IT IS CLEAN. EASY TO ACCESS, FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT!! HAND SANITIZER HANGS ON MOST WALLS. YOU CAN SOCIAL DISTANCE IN 4HIS PLACE!!

Nice area for working out in the gym and basketball courts. They also have a large swimming pool area.

My first time ever going was the worst I took my 2 children and my niece and was turned away because I didn t bring my ID I asked for the manager in which a African American lady by the name of Jenna (maybe misspelled) approached me saying there was nothing she could do they need My ID to run a background check to see if I m a sex offender now I have 3 crying children all they wanted too Do was go play in the water park

Very clean, safe space that is well maintained. The staff here are amazing!

I ve called this facility numerous times to get information. The receptionist is extremely rude Eand short tempered EVEEY TIME. I am a very pleasant person, very mild mannered , and extremely patient. Therefore , I can only imagine how she must rub someone not quite as mild as myself. I don t quite understand why she has been given such an important, frontline position with this type of attitude. Such a nice facility with such poor representation. First impression is a lasting impression. I suggest she be removed from this position. Not a good look what so ever.

I've been to the Kroc Center it is awesome it is fun I liked it but I tried to take one class and stuff like that it was too crowded I couldn't get in and the money high

It's clean and the equipment is nice... I enjoy a decent facility in our neighborhood!

Everyone in this place, especially the Aquatic Center, are some of the nicest, most helpful, friendly people I've ever encountered. Elroy and DeSean in the Aquatic Center never cease to amaze me how far out of their way they will go to accommodate guests.

The programming is phenomenal! Courteous staff & awesome managers

Love my Senior life at the Kroc center, Cheryl is the Best Line Dance instructor there is, kind and caring and incredibly patience. We had a pot luck lunch today, delicious food and dancing..fun day. Love The Kroc center!!!

Huge facility, swimming pool for kids, friendly staff and plenty of parking spaces.

Was a member a few years ago , they apparently hire off duty police officers as security , it was winter I entered the facility and before I could get in the door good officer Ray rush me and told me to take off my hat I was caught off guard so I didn't say anything and just removed my hat , after my workout I spoke with him and said he could have let me get in the door good and give me the opportunity to remove my hat , he said to me "you're a Man and a Man should know to remove his hat when he enters a room " there were many implications in his tone , I was beyond offended ,,, I remember his name because when I asked someone else what his name is , he heard me and got in my face and in a very aggressive manner told me clearly
" MY NAME IS RAY!!! OFFICER RAY !!! " I felt threatened , there is nothing about me that should have caused that kind of in your face reaction from officer Ray .
I spoke with someone that said they were management but didn't seemed concerned , didn't return after that , the whole ordeal was unprofessional .
BTW I grew going to the Salvation Army Brainerd Corps as a child what I know about truth and fairness comes from a combination of my Mom and the church , I use to love going to camp Wonderland every summer , it's a shame that do to poor management and a poorly trained officer ,,, anyone would have a negative experience like the one I encountered .

Nice people, nice pool....who doesn't enjoy swimming in the dead of winter! Ha!

The Kroc center has a nice gym. The monthly membership is reasonable especially for family. There is so much more here including kids camp, computer classes, and a senior meeting group.

Extensive variety of classes and activities for all age groups. Exercise equipment and pool are excellent. Room rentals are available for personal events. Great activities and a meeting room are provided for seniors.

Nice experience for family and staff is professional

The center fills a lot of needs, with their services to the community. Love them for it.

It was a good service and the pool was fun for the kids but it shouldn't close so early

Just had my daughter birthday at the Kroc center. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The facility was clean. The pool life guards stayed on top of the children. But I did think that it was waaaayyyy too many children in the pool. And they should not have open swim when you have 3 pool parties going on at the same time. It was chaos and big children knocking over the little children. The Kroc Center leadership should really consider changing this process.

I have experience walking on the inside track at least two or three times a week. Also attend some of the fitness classes.

I love that they have security in their facility and is welcome to many of all ages including Christian-based groups.

The Kroc Center offers everything you desire from a gym and community center. This stylish, modern community center offers indoor and outdoor activities for all ages. The Center has a swimming pool and lap pool, indoor water park, spa, indoor and outdoor tracks and basketball courts. It's a great place.

This is a wonderful Community Center that was built for our youth. There is a huge gym with 2 full court basketball floors. There is also a nice indoor water park with slides and a hot tub. There are a mass variety of activities to choose from. This is definitely a place that young kids and teens should experience

This was my gym for a while. I gave it four stars for their lack of a sauna thats all their missing. Other than that i loved and still live the kroc and also yall could lower the cost for a day pass.

Went with my children to use the pool. It was a nice warm pool for my first grader and he have fun in the splash and slide area. My toddler found it too cold, but still enjoyed it. The staff were great, lifeguards were very attentive and kind with explaining the rules that we didn't know. Nice big family changing rooms and lots of open locker facilities.

Expensive, but a nice place for exercising and a nice place for the kids to enjoy!

Great place, but I think I was the only white person in the entire place. Wasn't a problem though.

I havent even been here yet and I already loved this place by seeing photos and reading comments I cant wait to check this place out for myself

The staff is very helpful. They have all the equipment I use in my physical therapy sessions. And it has a convenient location.
