We have been very pleased with Queensboro over the past couple of years. We have ordered many different products and have loved them. We have ran into one problem recently, but I mentioned it in an automatic email from them that my products were delivered and asking if we were satisfied with them. Well 1 of our 10 polos had our logo embroidered at an angle. I happened to mention it in their automatic email and without any hesitation the Queensboro immediately contacted me saying they apologized and already have a new embroidered polo on the way without me even asking. They have great customer service and are always friendly when I call or email them. The products they offer are also great. We recommend Queensboro.

***UPDATE: From the date In reported the issue, LAST WEEK, up-to today 3/12/18 I see no refund on my account, just FYI, I DO NOT WANT CREDIT, just need a refund. Please let me know when it will be refunded to my account and the amount!!! ***If you want to save yourself from an experience like mine, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I posted this bottom mentioned review on their facebook page, a few days ago, and instead of refunding me as I requested, they've called me 2 times already asking how they can "help". Means nothing has been done to correct my order!!! Not only that, but they have blocked me from commenting on their facebook page and went as far as erasing my review, I posted on 2 different areas on their page since I wasn't getting a reply, and one of my comments has magically disappeared. To top it off I no longer have access to my account on their webpage. All of a sudden my email and password won't go though and it doesn't even give me a FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD OPTION. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME!!! JUST REFUND ME so that I can move on from this terrible experience. I would think that after ordering thousand of dollars from your company you guys wouldn't hesitate to refund me a few dollar ..bit the issue just gets dragged out. This is my second time this year using Queensboro ...

This is my second time this year using Queensboro to place a large order for my workplace. I have worked with Kristina and Matt when placing my orders, both of whom were extremely helpful and always prompt in their replies and change requests. They both helped in relaying information to the design team so they we could get the perfect logos for our wants/needs. They were patient with our multiple changes and never let on (although I know it was) a pain. One slight issue we had was remedied upon notice. The products are excellent quality, the team is magnificent- we will continue to use them for our printing/embroidery needs.

Horrible customer service. Placed a reorder a couple weeks ago, got my hats and my logo was pink instead of brown. Have sent them 3 messages to customer service since last week and tried calling them 4 times but got put on hold each time until 15 minutes later a computer voice said goodbye and hung up on me. Beware of this company.

I ordered some embroidered hats from Queensboro on 4/9/19. When placing the order, I was given a guaranteed delivery date of 5/1/19. What does this "guarantee" consist of? It is 5/2/19 and I have been told by FedEx that the package will be delivered on 5/7/19. These hats are for myself and my assistant coaches and I had hope for us to be wearing them at our sectional track meet on 5/4/19. Not sure that this is the kind of company I want to do business with in the future.

I've been working with Queenburro for about 3 mont...

I've been working with Queenburro for about 3 months. First ordering some sample hats with our logo and then placing the order for 65 hats. I've had to babysit them ever step of the way. Every step in the process was incorrect.
1. In the sample phase -- they messed up on the logo colors.
2. Then on the final order they messed up on the logo colors and created colors that were no way close to what I ordered. I ordered a logo that is blue and white and they added black, red and yellow. The artist was being very created that day.
3. I ordered my samples with a different credit card. They took my new credit card -- only to charge the old one.
4. After working with them for 2 months on the order and I go to place my final order - they tell me that they do not carry that hat anymore. Then after consulting with a manager - they determine that it is just back ordered. Just frustrating.
5. Lastly, Every time I ordered these the prices changed. From the 2 times I ordered the samples to the final order. I had to ask them to go back and read the notes to get the correct price. The prices increased $2 to $8 more. Thankfully every time I worked with them I asked them to document the price. I did end up with the best price.

Queensburro is the best price I've seen. They do great work as well, but my experiences is that if you do not stay on top of the order daily, you will be charge a different higher price than agreed upon and the artwork will not be as agreed upon.

