Great community resource. Enjoy attending events there. Activities offered for all age groups. Facility is always clean. Comfortable furnishings. Conveniently located.

Great center if you're taking your family for a swim but their prices are outrageous. The security is lackadaisical at best and doesn't really check IDs. You're better off going to your local community center but if that's not an option then this will be decent.

My entire family loves this place. I can swim and work out, the teenage boys play basketball, the little ones can play in the water. Just overall fun for all!

It's a nice place FOR children TO GO FOR the summer.

The Olympic size pool with average temperature of 78 is excellent

I love the Kroc Complex. I have been a member since it opened also a volunteer. Would recommend to families Family friendly. Join and volunteer.

It was a nice place for senior but its not open yet.only the running track outside.

Awesome facility! Staff is always welcoming, accessible if you need assistance. A community center that has something to offer all age groups!

Staff is inconsistent on rental policies. They don't allow outside programs to rent if they have something similar,turning away money. But asks for donations???

I love going to the kroc center because it's all about having fun with family and friends

A great place for a work out, connecting with the neighborhood as well as taking classes and staying current with up coming events.

So we Waited for about two hours and it s very crowded and disorganized and they also added 45 minutes to is and soon as the time ended they where closed

This is the gym of the century all the amenities you need to get in shape.

Did not receive call or email reminder that my auto-pay card had expired. As resolve, had to pay registration fee. Not Cool Kroc Center. I've been an auto pay member since the day you opened -- Not Cool @ ALL :-(

Enjoyed the water park... Very nice for me and the family...perfect place for when the weather is too hot for outside

Deceptive membership pricing..was told today when I went to sign up for my membership that because they want to push people doing automatic pay they are charging $6 more per month for new members if people dont sign up for automatic billing. This isn't advertised and a new policy...

I have loved coming to the KROC! It was the best way to keep healthy. There are so many options for activities. I really appreciated the services to Senior citizens. I loved the pool and swam laps most days. I found the center well kept up and the exercise equipment in good condition. The security services makes one feel safe. The staff seemed to take pride in their jobs and in providing professional services. Thank you for all the efforts you employ to make KROC Center an enjoyable experience.

This place is wonderful a good senior orientated place also have fun

Great place to work out. Great for seniors and young people. Christian based...so you won't be seeing scanty swimsuits and inappropriate workout wear. Classes for all levels. Nice atmosphere.

The security is lacking; Cars are constantly stolen and broken into, security is lazy and unprofessional (most not all). I witness several security guards flirt with younger girls and other employees.

Most of the staff is arrogantly ignorant and unprofessional. The arts department that is ran by Tasha Gibson and Dina Rutledge is the worse. They seem to be OK with canceling classes and are always giving out incorrect information. I was insure by Tasha there would be a replacement teacher for the piano classes that I was taking for a year only to find out that the class was cancelled as I tried to sign up for it. There are no art classes and the director Dina seems old and out of touch. The environment also seem competetive and hostile as I witness parents and employees constantly arguing and gossiping. This is definitely not a kid friendly environment or a church environment.

I was unhappy with the basketball program for kids. I signed my 5 year old son up for basketball and some of the coaches were bias and only seem to care about the older kids who already knew how to play. There was no true structure to the program and whenever I had a question or concern such as "how come my child has a different coach every week"?, I was given excuse after excuse but was definitely assured that I could not get a refund.

I've been to the pool several times and the pool and locker rooms are always dirty and crowded. Due to the constant locker break ins I would bring my things on the pool deck with me. But I stopped going to the pool since summer of 2015 when I witness a swimmer drowning and the lifeguard just sat and looked at her while her friends jumped in and saved her. I voiced several concerns with upper management only to still see the same lifeguard still working.

The icing on the cake was the horrible unorganized noisy day camp. Anyone whose been to the Kroc long enough knows exactly what I'm talking about. It seems as if the Kroc only cares about money and not the value or purpose of the center for the community. Overall, the Kroc center is a nice thought but I'm taking my business elsewhere....

I was please with the center, you're greeted as you enter the building. I plan on asking for a full your of the entire center. It is well maintained and the staff is helpful and friendly. They offer different activities. They have a booklets, they were out when I was there. I will be going back to.get more information.

facility is nice but coat check will lose your items. Use a locker.

It was a very nice and warm place to have any event you want. I can say the staff are pleasant. The space for the children is wonderful also. You and the family will love it.

Staff here is wonderful, they are very attentive and the atmosphere here is comfortable and inviting

Had my daughter's birthday party here kids really enjoyed the pool but the food pizza in particular was horrible.

It was a great privilege to be invited to the Kroc Celebrate by APS Family and Toneal Jackson international best selling author, I received the award for inspirational Novel. "Cain Won't Come Because He Is Not Abel" The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were amazed at the large size of the Center. One of the largest in the country. I would recommend that local families get memberships and get involved with the events and activities which are designed to enhance the quality of life. Great pool, exercise equipment and so much more. I highly recommend that you visit the center for your health care needs.
