I ve called this facility numerous times to get information. The receptionist is extremely rude Eand short tempered EVEEY TIME. I am a very pleasant person, very mild mannered , and extremely patient. Therefore , I can only imagine how she must rub someone not quite as mild as myself. I don t quite understand why she has been given such an important, frontline position with this type of attitude. Such a nice facility with such poor representation. First impression is a lasting impression. I suggest she be removed from this position. Not a good look what so ever.
