I first had a positive experience with Sparky's during my kitchen remodeling. They did excellent work with all the electrical install and completely interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide detection system. Had them back for a rewire job in my basement. Very nice work, prompt and professional employees. I will use them again.

I tried to hire sparkys for a quote for a specific job. For which, I left written instructions for said quote. I did not get what I asked for, and after trying to pay them the rate i was quoted, the electrician denied payment after telling my wife that they didn't need to do the requested service to provide a quote. Three months later sent me a bill which is unresolved. At this time I would seek other companies for electrical contracting. Not what I hoped for. Hope others avoid the head ache i am in and go else were. Update john called after I called about the matter above and voided out the charge.

I have hired sparkies to do jobs at both my houses, On three occasions. They do quality work, their prices are fair, they get in, get it done; and, get out. Excellent service at an excellent price! Very responsive.

I had an urgent issue to which they sent someone right away. He arrived at my house in less than 45 minutes from my initial call. The electrician was not only courteous but explained everything he was doing and looking for.

We have used Sparky's Electric for awhile now and they are a great partner for our remodeling with Odd Fellows Contracting. Many of our customer's have hired them for additional work after we are done with their remodel. Sparky's is organized and pleasant to work with.

I had been meaning to call Sparky's for an appointment for the yearly service on my generator when they called me (it had been a year since the last service). The electrician was on time and got through the service quickly and neatly. I am so glad I found Sparky's last year when a stinkbug got into the electrical panel and caused problems. They are a top notch company with great employees.

Simple replacement of a bad wall switch. Very professional, fast, pleasant to work with. Also gave good estimate on possible additional future work.

The guys from Sparky's did a great job with my service upgrade, and were able to get new ground rods installed, the service meter replaced, and the breaker box replaced in about 5 hours. The disconnect, electrical work, inspection and re-connect all happened in under 8 hours.

Professional, reasonable, honest, the real deal. We needed to upgrade service. I had a few estimates that were lower and some that were higher, but I didn't have clear plans or prices from anyone. Sparky's had a concrete price, and they were informative and took care of everything, including contacting the city and handling the permits. It was so seamless. They also offer credit card payments (with a fee). They explained everything really well.

We also had them upgrade an outlet to a GFCI.

Wanted to charge us extra to fix a problem they caused by removing a light switch that controlled our outside lights. Also had to replace a light fixture they installed because it was so cheap and kept breaking.

We have a light fixture that blinks periodically. Within 10 minutes of his visit, the technician told us he wasn't exactly sure what was wrong but the light fixture was probably defective. Either that or the light bulbs are bad. Ok. Maybe he's right and maybe's he's not, but either way that doesn't feel like $125 well spent.

UPDATE: I talked to the company and the technician came back and took a closer look at no additional charge. This time we got a much clearer explanation of the issue. We appreciated the commitment to making sure we were satisfied. It's also worth mentioning that the electrician himself was very professional and courteous on both visits.

Very polite, professional, and I felt the final price was very fair. Abby was nice to work with on the phone, and the man that came to do the work did an excellent job (I believe his name was Derek). I will be using them again on future projects.

The guys were very good. Timely, knowledgeable, and conscious about masking. I paid a little more than I expected. but I needed to have it done to see my children. 2020 has been very trying.

After reading positive reviews about them, we had Sparky's install LED ceiling lights, ceiling fan, and kitchen light fixture. The two-person crew arrived at scheduled time and completed installation and clean-up without delay or incident. They were considerate (no SmartPhone music) accommodating, and friendly; suggested our kitchen can lights could be replaced by an LED fixture quickly and inexpensively. We had them do that and are very pleased with the dim-able white light vs. the yellow light from the short-lived incandescent flood lights. Job well-done and at a competitive cost.

Came quickly. Only needed one electrician (repaired small bathroom 3 way switch) but sent two. Charged for two man team. Charges were very high and not given an estimate. When bill came we were shocked. Negotiated price with owner and more satisfied. Quality of work was good.

Did significant work on our new home purchase. Glad to be gone with knob and tube! Had to remind them of a few outlets they were supposed to fix. Created two holes that we'll have to patch in our plaster; one behind a light switch and one behind a light fixture. We were surprised by a few charges with the final bill, and had to fight to get it negotiated down. Overall I appreciate the hard work, but I might consider other options for electrical jobs in the future.

I would highly recommend them. The guys showed on time very respectful. Took time to explain things to me. Cleaned as they worked, hands down the best experience.

Quality of work was good, however, I was a victim of larceny from their employees. Caught them on my home security cameras trying to get into my vehicle and my barn( which they had no business being near) on their downtime and snooping around our home looking in drawers.. A week later, I discovered some missing things in the man cave closet. I contacted the owner and he said the employees admitted to trying to get in my vehicle. I couldn't prove they stole the items because it was a week later and we didn't have cameras in the closet. The employees' actions on the cameras were enough for me to warn others to beware of this company.....will not recommend or use them again unless you like having thieves in your home.

Nick was incredibly helpful: he diagnosed the problems with our ceiling fans, gave us the range of solutions and helped us decide. He even changed a couple of recessed light bulbs we couldn't reach. You will be hearing from us soon!

These guys are first rate! They have a keen eye for quality! Installed new lights and they asked for details on where new sinks were going to make it look perfect. They are very attentive to detail. Not only do my lights look amazing but they finished with a spotless site. Not one thing to clean up after them!

I have had two small electrical issues at my store in the time I have been in this location and both times Sparky's crew was awesome. From replacing damaged outlets to re-wiring my electric water heater. Hey were on site very quickly, educated me on what was going on and our best options for repair, and the prices were more than reasonable. There is no other electrical service I would choose.

Brian from Sparky s installed two light fixtures and two dimmer switches. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He also took away the old fixtures, boxes, etc. and left everything very tidy.
