It's a good place and a good family like vibe to it

I love going to the Kroc center I use a lot of the equipment. Most of all I do aqua fit in the pool.

The facility has a wonderful water park with zero-entry perfect for my two & four year old children.

I attended a kid's pool party here and it was very nice.

This community center has everything. A fitness center, a pool, classes to learn, restaurant, senior activities, and so much more. The individual, and family memberships are very reasonable. This place is a must see.

It better and cheaper than LA fitness and it church base place for the whole family

I have visited the Kroc Center multiple times and I always hope I'd live closer to that area to get my whole family to go there. I particularly like their Arts program and all Fitness/Sports facilities. Definitively my go-to place in the South Side!

First time here like my kids really enjoyed it.. Note: bring your own lock and if you have kids under the age of three make sure your kids have swimming diapers on

The security guards are rude and disrespectful to adults

The place is ok just don't throw a party here you will regret it !!

The Kroc center is a great place to practice basketball and its a place to meet up with ur friends. It's fun I love it.

Good people, good workout environment, but need to have quicker maintenance on broken machines.

Just signed my son up for basketball. He can't wait for it to start.

It was not the correct time to register for membership. I didn't have the verification to register for the silver sneakers program. So it was disappointing, after the tour of the facility ( it is a world class facility) equipped for spiritual, physical, and mental health. Filled out app and showed up, but they wanted some proof of qualification of Silver Sneakers. Looking forward to providing.

They have a amazing pool, worout areas summer day camp,a cafe that's super delicious

Hard to get in and out for swimming because of all the water aerobic and swimming courses going on after 8am. If you think you can get there at 5am then it's perfect. Other wise you will swim much later or have to miss out on your swim. Place is so huge, I can't understand why it's not at least one rotational lane for diehard swimmers at all times of the day. Haven't had problems with the other sections of the gym, just the pool schedule. If they opened just a 1/2 hour early, perhaps more swimmers can do their laps before they go to work. Other wise the place is perfect...swimming wise that is. They have a descent jogging track, tennis and basketball, and all sorts of adult and children's courses! The facility is perfect for families and very reasonable membership fee for what your getting. I feel safe because of the security and all the young adults their are very manarable. Left my wallet on the bench in the locker room and a youth returned it to the desk before I could even miss it. The community could use two more of these wonderful facilities.

This is a family environment. I've been a member for over a year now and I definitely support this business and purpose for kids and teens. The gym is not so crowded, the pool water could be warmer but the hot tub is nice. They used to keep the bathrooms cleaner so they need to work on hiring better janitors.

It doesn't accept credit cards maybe because of the location but it is 2017. Other than that the pools nice . I have no negative remarks at all

I bring my kids here every weekend for classes. Very clean, very friendly staff. The pool area is great and the have plenty of life guards on duty. It's wonderful to have a place like this in the neighborhood

I like this place because the life guards are proctecive like they should u can have party's and other stuff like that and I think other people should go there

Nice hall. It was rather small but and we needed more seating and they added more for more money. Over all everybody seems to have had a great time. It's newly built but nice my Grandson graduation was there three years ago that room was huge.

Great place the gym is nice and the water park is too

My kid and nephew love this place...they swim for hours then come eat up the concession stand afterwards!

Great place for the whole family and individuals!!!! Clean and handicapped accessible!!!!! Staff friendly and willing to take time to answer questions with courtesy. Membership and classes are varied, and you can choose what will fit your budget.

I love this place, you can workout with the weights, swim or take a class, there's always something to do.

Great place but, it could be more safe for other children who don't stay near by. my nephews had a membership but, stop going because there life was being threaten by kids in that area. One time I had to pick them up because it wasn't safe for them to walk home .

Great family place allows parents to workout and kid(s) be watched while workout occurs for only $2 per child, excellent facility for fitness and family fun plus its within walking distance from my home which is great :)

I wouldn't go here for any reason when they aren't allowed to let me use the restroom in the building...its pouring outside but they want me to use an 'outhou-i mean portopotty'. Yr

My daughter loved this pool. I went after bike the drive and appreciated the hot tub.

Very spacious, very accommodating! Attended a youth recital at this location and it also has a huge swimming pool that I noticed upon entering!

This place is awesome, there's so much to do. The staff could've been a little more patient with a newby, but I enjoyed the center.

I attempted to bring my grand baby tol.the center on 7-7-17th system was down, and I was told that cause I haven't been there less than 30 days I wasn't allowed in. How did they determine that if the system was down, if it was down nothing could be checked. BUT people was in there, I will never come back there and word of mouth goes far.

Great state of the art facility. This is my go to place when the weather hinders me from running outdoors in extreme cold and icy conditions. The suspended indoor track is nice, and I switch up between the track, treadmill, and stationary bike. Memberships are the best way to go, but daily passes are also available.

Well maintained, chlorine odor from pool a bit strong, hit you at the door. Family friendly plenty of activities.

I love this place. When I look at the place from inside and outside I think of centers and other family sites you see in the northern part of the city of Chicago. I say to myself Thank You Jesus for not forgetting about us.

They are very unprofessional here!!! The communication is terrible!!! I made plans to celebrate my daughter's birthday here in April. I originally began calling and planning the event for my daughter's birthday during mid-March. A week before the event I prepared an email to send over the waiver forms for all 46 of my guests. It was at that time that I was notified that they could not accommodate my group in April due to an Easter egg hunt that had been put in place after my event had been scheduled. I had been in contact with the person over events for more than a month. After speaking to the event coordinator as well as her Manager I decided to leave this review to inform others of how unorganized and unprofessional this establishment is. What type of establishment in business to make money turns 46 people away anyway?

Dinner and Jazz. Best performance in Chicago without the hassel of a long drive downtown or the inconvenience of parking not adding the exorbitant cost of parking downtown
