Their prices are a bit high but I've always liked the cuts and color they've given me.

I love this salon absolutely wonderful and professional. Kathy the receptionist is a doll, she is so sweet and helpful. My stylist Vicky is so amazing she is a master stylist with incredible skills. Show her a picture she will replicate it identically. She is amazing can't say enough good things about her. I recommend this salon, and they pamper you with a beverage of your choice my favorite is the cappuccino Le Chic Rocks!!!

I absolutely love this salon. It's close to where I live and my hair stylist, Vicky, is amazing. She's great with my short hair. I got so many compliments the first time I was there.

Went there for a crazy problem. I had a very long hair (reached my hips), and I had it dyed 2 years prior to my visit to the salon. Ever since I dyed it, my hair became extremely, ridiculously tangly and matted. Every time I had to brush my hair meant I had to spend almost 2 hours just brushing all that tangly hair!! I had my first baby this past August, and caring for my hair became even more challenging. Needless to say, the problem kept on getting bigger and bigger until the point where all of my hair was matted into one crazy looking gigantic knot that you've never seen before. My hair didn't look like hair anymore. That's how bad my hair was. I called Le Chic Salon to see if they solve such a problem, and they affirmed. When I walked in to the salon, EVERYONE was shocked at how crazy my hair looked. They didn't expect it to be THAT bad. Nevertheless, Lisa, the salon's owner, told me that she'll fix it. I went inside, they sat me down, they applied all sorts of oils and conditioners to my hair, and then...FOUR women started brushing my hair simultaneously! Yes, FOUR women. Each woman was working on a section. One woman, Iris, was working nonstop that she sweated a lot!! Lisa, Vicky, and Ashley worked extremely hard as well. After two hours of hard labor, they gave me my hair back. I got my hair back! Yes some cutting had to be done here and there to loosen up the hair. Yes all that hair pulling was painful. But you cannot find such a service anywhere else. Thank you Lisa, Iris, Vicky, and Ashley for your hard work. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thank you for giving me my hair back.

Warning dont ever come here this place is terrible.. They over charge for services thats not worth it, I came in looking to get my hair treated the price was 45 dollars that was fine . Then as I am getting my hair wash im told,sitting under the dryer cost an extra 45 dollars!! wow that much if im not mistaking that should be included in the service or a little extra . Ok fine no problem I wanted something nice.I was told the treatment would take 20 mins to process which was a product they use called awauphi after the dryer stopped,i waited 15 more minutes as the lady was washing other people hair terrible!! if you professional you would time youself so you know when the treatment will stop. I get my hair roller set and get set to sit under the dryer I sat there for a hour and a half because they were so busy doing other people hair are u kidding me smh ..Terrible .. once she took the rollers out i could tell the treatment wasnt good my hair looked very dry and not shiny at all she blow dryed my hair a little bit and put so much product it was so greasy and stiff and not straight at all terrible terrible. I reccomend this salon to no one run.. i had to pay extra money to another salon to blow my hair out.. what a waist of 95 dollar please dont ever go here!!! Now everyday I comb my hair strands of hair keep falling out Please stay away!!

I d like to share my experience at Le Chic. The ladies in that salon are very nasty and clearly unprofessional. They do not tell you prices intentionally just to take advantage of people s wallets. They lie about discounts that they do not provide. They are high priced for a basic hair job. The Vicky lady was extremely nasty towards her customers, including myself. She was mocking me and talking about me in-front of other coworkers and customers. She takes advantage of her customers and charged extremely high for a job that could be done for half the price elsewhere. I do not recommend this spot and I suggest you find a hairdresser that isn t as nasty towards her customers. The management is unprofessional and disrespectful. Guys I don t suggest ! Hope you can find some place elsewhere to get a hair job done at.

My friend Evelyn recommended this salon and also Vicky, her hairdresser. The salon is superb. Vicky is outstanding. The whole staff at the salon is friendly, kind, professional. Vicky is a gem. She is so very talented, friendly and accommodating. Every time she cuts my hair, someone, somewhere always gives me a positive compliment. I am so very happy to have found both, Le Chic, and Vicky.

I have been going to LeChic for almost 20 years. Lisa is fantastic and a master at color, cuts, styling and an up do artist! Always a friendly greeting and hot coffee or cucumber water and occasionally a delicious glass of wine! Perfect place to get gorgeous and relax

Customer for years. Owner Lisa a gem.No snobbery or airs. Customers treated with appreciation. Technically superb. Pricier than is elsewhere available, but that's Riverdale. Especially gentle and welcoming without bullying or rushing the physically frail, the mentally frail, the elderly. Respectful and welcoming toward accompanying relatives/ caretakers. Spectacular results for groups for proms, etc. Notable is a welcoming vibe for male customers and proper special knowledge of their trends. If not satisfied, Lisa will strive to make it right. Other hair stylist s and washing assistants friendly and superbly competent. It's so refreshing to know you will be in a " no judgment" zone!What a treat when compared to Manhattan self-important salons!
