Recently came here for a birthday pool party and it was nice! The entire staff was helpful from the moment I walked in until the time we left.

Great faith based place for families. Lots of classes for adults and kids. You can book a waterpark birthday party. Also rent out the banquet room for an event. They also have a daycare and a cafe. Security on staff. Thank you to the Kroc family for investing in this community!

The rules are too strict and the party not worth the money they charge for people that are not even getting in the pool I will not throw another party her they only got three stars because one of the staff members were really nice to us

Nice place to workout at with your kids bathrooms could use some cleaning the the guy that teach water aerobics is great my kids love the place

Ok for the kids ,jus don't plan to work out to hard here couse they complain about everything in the fitness center ..also don't leave your stuff in the lockers had mine broken into twice

Great place for fun although the staff doesn't have the best customer service skills

Outstanding facility that offers all of the amenities for personal fitness and growth. The only criticism that I have is that there are not enough offerings of healthy food choices at the snack bar.

Very welcoming friendly atmosphere with plenty of exercise equipment and fitness classes for all ages. I'll definitely be back.

Went here for my nice birthday party. Place is beautiful. Service poor. No organization in regards to the pool party.

This is the perfect place to get your workout on they have all types of water classes and calisthenics and Cardio

I like the croc center except when the gym boys curse to much but it's a good place to go to

Friendly staffers ready to assist and address any concerns. A variety of programs and equipment. Beautiful indoor water park and basketball courts, church and banquets, Nice atmosphere. The place is very clean. Something for all age groups. I simply love the place

We rode an hour to get there, to be told that the pool doesn't open until 3 because of day camp. It would have been very helpful if this information was posted on their website. I would strongly suggest calling before going because their website is not updated.

Family center that has many activities
Economical prices, plenty of free parking. Safe environment.

GREAT FOR KIDS OF ALL AGES. they're are soooooo many facilities available for endless fun. Membership are sooo reasonably priced and the people are so nice. The Kroc is a great hangout and you can definitely do Soo much here. Absolutely LOVE

I love the Kroc, great variety of activities and programs for all ages, including sports, indoor track, swimming pools, dance, computer, drama, even worship services are available. The membership prices very affordable for any budget, and great location. Pretty clean, but as with any public facility I do take precautions such as wearing flip flops in the shower area for the pool, and they do provide disinfecting wipes in the weight room for seats and handles. Once again great place.

A shining refuge for the neighborhood kids. A huge asset to the people of Chicago.

Let's start with the good! This place offers a lot of space with several different amenities. My son took basketball lessons here in ONE of their many gyms (which are huge btw), they have a concession stand with food, a gym, track and pool and it's all very affordable especially the family prices.

The BAD: I booked a party here and with the price that I paid it has WAY too many restrictions. It's not comparable to other places for the same amount AT ALL. 15 mins to decorate??? Really? You can't pay for additional people to be added to their party rooms, and there is no median. It's either 15, 25 or 60 person party! It's hard to get in contact with the coordinator if you have questions concerning your party- they only seemed to be responsive when I had money that needed to be paid....

Overall good for a gym membership not good for a party

I love how this place has an indoor and outdoor track, a pool and classes.

We love going to this place just wish the pool could be a bit warmer

My son has done some of the programs they offer for a fair price. Hes taken swimming lessons, tee ball, and basketball skills. Instructors were nice and knowledgeable.

Its big and it was fun and it has a lot of things in there

My Sister and I did the Sister Strut for Beast Cancer 3K Walk there it is a great place the staff was nice and friendly.

Coolest community-center I have ever been to! Was there for a memorial service. The facility has rooms that you can rent out for special occasions. I saw a pool and a place where you could get food. I'm not sure what else was there but this place is huge! Staff was nice, the place was immaculately clean. If I'm ever in the Chicago area again and need a meeting space this would be my go-to place

I enjoyed working out at the Kroc Center Chicago. The center is so clean, especially the locker rooms. They even have a spa pool in the water park. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We were invited to a birthday party for a 1year old, Absolutely perfect!!! Life guards were amazing and actually working!!! Great experience for my kids!!!

I visit this place eery month to participate in their mobile produce pantry. They also offer excellent programs for seniors. There is a fitness center and an in-door swimming pool.

So far no complaints. I like all the activities they have for kids.

You got so many activities to do here and not enough time in one day plus the food good

I love this facility. Great place to take the family for a day of fun activities, a daily workout, swim days, a few games in basketball or other sports. Plenty of things to get into at the Kroc Center. Highly recommend for a day of fun.

Trying to get someone to call you back is impossible.

I thought it was decent for the price. The facility was well kept. The check in was lengthy, I wish I could just pay and go without all the extras. The snack bar was very reasonable, especially comprehensive

This is a beautiful community rec center in the heart of West Pullman. They have tons of activities for kids, adults, and families. Includes beautiful basketball courts, football field surrounded by a track, indoor water park, indoor playground, fitness center, meeting spaces, etc. Very good pricing structure and the Salvation Army is a worthy cause.

Great baseball facility off of Aberdeen and 117th street. The all turf field was donated by the White Sox. There are no concessions and a Porta-John. There's also a parking lot.

Love this place nice for swimming with you childern

Very nice place to work out. A jewel on the south side of Chicago. Very well ran. However some of the staff Lac people skills and have a poor command of the English language.
