I hope next time I won't be asked what kind of juice I would like to drink: Don't ask what kind of juice, just put orange juice up

Rooms, club lounge were great, I especially liked the bathroom in the room. But what was extremely bad was the indoor pool and sauna area. There was no staff there, guests sat on the couches in street shoes and a couple changed their child's diapers in public. The full diaper was then delicately left next to the bed for the next guest. In the sauna area one of the two showers was broken and towels were in short supply. Something has to be done here. This is embarrassing for a 5 star hotel.

The room was more than perfect .... the staff as well...but about the breakfast I expect something better than what we had cause I've heard alot about "the Ritz carlton breakfast " but it was just good and to be "just good " is not that good

Nice hotel, unfortunately I slipped on a puddle of juice when entering the lobby area. The clerk at the counter couldn't answer my question about what kind of juice it was.

Fantastic service, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are polite and attentive.
Made the entire stay a pleasurable experience.

The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, professional and very service-oriented. They certainly give the hotel much of its soul. The reception area is impressively and stylishly decorated. A trip to the perfume bar is worthwhile. An oasis in the big city.

There was construction. The steam room never worked. There was no air conditioning in my room due to construction. Noise from working was load and could hear in my room. The club did not have the amenities that other Ritz Carlton clubs have.

Unique.Top in every way, albeit decadent to the point. An experience without equals.

The breakfast buffet is wonderful. The entire staff was very courteous and attentive. You get a bowl of muesli and just want to use the cappuccino spoon when a lady comes and brings another large spoon without being asked. Of course, that's part of good manners in a hotel like this - but we've also seen it differently.
Furthermore you have to emphasize the warm ambience and style of the hotel! Pleasant and so that you would like to linger.

The Ritz is the Gold Standard for customer experience. I was craving popcorn and mentioned it to guest services. When I returned from dinner I was surprised with a large bowl of popcorn and butter. Thank you Ritz for your attention to detail and always exceeding expectations.

Fabulous stay here a few years ago when the last James Bond premiered! Highly recommended, would happily stay again

That evening, after the Berlinale, I ended up at the Ritz for the first time.

In addition to great music, a combo of two talented musicians, there was probably the best bartender in town and namesake to rediscover.

The interior, the staff and the drinks menu alone are worth a visit. When such valuable guests gild the evening, the memories are priceless.

Very nice hotel on a perfect location for a quick city trip. Most of the touristic stuff was within walking distance. Potsdammer Platz is well connected with public transportation to get to east or West Berlin.

During my stay in Berlin I unfortunately was a little sick. But the amazing team at the Ritz-Carlton made me feel so much better and took care of me in every way the could help me.

Quiet ventilation, comfortable bed and pillows, large rooms.

Overall my score is 3.5 because:

The breakfast room is like a dining room. There are no tablecloths on the tables.

An espresso was ordered from the lobby bar. We waited about 15 minutes. They did not wait - they left.

In general - annoying little things that are not very important - but create an atmosphere and are rated by stars.
(obligatory daily cleaning in the room, the presence of a shower cap, ear sticks and towels for the feet in the bathroom, etc.)

We indulged one night, it was like in a fairy tale !!!
Service is indescribably good, courtesy, facilities and breakfast are a hit!

We were here from Saturday to Sunday. The Plan: Just good food, drink and relax in the spa area. It was just amazing. Top attentive and friendly service, great room, great food, tea and champagne at the afternoon tea, as well as a relaxing time in the spa after the sporting activity in the fitness center. Everything absolutely recommended. Also in Room Dining is highly recommended. Burgers, curry sausage, fish, soup and salad are well worth the price. Gladly again.

The ritz Carlton deserves this 5 star in every respect.
It is a great pleasure for me to be a guest of the house every time.

I am 18 years old and therefore still very young, many of the other guests are significantly older.
Despite everything, I can express my greatest praise for the fact that the hotel caters to the needs of younger and clearly inconspicuous people.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Only the spa area has a bit disappointed.

The response of most staff is great. Some staff are more responsive than Japan. It is calm and can be relaxed because a reasonable guest is staying.

Good coffee! Strudel was not quite mine ... I would have liked something "lazier" (from the dough).

Concept itself is there and ambiance is there as well. I also can't complain about the presentations. However, cocktails don't taste great. I think creativity went too far that cocktails focus more on presentations and concepts behind them rather than taste and combination. Shame.