These guys are definitely professions... their work is always perfect and they have proved to be a great asset to my company providing quality polo's and uniform shirts and pants for my employees. I receive compliments often on the shirts we wear. All my guys love to wear the shirts because they are high quality and look great. Here's the deal, Queensboro has a range of product and their cheapest offerings are VERRRRY CHEAP and would not recommend ordering unless you are demo-ing their embroidery skills.

I decided to give them a chance and did a second order with for the soft shell Jackets. The quality of the jackets and embroidery were very good. ONLY hick up?? They had an outdated picture on the website and it did not match what was delivered. (website had zippers that were same color as jacket Light Grey, What was delivered was bold black zippers all over the jacket) It clearly wasn't right.

I called customer-service. They updated their website and made it right, by replacing with new color embroidery.

TAKEAWAYS: Stay away from their cheap offerings & the material will be strong. Queensboro isn't bad, if they screw it up they will make it right... Outside of the headaches getting it right, I would recommend their services.

Comically bad product- Half the shirts arrived with snags in them. Some of the embroidery had different sized lettering. The hat embroidery had loose stitching and unraveled, within 24 hours like a ball of yarn..They're 15-20$ hats and shirts, we weren't expecting much... but would be sweet if your shirts/hats were able to survive shipping and at-least one wear.

READ THIS VERY CAREFULLY. It's very risky to order from Queensboro and you could easily get into a HUGE mess with your business plans by investing your trust in this company. In short, they failed to deliver, sold me product that is out of stock, and refused to do the right thing, which happens to be their exact mission statement and core values. Here's the important details:

First, the order didn't arrive on time because apparently the company was out of stock on ONE PARTICULAR item in the order and they decided to hold my entire order back until they restocked this one item, which could have been a fixable situation if I knew about the problem in a reasonable time, however, nobody called me to tell me that the order wasn't being delivered due to their mistake of selling me a product that was out of stock. I had several different items ordered, and they held the entire order back because of their own internal stocking issue, which is strange because their website tells whether something is in stock or not BEFORE you can purchase it, because it's an inventory software, so really I don't know if that "out of stock" excuse was legit anyway...

So, it's a week past the delivery date range I was given, and I have a promotion schedule for the upcoming week, so i call them. They tell me this reason for non-delivery (one item out of stock) and I ask them to simply ship the other items so I can make my event, which requires uniform (logo'd apparel). Well, they REFUSE to mail out the rest of my order so I can have all the other items. And then, they ask ME what they want them to do about it, as if I'M the one running their business and customer service department.

I ask them to ship the rest asap. They say "No, it will all be shipped to you on July 6th now" (which would be 34 days after the day I ordered it, which is also 20 days past their promised shipping date, AND which is over a week past MY SCHEDULED PROMO event that requires uniform (logo'd) gear to work it).

UNBELIEVABLE, right? Well believe it, because it gets worse.

So, I email the founder, Fred Meyers. He gets all the emails on his cell phone. How do i know that? His staff told me. The same staff that basically told me "tough cookies" on my entire order. So, I know Fred got my email(s). Fred doesn't respond to me though, he has his assistant EMAIL ME telling me that they are refunding the money but they still won't ship me my other items i need in time, and they ask me to give them a chance to make up for it better in the future! Ha, seriously? In the future? They could make up for it right now! SHIP ME MY ORDER THAT I PAID FOR! You refund me instead of paying to overnight me my products?? That's just senseless!

I end up having to miss the entire weeks scheduled promo because I don't have uniform clothing, and i look like a total unprofessional flake to the venues and staff. I lost my most valuable client because of this missed promo, and it cost me $1,800 in 3rd party staff costs who were scheduled to work the event. All this because of the negligence being practiced under Fred Meyers at Queensboro.

I ask them to help me redeem my situation as it has caused a huge snowball nightmare for multiple people and left me in a bad reputation situation. And what answer did I get from this request to do what's right?? I GET TOTALLY IGNORED.

I emailed the assistant twice and I even emailed Fred Meyers directly again. NO RESPONSE. But the very next two days in a row I get emails from Fred promoting sales he is having.

