Most employees are very polite and kind. It is a glamorous and expensive hotel. Celebrities love it

I had only visited the bar on the ground floor of the hotel. Prices are lifted. Service staff is very attentive. The cocktails are exceptional and delicious.

Nice for a flashy evening. Expensive, but you new that already.

Great service and location. Breakfast service and food quality need work but I would still return.

Just orange juice. Entire lobby was full of orange juice. In every room there was orange juice, ground floor, first floor and in front of the entrance just orange juice Don't ask what kind of juice ... you know orange juice

Good rooms, very nice staff, the building is very nice as well. Oh, and the in-room breakfast was amazing as well . Highly recommended.

Chic and imposing hotel in top location. Sadly, it has gotten a bit old and you do not necessarily lose the status it has honored in the past. Other houses in Berlin can do better.

Man was not allowed to check in because a liter of orange juice was spilled in the hallway. And i was on an important business trip and it is only because of these unfriendly staff and the orange juice that i am now unemployed. but dear Ritz-carlton karma exists and it will hollow you. as sick as leukemia

Everything is on the level. A bit meager breakfast.

More traditional hotel. Higher end, but a little long in the tooth in some areas like room decor. Located conveniently next to public transport and the staff is generally attentive and unobtrusive.

There is extensive reconstruction work ongoing in the restaurant and common areas and also on some guest levels, which did spoil our experience somewhat compared to a previous stay. However the rooms were lovely, staff excellent and the location hard to beat. We will return

The hotel is certainly not the worst. But when I see the price-performance ratio and also the "little sister hotel" in Wolfsburg, there is still room for improvement.
Rooms are very small in proportion.
Restaurant is also no longer outstanding.
Certainly not the bar. Unfortunately, a lot has changed here in the past few years.
Hence on my part a 5-star hotel with 4 stars.

The reception at the door is very different from whether the Lord knows you or not ...
Should not be the standard in such a home ...

Nice hotel! The decor was great and the service excellent. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

The only downsides were the (compared to Wolfsburg) seemingly loveless SPA and a toilet in the
Room that still had traces of the previous owner.

I stayed at the Ritz the night before my wedding and was more than thrilled with the ambience, service and facilities of the hotel. We were allowed to hold the getting-ready in the room and even received a late check-out at no extra charge. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. But what I have to emphasize is the staff, who were highly professional, courteous and extremely polite. I can only recommend a stay at the Ritz Berlin.

Always a good address for a trip to Berlin. Central location, attentive service and good food characterize this house. The rooms are very spacious and will be completely renovated after just ten years.

We are here at the Ritz Carlton and we are not allowed to check in because orange juice has been spilled.

Currently staying at the property and it s an excellent establishment just like any other Ritz Carlton hotels with wonderful services, fantastic amenities, and conveniently located in the city centre.

I am often in this bar in the Ritz. The atmosphere is very nice and the drinks very well mixed. For that I would give ***** points. But yesterday we were four at the bar. My friend paid the bill - and what was on the bill ?? * Interim bill !! So now tax fraud at its best in one of the best hotels in Berlin. It was about a sum of less than 30 euros. For me ** UNIQUE TAX RATE in one of the most prestigious hotels in Berlin. I think that we are not the only ones who are so DEACTIVATED. At a price of 7 euros for a Coke Light already a fabulous number. Either with knowledge of the business performance - then the director should clear his post as quickly as possible or the employee - Mr. Altan makes itself a small additional income. Are guesses but I have uploaded the so-called bill. If it was a misunderstanding you can tell that too.

Never again ... Once orange juice was spilled and immediately treated like I was just a second-class millionaire.

Wonderfully cozy modern ambience in the style of a cafe. Very cozy rooms with extremely pleasant bathroom with rain shower. Seating very comfortable and the bed a dream.

