2020) about the unfriendly, partly arrogant manner, even with a waiter latently aggressive mood. We felt misunderstood and instructed during our entire stay, in a way that would not be tolerable even in a less sophisticated bar.
During the difficult payment process at the checkout, we ultimately had to find out (we didn't want to wait any longer) that other guests were openly expressing their displeasure with the poor service.
What's going on there? It would be a shame if those in charge were to hold onto this downright luxurious bar with such incompetent employees.