Save yourself the hassle. There's not a dollar amount you could pay me to go through that again. My "first impression" reputation was crushed and Queensboro really deserves to pay restitution on that. That lost client could directly relate to thousands of dollars, or more in continued lost opportunity now.

Queensboro's owner Fred Meyers and his operations guy Matt absolutely don't care what they have caused me in loss. AND NOW THEY HAVE RETALIATED ON ME BY DELETING MY ACCOUNT since I left this review.

I cannot say enough good about this company - they are INCREDIBLE and completely stand behind their 100% Satisfaction guarantee. The mistake was MINE, but they still went above and beyond to help me fix the situation. What a rarity in customer service and support. Definitely a company I will use and recommend in the future!

I had read excellent reviews about this company and I never imagined they would exceed my expectations. I was hoping they could print out the logo of my company but in the rainbow colors for pride month and I never imagined they would actually do it. I am so happy with their service and turn around time. I was not in a hurry for my items so to me the timing was great. I totally recommend them! they were a lot cheaper than other companies I had looked into.

Ordered several shirts and hats. Order came late and in was horrible quality. Shirts had snags, hats were falling apart. (to date out of 10 shirts have survived, its been 3 weeks) Called to express our feelings about the product. They wanted a second chance- so we gave it. The order is still in production 2 days after the delivery date. Was given the excuse it was due to Hurricane Dorian, however the product should have been shipped days before it was even close. Meanwhile the order still sits in production. Requested full refund, will take business elsewhere.

With absolute consistency Queensboro shows up with excellent, friendly service. They stick by their "customer satisfaction guarantee" and will do what is necessary to correct any issue. My favorite Nike golf shirt continues to wear beautifully. Queensboro responsiveness makes a big difference when it's time to order.

Talked to 3 different quality control personnel. 3 different guarantee resolutions. None of them transpired.
Bottom line, I don't like the quality of the embroidery, no refunds, reprint or credit on account.
Just no more communication.

I received a call from a customer service rep and share with me information about the process of my order and let me know why my order and any order take days to be ready for shipping, quality control is strict she said and there are no to many options to rush the shipping. However, this call said a lot about customer service and care about a disappointing of a client, I add two stars more today.
I ll have an update about quality when my products arrive.

I am already disappointed with the service, extremely slow delivery in a little order as mine, they also have slow communication and try to charge me for the business website even when what I did is just request more information of how it works. sorry, I don't know how the quality will be yet because i submitted my order on 11/16/17 and I will receive it on 12/12 !! is not funny dude, forever!!

I am absolutely amazed with Queensboro! I really cannot recommend them enough and I wish more companies were like this! I ordered a few polo shirts to be embroidered with our organization logo. Soon after the order was placed, I was sent a preview and the text of the logo was too small to properly see. I reached out to Queensboro and let them know the issue I had with the preview. A REAL PERSON, Xane Thompson, emailed me back and offered to redesign the logo to fit our needs. Perfect! No other company would offer to do that and I think it goes above and beyond what I would expect, I am SO HAPPY Xane was able to do that! Not only did he redesign the logo for us, it was done super fast as well. Once our shirts were in production another REAL PERSON, Craig Kittner, emailed me to let me know the status and asked if there was anything he could do. I let him know the order was time sensitive and he responded telling me he would ensure our order was on time. It arrived on time and the shirts were beautiful. The logo looks great and the quality of the shirts and embroidery were very high. Once our shirts were passed out, two sizes we ordered ended up being too small, so I reached out to Craig and let him know our issue. A couple hours later Andrea Blake emailed me to let me know the shirts were being replaced with larger sizes and would be delivered in a couple weeks and there was no need to return the smaller shirts. This experience has been nothing but positive. I love everything about Queensboro and I have already recommended them to plenty of friends and coworkers. The prices are great, the customer service is beyond perfect, and the quality is amazing. If you have any doubts about this company I hope this review is enough to convince you of how great the Queensboro team is. I will 100% be using them for any of our future products.