The Ritz is of course a hotel of the very high class. But still I have to say that this year some things have changed that are not necessarily good.
I've been going to the Ritz for a weekend for about 7 years once a year. And I'm a big friend of this hotel. But this year was started with refurbishment of the lobby. And the nice cozy living room atmosphere was greatly dampened by the new (though still high-class) but interchangeable furniture. Maybe even broken.
But the service has become better and better over the years. An extremely attentive and friendly staff that more than before responded to the needs of customers.
The rooms are just as good. Super comfortable beds, an excellent bathroom. Always clean, always fully operational.

I hope that when all the work in the lobby is done and all the rooms are available, the old feel of the hotel comes back again. It would be a pity if not.

Only went to the Curtain Club inside, but such a great atmosphere and some amazing drinks and cocktails to have here. Live music too. Such a great place for a few drinks.

The new bar has become visually great. Unfortunately, the relations of the drink prices have fallen by the wayside. 14 euros for an Old Fashioned cocktail (which is absolutely ok) but then 12 euros for a non-alcoholic beer? The F & B boss should do his homework. Have never seen this relation worldwide. Incredible...

I couldn't check in because orange juice was spilled, don't ask what kind of juice just turn up orange juice but what the orange juice was delicious after I picked it up from the floor turn up

Updated: The newly renovated Rooms communal Areas and the entire Staff here have made me update this Review to a full 5 Stars and I would go higher if I could.

I have stayed in several club level Rooms with different views and configurations. They all offer abundant space, exceptional Bathrooms and modern technology in the Room. I have also stayed in a corner Room and a Potsdamer Platz View Room both were excellent with comfortable Beds and were very spacious.

The 24h room service here is outstanding and the food is the same at 02.00 as it is at 17.00. The failure of other Hotels ability to match this is something that drives me crazy and really makes me appreciate this hotel. The burger and chocolate cake with a bottle or 2 of Beck's is a go to for me. The Schnitzel is also very good as is the Currywurst and Club Sandwich. Breakfast is also fresh and fairly priced.

Potsdamer Platz S+U Bahnhof is a couple of metres away making it ideal to catch a train to anywhere. There are multiple places to run and exercise directly accessible from the hotel if the spa and gym are not your thing and you prefer to be outside.

I have to say that the Ritz Carlton in Berlin is my favorite hotel on Earth. The ladies and gentlemen running this Hotel are the best in the world. This is something I have never imagined saying on a review on Google.

I suppose I should also mention that both the WLAN and the working space in the room are exceptional making it easy to have more free time to enjoy the city after finishing work. It's not a complete visit home without spending a few nights here!

Very nice place , and you can access every way, shopping mal, garden, cinema,elc.

Was there for a private event there (after party including lecture of a specialist). The premises were elegant and suitable, stage and technology were impeccable. All in all a successful event at an excellent location.

This is a very nice place and location. The staff are really friendly, great service and really great restaurant and bar. The decor is really classy and yet with all modern amenities.

Very friendly front desk staff, for breakfast, the guest could be more in focus and less the empty plates, the rinse. Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Room was outstanding.

You will have five stars to enjoy, good service, good room, comfortable bed, great breakfast!

Well run sophisticatedly designed hotel at Potsdamerplatz, which is the heart of things Berlin.

Love this hotel it's very charming and not goorish like some other Ritz hotels. Amazing service and my favourite place to stay for couple of days in December and take in the Christmas sights.

Beautiful hotel on Potsdamer Platz that leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel offers all the services one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but which one cannot find in many others.
Many sights can be easily reached on foot.

Nice hotel, great kitchen. It is also worthwhile just to come over for a coffee, cocoa or another drink and a piece of cake. The service is wonderful!

Bar and Restaurant are both amazing. Absolutely make reservations for POTS. Food was incredible and unlike anything I have had before. Service was also fantastic. Was very fun to sit near the kitchen and look in to see the chef(s) at work. Bar was also lovely with an incredible variety of drinks!

Bar service impeccable .. special cocktails and delicious .. environment Bar a bit cold .. rooms and service Hotel and restaurant I can not currently evaluate.

I wanted to check when I saw the orange juice spilled in the hotel lobby, I turned around and went to the next best hotel.
