Just had my daughter birthday at the Kroc center. The staff was very nice and pleasant. The facility was clean. The pool life guards stayed on top of the children. But I did think that it was waaaayyyy too many children in the pool. And they should not have open swim when you have 3 pool parties going on at the same time. It was chaos and big children knocking over the little children. The Kroc Center leadership should really consider changing this process.