I was looking for a company to do embroidery on polo shirts for my DJ business and stumbled upon Queensboro through a Facebook Ad. My dealings with other companies in the past had been a minimum order of 20 or so shirts and I only needed 6 shirts. To order 20 and have 14 I did not need was insane. Not only did Queensboro do just 6 shirts they did it with the quality of a bigger order, treating my like any other customer. In this day and age a lot of companies will treat you less if you are spending less, but not these guys. I changed some colors of the logo in a phone call and when I got the proof it was not at all what I was hoping it would look like. I asked if the colors could be adjusted and that proof was turned around in less than 24 hours. I was very pleased when I received the shirts days earlier than the estimated delivery dates, that the logo looked even better on the shirts than it did in the proof. Fantastic job, and I will be back for more items later. My only recommendation is that I received 2 emails one from the first shirt fairy godmother and a second asking me to call for an issue with the order. The first shirt email went to my Gmail inbox but the one concerning the issue with the order went to the Promotion label, had I not been looking I would have missed it. Just a heads up, otherwise flawless from start to end.

Today we received our order (and super quick!!)... Absolutely LOVED the quality of everything and design, except we were not fans of the polos we purchased that had screen printing on the left chest. I called to see if we could ship them back for a refund or to ship them back and replace with something different... I was NOT expecting the answer I received from one of their support team members, Erika. She told me to not worry about sending the current polos back, but to keep them and now they are sending me new polos in completely different colors, with embroidery now (instead of screen print)... I didn't have to pay extra, or stress about returning the 25 polos in my possession. Seriously, now THAT is customer service... and she clearly likes her job, she was SO friendly and willing to help :) HIGHLY recommend!!

Andrea with Queensboro is phenomenal. I ordered the ap3 shirts, which are great, I just thought they were more silk light, which is more so my fault. However, upon speaking with Andrea, she was able to swap my shirts to make it right with the port authority silk ones that I love. The embroidery came out flawless, and everyone who has seen it love the logo and loves how the embroidery caught the logo so well.

I've tried to work with DOZENS of other companies to get a logo embroidered and no one could do it well with all the small details. I found Queensboro and they made it happen! Their online approval process saved me a ton of time. Super grateful I found them!

Both of my experiences with these people were bad....

Both of my experiences with these people were bad. The first order was produced on time, but took almost 3 weeks to be delivered after it was shipped. I was in constant contact with their Shipping Dept, who actually rerouted our order to another state for some unknown reason. Finally got it 2 weeks after the guaranteed date. The 2nd order was a graphics nightmare. We had our logo on file, and all we needed done was for a white border to be added to it so it would be readable on dark colored fabrics. The graphics person could not, for the life of them, understand that. It took 3 weeks to get it approvable, then they said my delivery date would be a month later than promised because of it. It was just 4 shirts. I cancelled the order and went with another company that could understand what we needed.

UPDATE 2 months into wearing product...TONS of fad...

UPDATE 2 months into wearing product...TONS of fading. Our company color is navy and every shirt/hat has faded but the sports type shirt.

UPDATE: Product wise- DO NOT get gildan heavy blend pullover hooded sweatshirt. After one wash and onto 2nd wear the front pocket seam has split. With the 2nd hoodie the string came out in the first wash even with the string knotted as it came. Port authority all season jackets are great but not all seasons as we live in Wisconsin but will be a great spring/fall jacket. Port and company twill hat looks cheap but gets the job done. I LOVE the Queensboro LIFT Luxury Hybrid Jersey Polo for woman! Its amazing! I'm going to be ordering more of those! Haven't put the t-shirts to work yet. We will see this summer how well they pane out!

I will start out with GREAT customer service! My order got split between 2 orders due to some machine error. I'm glad they were able to catch that before the items were sent out. I called a billion times trying to figure out the process as it went from complete to the beginning process and I was lost. They continued to be polite and helpful! I have received the first part of my order and out of 9 items I had one logo that had fraying already. I called customer service and they were able to fix the problem without hesitation unlike other businesses. I will continue to buy from this company. I am a first time customer and will continue to order from them. Logo looks great and pops on all products. I would recommend this company! Thank you for the great job all the way around.

