Talk about unprofessional and rude administrative staff. No greeting on the phone, no regard for clinical/health concerns of the patient, and very unprofessional voicemail.s. These are just a few of the horrible interactions I had visiting this office before I even had the opportunity to see the doctor.she is AMAZINNG and my skin is clearing up but this staff will unfortunately lose her many clients. I'm not sure if it was my race that caused Adnil (the front desk receptionist ) to be so rude to me on the phone and in person. The overall feeling of the side talk when I signed in or the dead silence on the phone when asking a legitimate question, I felt extremely uncomfortable. Hopefully This doctor will work out of an office with a little more professionalism because I will not be returning to this one.

New here. They set me up for an appointment and never sent the referral. Now I m missing work and cannot be seen because they wouldn t give me the referral. I was assured the referral would be sent and of course it wasn t. Very disappointed that I m losing money over this BS.

Good service but their Finance personnel tried to over charge me.... too costly though

Went to get a procedure done. Walked out the same way I walked in. Nothing was done I cancelled follow up appointment.

Very good experience. Practice is old fashion, no digial machines but it was very good. Nothing wrong with that. Clean and good service.

This place is horrible!! From the receptionists to the Dr. Ezratty. I am never going back. I used to value this practice a lot. Dr. Charles and Dr. Ebede were great dermatologists who no longer practice there. I decided to see the internist there-Dr. Ezratty. The first time I saw him, he was ok. The second time, I came for a medical clearance and became annoyed with getting the paperwork completed to lecturing me why I m not getting the flu shot. Then he had the nerve to tell my specialist that his practice was outdated. Who does that. He try to ridicule me as to why I m not getting a flu shot. Never again.

I m writing this on behalf of my family member. The receptionist was such a sweetheart and she should work elsewhere because they don t deserve her and that s all I have to say about the good part of my interaction with this place. Dr.Ezratty is a rude man with no respect given to people who are his patients. He has absolutely NO bedside manner and I can t believe he still works here. That place should be concerned about their reputation but I guess not.

Worst experience ever. I had to alternate between three dermatologists here because of lack of consistency in schedule here on their part. I had a horrible experience with the first dermatologist and the others try to roll with his mistakes instead of fixing the problem. I had my Accutane treatment here and I regretted it. Please do your research before going here. The front desk and nurse are extremely rude and follow up is horrendous.

I would rate 5 stars simply for the wonderful dermatologists, but the general doctor is a bit rude.

Worst medical practice ever. I scheduled an appointment to get a physical and took the day off to attend the appointment. When I get to get the physical done they told me They didn t put me as a physical instead as a regular visit. The staff is very rude starting from the front desk to the nurse. Save your time and your money and go somewhere else.
