Unfortunately the orange juice was empty. Apparently it was spilled in the lobby.

Elegant, modern hotel in a prime location. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the bar is convincing. I can only recommend it.

Everything is fine but the securitys are really rude !!!!!

The stay at the Ritz Carlton has been a highlight of our holidays !

We wanted to discover Berlin, once for a vacation and not for business, and chose the Ritz. It has been the perfect choice, if you enjoy the luxury and service they have to offer.

We wanted to be central, close to the metro/subway, to be fast on our trips to the many place Berlin has to offer. Perfect location.
The amenities of the Hotel, the fantastic breakfast, the room service, the hotels interior, the spaces are really spacious and have tha air of grandeur, very few modern hotel can boost.

The close by centers, especially the uber impressive Sony Center, is a bucket list item, same as the Ritz Carlton itself.

We definitely will be back, when times allow it again.

Top quality hotel in the heart of Berlin, the staff is excellent and very helpfully

We had our dog with us, and when we were eating, they came with some water and food for the dog also.

Nice hotel, was the 5th time there, great staff, very dedicated and friendly. We have booked one of the newly designed rooms on the 8th floor, the new rooms are great, much brighter with a large sofa, new flat screen TV and very comfortable beds. In the bathroom, the beige marble has remained, however, the fixtures have been exchanged and everything was a little aufgehubscht. The renovation will take until the end of the year. Price was 297 at the top end of what a hotel in the renovation is ok.

They gave us the best service we could get, thank you Florian for the room upgrade, Anthony for helping us with our bags, Nora for having patience with all of our questions and requests. The guy who checked us in. Literally all of the Ritz Carlton Berlin staff!! We love you guys!

The breakfast was AMAZING! Loved the poached eggs and those tiny little ketchups and marmalade.

I will be back! And I really recommend everyone to go there too.

Beautiful hotel but sadly the service and breakfast were mediocre at best.

Luxurious hotel in the center of Berlin with very friendly staff and great rooms. I have been here several times with my wife and two children and we have always felt very comfortable here. Although the character of the hotel has changed a bit in the course of modernization, the feel-good factor has always been retained. We only missed a little bit the whirlpool in the wellness area, which was removed in the course of the modernization.

A great hotel I stayed for on business recently. The rooms we're beautiful and the location is great to get to anywhere you need in the city with Potzdamer Platz right ther The was incredibly helpful, the breakfast was good but they are still redoing the breakfast room so it's in a meeting room on the 1st floor.

A dream of a hotel! Perfect service, nice ambience and a great breakfast! There is nothing to complain about, even if you look for it ..

Renovated rooms are nice, however the smell (maybe the drain) of the bathroom could be improved. Ambassador members receive free breakfast. Gym is nice and clean. Service is friendly. Requests via the marriott app could be completed faster though.
In total a very pleasant stay!

Even better if: when leaving the luggage there after check-out, they put a sticker onto the luggage of which the scraps couldn t be removed. Next time, only the ritz carlton tag should be sufficient.