These folks are great. I was so pleased with the quality and speed on my first order (Polo shirts with custom logo) that I soon placed a second order. When I received my second order, I was horrified that some items had the wrong logo, and even more horrified when I discovered it was due to MY mistake in placing the order! Regardless, Allen at Queensboro Shirts offered to send me replacement items with the correct logo AT NO EXTRA COST. Wow! I had already been recommending Queensboro to other nonprofits (these shirts were for a nonprofit City Guides organization in California), but they are now officially my go-to logo/apparel company. A class act all the way and a pleasure to deal with - and btw the shirts are comfortable, durable, high quality, and in my opinion a STEAL for the money.

I have to applaud and make sure recognition is given to companies that still provide excellent customer service. I had some company shirts made up through Queensboro. I was not happy how the logo came out. I was just gonna try another company. I received a follow up email asking me how the shirts came out. I explained how the logo was modified to my dislike. I got called immediately from a person from Queensboro and they said they were shipping out another order this time it would be right. I thought "wow that is really nice of them", but was thinking they probably would not have the logo right. Boy was I wrong they had fixed the logo and they had listened to the concerns and issues that I had stated with the shirts and fixed them. I was very happy with the finished product! I will be using Queensboro for all of my future company apparel purchases!

Simply cannot be happier with my purchase. I ordered two polo shirts and a beanie with a custom logo. The shirts are great quality and the logo embroidery is 10/10. Wasn't in a hurry, so I selected the no rush option and it still came before my original arrival date.

Excellent and reasonably priced products, but that is less important to me than the excellent customer service. I have placed several orders and happy with all. One order had a slight error and customer service jumped into action to get it right. Love this company! You can talk to a real and knowledgable person when you have questions.

Double the price? Really?
I have purchased the uniforms for my company with Queensboro for the past 3 years and never paid attention to pricing until now. I ordered the Carrhart J131 jackets and the delivery time for the items was too long so I decided to look for other places and, to my surprise, I paid more than double the price! I was referred to this company by a coworker. Ordered 3 polo shirts with my name on them and was assured that I would have them prior to my event. I called on 20 September and the associate said that they could not have my order processed in time and offered no explanation. I will never use this company again, and suggest that you don't either.

Queensboro is fantastic! I found them through an ad in an in-flight magazine, visited the Web site where I was quickly able to upload my logos, placed an order and even got a quick phone call from customer service to let me know that there was a small problem with my uploaded logo file. The order arrived a week before it was supposed to and looked great! I liked the quality so much that I passed along the info to a friend that I started an endurance sports ministry with and we ordered our shirts and visors from them. Again, superior quality and fast turnaround! It's always a little unnerving to place an order for apparel online as you don't know the quality of the end product until you have it, but with Queensboro, you can rest assured that the results will exceed your expectations!

I highly recommend Queensboro. No company is perfect, but what makes a company stand out above the rest, is when they are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve perfection. Ordered shirts from Queensboro which were very affordable, but they came back with a simple, understandable, common spelling error. When notified about it, they sent replacements for free with no questions asked. Awesome company!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Customer service was absolutely terrible. They guaranteed a delivery date that they couldn't meet because production was behind and didn't have the common courtesy to call or email to let me know that the order would be late. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not recommend.

I was unsure about ordering our business shirts from an online company so I ordered the "test" $2.95 shirt. I really didn't have to worry! The quality of the shirt and the embroidery is perfect. I have ordered 2 more times since. Good job, Queensboro!

I placed my first order with Queensboro and receiv...

I placed my first order with Queensboro and received my order with the logo altered from the proof I approved. After having to speak with the company several times on the phone to get them to make it right, I thought we were good. The order needed to be shipped to another location and I tracked the order until it was delivered, only to find that there were shirts missing. I just came home from my conference to find the missing shirts. I understand that things happen, however this is the second issue with this order and I had to be persistent to fix the first issue with the alteration of the logo as they repeatedly said there was nothing they could do. They blamed their outsourced art department for the lack of communication and there was an obvious lack of communication for the shipment of the correct shirts.

