I just recently placed my first order for some shirts. The sizing seemed too big, which I attributed to my fault (versus theirs). When I gave feedback, Queensboro went above and beyond to send me the correct sizes at no additional cost to me! This service is a rare find in today's world, and I deal in public service as well so I am well aware of it! This shows me that they truly care, and I will now be a repeat customer. The shirts were from their LIFT line, which are very comfortable. Thanks!