Visited the smoker bar. Hilal was a very accommodating and friendly bartender. Gladly again!

During a visit to Berlin we stayed at the Marriott, also a 5 * hotel, which lies behind it. As we walked past the Ritz, we were kindly asked to enter: a huge hall, large dimensions - the name RITZ is also honored here in this prominent location. Even a shoeshine has its place in the foyer!

Orange juice was spilled and I was not allowed to check in and I was thrown out on edge. That is very outrageous

It does not need many words. This was my first time here and visited the hotel in the late afternoon hour. An unforgettable experience was the visit finally. The staff was extremely friendly, the exotic tea very interesting and the cake only .... Will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel. The pool is a bit small but perfectly adequate. The breakfast buffet was very large. The rooms were very spacious and comfortably furnished. The staff was relatively friendly.

Fragrances is the name of a bar in the Ritz-Carlton that blends cocktails based on fragrances that you choose from. An innovative idea that inspires me again and again on several visits. It opened a way for me to cocktail creations, which I would always like to familiar - otherwise would not have treaded. Since the ambience of the bar was consistent and appealing to me, I like to give 5 stars

Great bar with unique cocktails and spirits of the highest quality. A bit more expensive but worth every euro. Saturdays live music.

The hotel will soon be renovated to meet the new standards expected in this type of place (it is still in his "juice" very 80's) The staff is very nice, I only regret having to do 3 times the demand for the curtains are repaired and really opaque (so as not to let light from the place) Ideal location

I stayed for a night and as much as I wanted to absolutely love this place, to me something was lacking, maybe an element of warmth, something to bring to the whole experience together.

The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was nice though I was a bit confused regarding the placement of everything.

Close to famous sights of Berlin, it always hosts prominent worldwide.

Not so friendly staff. For the amount of money paid you would expect the staff to go out of their way to take care of your needs. English not spoken so well. Couldn't even help with an airline check in

The cake was very good, but it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a latte.

I was in Berlin for a week and booked the Ritz-Carlton. The service of the staff, the opportunity to relax and the high quality of the facility was just great. Due to renovation work, breakfast was only possible downstairs in the foyer, which was not appropriate. In the end I was still satisfied.

We went to the high tea in the Plaza and were disappointed with the selection and taste of the teas. Unfortunately, the name does not hold what it promises here.

Whenever I visit Berlin. I spend most my afternoon at this beautiful Hotel.

Amazing cocktails and perfect place to relaxing with champagne or coffee .

Who books here, does not go wrong. Valet parking, location is perfect (right on Potsdamer Platz). Staff is friendly. Rooms are in the category well furnished, amazingly quiet. The bar is top, live entertainment on the piano. The cocktails are a dream. My favorite hotel in Berlin.

The "Ritz" is for me the best hotel on Potsdamer Platz! I can not imagine having breakfast anywhere! The Curtain Club in the lobby was until recently my absolute favorite bar in Berlin !!!

Very nice hotel. The club area is very pleasant. Service super the hotel absolutely adequate and very professional. Bargain. Thanks to the concierge service this gave me short-term on a Saturday evening places in the best Italian in Berlin.

The hotel is in no way in line with the style of Ritz Carlton. At the check-in I waited more than half an hour, because the colleague at the check-in was unfortunately too incapable to find out the costs already transferred in advance - to the official mail address of the house. After my Accouting sent it to two other email addresses, I was able to check in. The man on checkin was then after a telephone conversation with the bookkeeping also rude and acted neither professional nor helpful.
Despite Marriott Status & American Express Find Hotels & Resorts booking there was no upgrade. The room was especially dirty under the bed and walls, the pillows still had noticeable stains.

At the bar I waited 20 minutes for a simple glass of champagne and then for another 15 minutes on the bill. Again, the staff was missing.

At breakfast this morning all tables were occupied (on a high occupancy on Saturday mornings and fully occupied house you can not be prepared, as one of the leading luxury hotels in the world) and I had to wait another half hour for a table to be free has been. Well, at the time the buffet was already dismantled and the coffee came after the buffet was closed.

The coronation was then the front desk at the checkout with only one person and a clearly visible queue occupied. Another 20 minutes lost lifetime.

It is unbelievable how shameful the guests are treated here. I'm looking forward to spending the next week at the Grand Hyatt again ...