This company did not follow through on their promise to have all the shirts delivered to the address that I gave them causing some of my team members not receive their shirts. I trusted this company to deliver for a very important event and just can t believe they failed me twice. I would not recommend ordering with the company, especially for an important business event. My team is spread across the country and we only get together every few years so needless to say I am very disappointed with their service.

We have ordered embroidered products from this company for over 10 years. They are always responsive to questions and quick to solve any issues that may arrive. Most recently there was a slight delay in their production time, and they expedited our order so our apparel arrived in time for a special event. The quality of their work paired with great pricing and selection make Queensboro a win win every time.

Best customer service experience I have ever had. I ordered some polo's and because of the material, the logo didn't come out as originally anticipated. I made a phone call, and Charlie was exceedingly nice, friendly and sincere and helped me order the correct style of shirt for my company and went above and beyond to help me with my order. LOVED the customer service and I will absolutely be a return customer. The Queensboro Shirt Company sets the standard for quality, 5-star customer service.

I ordered 13 Nike Polo shirts on October 6th to be delivered by October 27th. I have talked to 2 representatives that have promised me everything was fine with my logo. Today, I get another "approval needed" email that was supposed to be fixed twice already. They have not refunded me and I don't trust any of their employees. Stay clear of this company.

I' been to queesboro maybe 5 times with orders for me in Volunteering for the USS North Carolina Battleship. Quality was always excellent. 2 1/2 weeks ago, I went there with a shirt with a logo on it. I wanted a Jacket, 5 Hats and a Shirt all with the logo sewn on it. Today I went to pick it up and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. The logo has distinct features on it representing the Battleship and the new USS North Carolina a fast attack Submarine. The stitching is exactly as I wanted. When ordering, be sure to give yourself enough lead time to finish the product and ship it to you....

I have removed my previous rating with less than favorable comments. Queensboro, without question....listens and they are in direct communication with their customer base. My previous comments, were honest, now with that said....I did not contact them directly and opted to do it on social media. This was premature as "I" had approved the order and I did not find it up to "MY" standards... They did everything thing to make it right, even at my objections...I told them it was all good as I had approved the order. They would not take NO for an answer...and went above and beyond....they exceeded my expectations.
With that said....my wife put CROW on last nights diner menu and told me to place another order. In short...this is a very respectable and honorable company to conduct business. I just recently placed my first order for some shirts. The sizing seemed too big, which I attributed to my fault (versus theirs). When I gave feedback, Queensboro went above and beyond to send me the correct sizes at no additional cost to me! This service is a rare find in today's world, and I deal in public service as well so I am well aware of it! This shows me that they truly care, and I will now be a repeat customer. The shirts were from their LIFT line, which are very comfortable. Thanks!

The one star is for customer service. I was told my order would be delivered in time for an event we had. Then 2 weeks later I got an email saying it was pushed back and now it would be 4 weeks from time of order. When calling into customer service I kept getting different stories. If time isn t a concern for you, the products are ok.

Was shopping on this page when the polo shirt price clearly stated $9.95 a shirt. Wanted to buy 5 of them. That would equal $49.75. Hats were priced at $7.95. Wanted to buy 5 of them. That would equal $39.75. Total price would be $89.50. I started a chat with someone on their page and they stated that he could give me a code that would save me 51% for ten items or less for me being in the military. He went to my checkout page and told me he couldn't honor his discount code because I was already saving $100. WAIT.... WHAT? If my total price is $89.50, how am I already saving $100.... He didn't honor his discount price and furthermore, their supervisor that did a review of my order wouldn't honor it either. This company doesn't honor what they say to their customers. To me that equals terrible customer service and no loyalty to the customer. Shop somewhere else!!! UPDATE: 2 days later they block me on the Facebook page from shopping, reviewing, or commenting. Wow! Because I left them a bad review? That's hilarious!
